I came to dealer with only 4 hrs left during a promotional offer. Gave a budget and within an hour found the exact vehicle I was looking for. After a thorough review of what exactly I would be requiring my vehicle for and all the different NEW options available on a more affordable smaller size fuel efficient vehicle I ended up purchasing a different model than what the promotional offer included however ended up receiving almost exactly the same discounts as i would have even after purchasing a much cheaper model. I am super happy with my purchase and am very pleased with the attention this vehicle gets along with its overall fuel efficiency and performance. This was also my first 'brand new' vehicle I have ever purchased. I spent well over 50k and was incredibly nervous. Chris gave me a sense of security and resourcefulness which ultimately allowed my nerves and wife to relax. I needed to buy a van for my business and didn’t have a lot of time to sit around dealerships listening to sales pitches and doublespeak. After doing my research I decided on a Grand Caravan. Originally, I had been dealing with another Dodge dealership, but became increasingly frustrated for too many reasons to go in to here.
Then I called Toronto Dodge Chrysler. Right off the bat I noticed a difference! The courtesy from the person who first answered the phone was refreshing for a start. The integrity and openness from Chris, the sales person I dealt with, was even more rare.
Chris listened to my needs and quickly answered all my questions. No double speak. No pressure. No trying to get me into the dealership before I could get any facts or figures. No upsell. He turned things around for me quickly and Charles pulled a "rabbit out of hat" to get me financed and insured in very short order.
I highly recommend this dealership. Chris, Charles Gordon and Frank are great. They have good senses of humour as well - which never hurts when buying a vehicle. Our experience at Toronto Dodge Chrysler when we went to look for a new SUV was phenomenal. Frank Ferlisi was so helpful. We told Frank what we were looking for in a new vehicle and discussed make and model. Frank is very knowledgeable and we appreciated the fact that he did not rush as while we tried to decide what would work best for us. AJ, Marcel and Charles were very friendly in welcoming me to the dealership. They were quite patient as I asked numerous questions about makes and models. AJ and Marcel mocked up a number of options for me which contrasted the different models, options and prices. I found them to be accomodating and reasonable as we talked through the pros and cons of the options and services that the manufacturer and the dealership had on offer. This was the second vehicle that I have purchased from Toronto Chrysler and I really had the sense that the management and staff appreciated my business.
