Brittany was really friendly and fair with pricing and information - no gouging and days of haggling like other dealerships. She was very honest and worked with what I wanted instead of trying to push me above my budget. Excellent service! My car stalled on the highway and then again off the ramp at Lake St. in St. Catharines. It turned out to be a very lucky day for me when I discovered an independent Mazda dealership very close by. I was trepidetious not knowing what the issue would be, nor costs, and I had to make it back to Toronto. I was greeted by Service Advisor, Jon Kendrick who was kind and compassionate. Jon introduced me to his master mechanic Steve Oddy who diagnosed and addressed a long standing pending concern, cleaned up all the gunk inside and got me back on the road, safely, all under $200. I was thrilled! Thank you very much Mazda St. Catharines, Jon and Steve for the supreme service and support!
I'd like to give a big thanks to the entire staff at St Catharines Mazda. I had the pleasure of working with many of them during the trade of my Jeep Wrangler and purchasing a Mazda 3 from them. I personally dealt with Jeff who provided me the opportunity to drive several new and used Mazda 3s to really get a feel of what I liked and what would best suit my needs. He wasn't pushy like other dealers I've encountered and understood I wasn't in a rush to trade or buy immediately. This made the experience relaxed and easy to make decisions. Alex was also great to deal with. He was also very knowledgeable in the auto industry and got me what I felt was a great price from a dealer on my trade. Advisors are helpful and friendly, service team is professional and have managed to keep my car running without any issues for all these years. I recently purchased a used CX-5 from St Catharines Mazda. Chris and Alex were kind and professional. After some discussion back and forth, it was agreed that a minor cosmetic issue would be fixed in order to make the sale, which was great. The car was set to be picked up two days later. Thankfully I called ahead of time because I had to find out on my own that the car was not going to be ready. Now I no longer had a vehicle and the purchased vehicle was set to be ready for Monday. Yet again, I call on Monday and yet again the car was not ready. I was able to use a loaner vehicle for the night until it was ready the following day on Tuesday. I can understand setbacks, however I should not have to find that out by calling rather than being called. Although the body work turned out fantastic, I heard nothing about the several delays and picked up my car from an associate who knew nothing about me or my car and simply handed me the keys to somewhat clean car with less than half a tank of gas.
Overall I am pleased with my vehicle, however the service gets a 2.5 stars.
I have a 1982 Mazda Rx7 and I call in for parts here and they never return my phone calls when they say they will. Very Disappointed in the service here. Very disappointed still no reply to my review. Would never buy a car here or get it serviced here. Probably buy in Rexdale. Still no respond to my Review. Kind of disappointed
Was so impressed with St. Catharines Mazda. The staff there have all been prompt, professional, and courteous. When I had some cosmetic issues with my new CX-5 they went way above and beyond to make it right. I have been very impressed with their service department.
Fantastic place to get help - I got a paint pen for my CX5 and the help from Peter Schorse was truly remarkable! I am definitely going to be there when I need help.

Took my car in for new brakes. Called for a price, confirmed price at the dealership when I dropped the car off. Go back to pick it up and it’s over double the price of what I was told. No explanation, no offer to take a bit off. Just “oh well”. Horrible service, will not be back. Putting car up for sale on auto trader tomorrow so I can switch to another car company. Congrats Mazda on losing a good customer who’s up for a new car!

Everything went really well with Aidin, he was really helpful with all my questions and helping me purchase the right car. The only issue I had was getting my dad to co-sign with me in which I was not able to be there with him; I told the finance lady that I specifically didn't want to add anything, yet she was persuading my dad to get it when he came in separately to sign. I wasn't happy about that.
Me and my father came into Mazda St. Catharines to look at a few used car options and Aidan was very helpful in finding us the best car possible for our needs. He was very knowledgeable on the cars and about the features of the different models helping us make our decision on the Mazda 6 GT. Great service until another dealer wants to buy your car from them. They ignore requests for payout information and keep taking my money out of my account. Financial department was great when I was buying my FOUR new vehicles from them....now they just give me the runaround and are snippy. Service department always recommended unnecessary work, and even crazy glued a piece of my new car back together when they broke it. Stay away.

Today was my very first experience with this dealership since moving in January! I didn’t know where to pull my car up when I arrived, but there was a sign on their garage door to pull into that! As soon as I walked in the reception area, Jeff greeted me by my first name! (Which I was shocked he knew my name since I hadn’t even met them yet!)
He was very professional, they checked with me about everything that needed to be done as well as pricing before proceeding!
When I left, they gave me an explaination about my service that I just recieved on my car, AS WELL as a detailed explanation, and estimate as to what’s due on my next visit! I have NEVER gotten that at my last dealership I dealt with! Also got a card for a free oil change once I hit 6 oil changes! Never got that at my last dealership either!!
Overall I left VERY SATISFIED with my first service at this location! Great job guys!

We were heading north from Niagara Falls when the fuel pump on our 2014 Mazda 3 quit. We managed to get the car to the dealership, where Jon and his team took great care of us. We had never stepped foot in this dealership, but they treated us like family.
It was late in the afternoon when we arrived, but they still managed to get the part overnight and came in early the next morning to install it. Gus and one of the mechanics (sorry -- don't remember your name!) brought us our car first thing, and we got back on the road.
They even helped us find a hotel in Niagara Falls that was great for kids -- my son had a blast!

I have also dealt with service(on Mazda #3) for scheduled maintenance, unexpected problems/repairs as well as fulfilling recalls and they are honest and open with me.....I personally have had very good experiences with St. Catharines and would highly recommend them 😃😃
So this is my second car that I have purchased from st. Catharines Mazda, to be honest the first time that I got a car I was not overly impressed but that could have been due to the representatives that I was dealing with that that time. Since then there have been a couple new people that have started working there, most recently I dealt with Ken the used car salesman and he was fantastic, there was no pressure, any questions that I had he was able to answer them without any hesitation. We were able to work out a fantastic deal with trading in my old car so now I am a proud owner of the Mazda CX 5 2016, I got the upgrades that I wanted and I couldn't be any happier. Unfortunately I can't recall his name but the used car sales manager was also fantastic, he always made sure that everything was okay and when I came back in to finish purchasing the car he was there any assisted with getting all the paperwork done. Overall my second time buying a car from this location was fantastic, I'm very glad that I went back.

When my Mazda decided to let go it's radiator while I was at work, the guys were able to see me at short notice. They had the problem identified, offered alternative solutions and had the part ordered and me back on the road in a loaner in under an hour. Awesome service!

I went for 96k km service today and was offered a shuttle as of 3.5 hr wait. When I got back to pick up my car; they only did oil change and summer tires rotation. Excuse was that car brakes, pads and rotors needs replacement. She didn't even call me to let me know about the change or replacement. I asked why didn't you call me and answer "there was no time". Technician didn't even bother to check correct PSI for tires. " Should I trust tech's recommendations? " highly unprofessional experience today. Complementary car wash is a joke as most time you will hear that if i have time will do it..
I had a great experience at the St Catharines Mazda dealership. This is not my first car, but it is my first experience at this dealership and I had a great time! As much as buying a new or used car can be stressful, my sales consultant, Chase Bell was amazing. He was very welcoming, full of information and did not pressure me at all. I was very surprised at how much time and patience he had to make me feel comfortable and aware of the whole process. He was the only one, out of all the other brand dealerships I went to before hand (I regret not coming to Mazda first), none of them actually had a salesperson that cares as much as Chase and was not just trying to get the sale!
This Mazda dealership was a HUGE difference! Chase introduced himself right away, and within 5 minutes I was introduced to the used and new car managers. Very family like in this place!

I will be returning to this location for sure for my next car along with many referrals, because of the people I got to deal with. I had an older Mazda 3 2005 and was lucky to drop in to St Catharines Mazda Service Department where I met Jeff and the team, who guided me on how to get the most out of my car based on advice from Jeff and his great team of mechanics and the cost was reasonable.
This great place for anything to do with a great car encouraged me to meet the sales and Financial team and I am delighted to say I am the proud owner of a 2012 Mazda 3 since last January (2016) Go See Inara Smith. She's the best and was most understanding of my requirement to wait a little longer to finalize the sale.

Recently we decided to purchase a new vehicle and since we have had 2 other Mazda's in the past we went back to see Chris and Cameron. Our experience was as usual, a very happy one. Cameron is so knowledgeable about the vehicles that we knew before we had our first coffee that we were purchasing that day.
