Just picked up my 2018 Santa Fe. I absolutely love it! Brett, Ryan and the Service department were very easy to work with and took care of all my concerns. September 6, 2019 - Garbage dealership, garbage attitude, garbage service. Not only was the experience here as terrible as listed below, they couldn't even bother to get in touch with me as they claimed they would. So clearly this is a dealership to avoid. Bought elsewhere.
Finance department was great. Mei-Ling got me a rate I was satisfied with and got approval on a 2019 Kona. Approved. Numbers were fine. Was prepared to sign right then and there. Then came sales. Not impressed with Brett Moorcroft. I asked for ONE and only ONE negotiation point: free oil changes each 6 months for the duration of G2 5 year warranty. That's nothing... That's 10 oil changes. My brother got this at the Hyundai dealership in Ottawa. I know several others. This guy wouldn't budge on anything including that, so I walked after his guilt.
He initially printed out numbers (life insurance policy and add ons I didn't ask for he hoped I wouldn't notice. I'm a journalist, so surprise, I did.). He got visibly agitated when I pulled out a calculator to verify his numbers, then after arguing quietly corrected the numbers after admitting later they were wrong. Wouldn't budge on the oil change or anything else. When I got up to walk out he said he was feeling "personally insulted" - what, for knowing my numbers? Listen, pal - I'm a journalist. And a reasonable person. If he'd given me those oil changes I'd have signed and paid for the vehicle right there. Losing a sale over... 10 oil changes. I walked out when he gave me a guilt trip suggesting I "couldn't afford the vehicle" (which was already approved by finance and the forms were printed waiting for me to sign, which is hilarious.) He literally lost the sale over the 10 oil changes I asked to be thrown in.
We dealt with Scott Clarke for a salesman he was great! Provided so much details about the vehicle and got us exactly what we wanted. Very friendly staff and they got us into what we wanted even staying late after hours! Very satisfied with our purchase and strongly recommend purchasing from them!

The sales side was fine, but the service side was terrible. Not only they couldn’t diagnose simple things there are some terrible recalls going on with Hyundai that you should do your homework on. Bad recalls and a bad service department is a recipe for disaster.
Service department went above and beyond to help save me a lot of money!! And we love the Tucson we bought!

From entire experience was positive. Any questions we had were quickly answered and if we were talking to wrong person they made sure we got the answers. Finance questions vs sales questioned etc. They worked with us with the storm and being from Regina to ensure pick up was convienant and offered drop off if needed.
Would reccomend to anyone looking for a great deal and wonderful non pushy team.

I got my Elantra from them! James and the manager Kurtis were extremely helpful. They found exactly what I was looking for and matched my budget as well as they could. My car was missing a spare key and Kurtis paid for me to get one made. Really trustworthy and work hard to make their customers happy. I highly recommend!

I bought a used car without warranty where the engine was cooked after only driving it 800kms. The GM Devin took care of it for me, gave me a loaner and had a brand new engine put in at no cost to me.

Bret Moorcroft was our salesman and it was a very pleasant experience. We knew what model of vehicle we wanted and within 5 minutes of being at the dealership, we were taking one out for a test drive. All of our options for pricing and trade in were laid out and explained and we made the decision to purchase. Scott Clarke is one of the best salesman we have ever purchased a vehicle from. Hubby bought 2017 car in the show room no scratches on/in it when purchased, when I picked up my bran new car a couple days later to bring home I noticed the interior center dash got a few big scratch marks on it and the paint job outside the car got a tonne of scratches from being detailed from the time I purchased it to time I picked it up. Like the car dissapointed with the quality of service.

Nothing more or less than any other places of this kind. I have taken my car there regularly and can tell that they are a bit less eager to provide info about my car than I would like it. Also, I have lost ONE bolt which got replaced for 45 CAD with 0.3 work hours.
