Staff are very confused and don't communicate customer needs well between one another. What should have been a straightforward purchase of my truck turned into what felt like a series of games by staff to make more money..including a salesperson swinging his arm within about 2 inches of me in an aggressive manner... changing the price, changing promises that had been provided in writing,.. they even had the truck I was putting on hold "sold" to other customers the day before I picked it up, presumably because they thought they could get more money and they just told me "someone else is buying it now"?!? I ultimately was able to complete the purchase of my truck but I wonder how the other people feel being used as pawns also as they were let down too. This is not the first vehicle I have purchased from a dealership and know how this is supposed to work...(I have used Wheaton Group in the past and the experience was very positive even though I got a great deal too, staff there were respectful and humorous) everything should be smooth and easy when you're spending this kind of money. This dealership needs a reality check-- stop hiring immature/childish salespeople with all-that attitudes who can't remember numbers promised. I was so disgusted I moved the vehicle across the lot to put the plates on it so I could get as far away from the place as soon as possible. Buying a new truck should feel really great-this morning I look outside and am reminded of the nightmare in purchasing the truck. In hindsight I would have preferred paying a bit more and having a happier experience somewhere else so the truck I will be driving for years to come would not have been tainted like this. I was also only given 1 key to my vehicle --are they going to mail me the second one? Probably not. What about the touch-up paint they were going to send me in the mail for the scratches in the paint? I'm sure that wasn't communicated either and I will have to cut my losses.

Awesome experience here. Great staff, great selection of vehicles and just a fun place in general. Arcade games, popcorn, coffee (all free!) and fun stuff for the kids! My daughter had a blast in the kids Jeeps they have in the showroom and loved the hot wheels cars they gave out. Not your typical car dealership.
I just have to say how awesome these guys are. Mike and Chris are the best of the best to deal with from a sales point of view. Wayne the finance guys is super approachable and explains everything properly. Most importantly Richard the GM is an absolute gem. Normally a GM isn’t seen but this guy cares about his product and is there when you want to ask a question in person. I will NEVER go anywhere else ever again to buy a vehicle and they have earned a lifetime customer. All the rest are garbage compared to White Rock Dodge. Never have I been so impressed with a car dealership. I met a young man named Jeremy who was new to the sales team and had more character than any sales person I have ever met. I am looking for a very specific truck with a very specific budget. I have been to approximately 10 dealerships across the Lower Mainland and choose to give my business to Jeremy. He has bent over backwards to earn my business and as he is brand new has had the support of the rest of the sales team. I suffer from social anxiety and budget my money very closely. Jeremy has worked very hard to find the right truck for me and I mean he really worked hard. He found a vehicle that was a 95% match to everything I need. In the end payments were very slightly outside my comfort zone. When I backed away from the deal instead of a high pressure sales pitch I got a heartfelt response letting me know that the sales team will continue to work with me to get me into the truck I need. If you just want to buy a vehicle you could go anywhere, but if you want to buy the right vehicle from an entire team that works for you and cares about your satisfaction, go to White Rock Dodge. My hat is off to the whole team.

He didn't pressure me on anything, and was full of information on any vehicle I had questions on. A straight up, friendly and honest salesman. I traded in my 2004 Ford Focus with 231000 km on it today. I highly recommend dealing with Mike Van Horn as he made this process seamless for me. Being a young woman with zero car buying experience, going into a dealership is a really intimidating process, and he made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I put off buying a vehicle for a very long time because I was intimidated by it all and I thought my limited experience would make it easy for a salesman to take advantage of me. Mike made it as comfortable and safe as possible, while his lovely finance team helped me on that end.
Mike Van Horn is someone I would feel comfortable sending my Grandma or daughter to buy a vehicle from and I definitely recommend him.

The service was really good! I just bought a 2018 jeep wrangler and they had all the scratches and chips fixed and the bumper fixed at no cost to me. It was a smooth process and efficient. They were able to answer all my questions and help make the purchase as easy as possible for me. I will definitely purchase a vehicle from White Rock Dodge again.

I recently purchased a new Jeep from White Rock Dodge. I worked with Mike Dares on finding me the right vehicle and in negotiating the deal. I'm extremely pleased with the entire process. As I was leaving I mentioned to Mike that the dealership had a small town atmosphere where I didn't feel like I was being churned through a blender. Over the years I have purchased many vehicles and this was easily one of the best experiences.

After a few not so good experiences at another dealership, I decided to shop around for my new RAM. From the moment I walked onto the lot at White Rock Dodge, I was greeted with warmth and respect. Transparency and honest communication is very rare in the car dealer business in my opinion but, that’s exactly what I got with these guys. Tom was my sales guy and Matt the Sales Manager was there every step of the way. I had specific requests and they met every single one of them...and then some! If you’re looking for a Dodge, Jeep or RAM, I would highly recommend the staff at White Rock Dodge. On delivery day, my daughter was with me. The girl working at the front desk was extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful. Gave her a scooter to ride through the dealership, popcorn and games. First time my daughter hasn’t been bored while we’re signing papers. Overall, this was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Service department runs on time. I came a bit early to pick it up and it was already done, except for the wash. They didn't want me to have to wait, so they gave me a couple car wash tickets to use when I wanted to. This is old school customer service - little things like a comfortable place to sit and coffee - making getting service not feel like such a chore.

My buying experience at White Rock Dodge couldn't have turned out better. After being totally upside down and backwards " negative equity" on a 2013 Chrysler 300 I traded for a 2015 Jeep Cherokee in pristine shape with low KM's. Not only was the vehicle immaculate it was fueled and cleaned for our trip home. After a less than spectacular experience with Haley Dodge Chrysler. Had a great experience buying a used car from Matt. Essentially bought sight unseen because coming to attend university in Canada. It was easy buying the car from White Rock, they worked on price with us, added a hitch - and wiring money was seamless for payment. We had contacted many dealerships and White Rock was by far the easiest and nicest to negotiate with.

I spoke to Tom Mellenchuk by phone mid-week, intending to visit on the weekend as I'm on the Island. We kept in touch by text message, and organized the timing and the trade-in vehicle before arriving Saturday morning.
Tom was walking up to greet us by the time I got out of my vehicle. The truck I wanted to see was ready to go, and he and I took it for a drive. After that I took my wife for a drive in it. The process moved quickly and smoothly. Tom was at all times attentive, explained the numbers clearly, and was appreciative of my time and costs coming from the Island to White Rock. Consequently the deal worked and I have an excellent truck that fits my needs perfectly.
Tom treated us graciously and respectfully. Those are rare traits at times, but Tom has them both, along with a memorable sense of humour. In fact everyone we dealt with at White Rock Dodge was polite and helpful.
It was a very busy Saturday and the ferries were crowded, but it was worth the trip to deal with Tom and the staff at White Rock Dodge.

Just bought my ram 1500 sport from here. I dealt with a guy they call little Sean. He was great to deal with. I told him my parameters with price, color and options I wanted and

White Rock Dodge and Sean Lewis in particular, really helped us get the Dodge Caravan we wanted. They brought the vehicle to us in Victoria and made the purchase process very easy. Having just moved to BC, I came in to have my 2013 Jeep serviced and to browse available 2019 Jeep models on the lot. I never felt pressured to engage with a salesperson but when I was ready to find out more information, Amrit was very helpful and accommodating. The service appointment, test drive, trade-in of vehicles, purchase of a 2019 Jeep, licensing and insurance purchase went extremely smoothly. The staff are experienced and very knowledgeable.

Bought my truck almost a year ago when the dealership was originally Haley Dodge. Was a little concerned when they changed to White Rock Chrysler. My sales associate Mike Dares continues to provide outstanding service even after the purchase. Customer service is always above what I have dealt with in the past with other dealerships. Any Issues I have had have been dealt with promptly, professionally and in a timely manner. My next service is scheduled in April and all the small details have been arranged by Mike.
