I am over the moon with the service by these folks, the task at hand was to install a set of running boards on my 2021 Dodge Warlock. They came to my house picked up my truck left me a vehicle and returned it the next day. Not only were the running boards but they did a complete detail job that was truly amazing.

Awesome Service! Great pick up and drop off service, friendly amazing staff! Went in for an oil change and was able to buy winter tires and have them installed last minute without issues.
Took our truck in for an oil change and have winter tires installed. While there they called to inform me the fuel filters (Cummins diesel) were near end of life and there was enough moisture in the brake fluid to warrant changing that as well.
While the whole process turned into a rather pricey oil change it was comforting to know they are proactively helping us keep this vehicle in top running shape, which is important to us as we intend on keeping it for a long time.

Best vehicle purchasing experience I've ever had. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone! I had the opportunity to deal with most of the sales staff and they were all very helpful and friendly and were not there to play games. You could feel confident in the whole process. They also conducted business in the manner you were most comfortable (I was able to get a lot of the legwork done over the phone and email after going in in person once to speed up the purchase). We ended up paying a slight bit more here than another dealership that we had been looking at, but the customer service that we received was well, well worth it. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!! I had an appointment at 11am for a vehicle saftey. After waiting 2hrs I was informed the tech was going on lunch and would finish the inspection upon his return. I informed the service manager that I had another appointment at 1pm and even apologized for not understanding that the inspection would take this long. The service manager seemed unconcerned shrugged her shoulders and walked away. What was I going to do all 4 wheels are off my vehicle and the tech is on lunch? So I waited and was late. I later I recieved a Google survey of which I gave them a 2 (probably more than they deserved). When I called for my final inspection I was told that they were refusing me service because I gave them a 2 on Google. Even after i had already paid for the service. Not sure if that's legal. So I will be contacting the BBB and Consumer Affairs to see where I stand. As a business owner if a customer comes to me with a concern about my business or staff I do everything in my power to make it right. Not tell them go away I wont deal with you. Never do business with these people. Poor ethics.

Dropped into Town and Country to look at Ram trucks for our son and possibly another for myself. The sales person, Dana, met us immediately and with a Covid - 19 welcome. He showed us the selection he had. Dana went out of his way to make us feel very comfortable. We ended up purchasing the vehicle from Dana, because of his honesty and freiendliness, even though we live 4 hours away in Toronto. Our son picked up the vehicle and has not stopped smiling yet. Don't have one for me yet but would drive the 4 hours each way again to deal with Dana and this dealership. Great Job and thank you.
We recently purchased a used car from Town & Country Chysler. When we contacted Brad, he volunteered to drive to our house to show the car. The convertible is in immaculate condition. We took it for a drive and purchased on the spot. The car's condition was beyond our expectations.
A few days later we went to the dealership to pick up the car where the staff and Dana in particular were very helpful in demonstrating the car features and answering questions.
The entire experience with Brad, and his staff ( Dana and Connor) was very very positive.

Went in for my second included oil change and tire rotation and "as per the formula" , I was pushed by the service advisor to have brake service and fuel filter replacement done. As the Ram 1500 Eco-diesel had only 30000 kms ,I declined suggesting that it was early and that maybe at the fall oil change would be better. I also asked why the $150 fuel filter service was $100 cheaper than the one offered on my wife's 1500 Eco-diesel .
Wow! Quick, delightful, and respectful experience. Bought a great car from their friendly staff with ZERO hassle.
Would recommend their dealership for any make of vehicle you want as they carry a large variety of new and used.

Even though we arrived late in the day, we were greeted at the door as soon as we walked in by Dana and he and Brad spent the time with us needed to purchase a vehicle. We were past the closing time but that didn't matter. To us it shows great customer service. When we went to pick up our vehicle everyone in the office (as there were more staff) were very friendly and everyone greeted us as if we were best of friends. The after service so far is also something that we look for in a dealership. You can't go wrong going to Town & Country Chrysler.

I have dealt with Dana Hegenbarth for 30 years. He is very attentive to detail and provides excellent service. The Dodge Ram that he helped order came in perfectly and is a great truck. I am very pleased with the fuel economy improvements over my older Ram. Over all a very good buying experience.

The whole team makes every effort to make there customers happy ;).. There's a lot to be said when a dealer goes to bat to get you into what you want or need, even getting you out. Trying there best at all times, doing there best to meet your needs, I'm a very impressed customer! and will consider them for future business, i.e. whatevers needed. provided price is right!!! But then again no worries there, go down to town and country and see for yourself how nice a staff they have!!! always remember though you cant get everything for nothing and be happy with a good deal.
