So this is my second car that I have purchased from st. Catharines Mazda, to be honest the first time that I got a car I was not overly impressed but that could have been due to the representatives that I was dealing with that that time. Since then there have been a couple new people that have started working there, most recently I dealt with Ken the used car salesman and he was fantastic, there was no pressure, any questions that I had he was able to answer them without any hesitation. We were able to work out a fantastic deal with trading in my old car so now I am a proud owner of the Mazda CX 5 2016, I got the upgrades that I wanted and I couldn't be any happier. Unfortunately I can't recall his name but the used car sales manager was also fantastic, he always made sure that everything was okay and when I came back in to finish purchasing the car he was there any assisted with getting all the paperwork done. Overall my second time buying a car from this location was fantastic, I'm very glad that I went back.
I dealt with Alex and Jeff and they were both very knowledgeable, professional, and informative without trying to pressure me into a quick sale. I really appreciated their care in helping me find a car that was the right fit for me. Highly recommend these two for their expertise!
When my Mazda decided to let go it's radiator while I was at work, the guys were able to see me at short notice. They had the problem identified, offered alternative solutions and had the part ordered and me back on the road in a loaner in under an hour. Awesome service!
Just got my new car from this exceptional dealership with an even better staff. My salesman was Lorrie and he knew everything I needed and catered to those interests, and was also very knowledgeable as well. It also helped he was very handsome and humble.
EXCELLENT. I could not recommend this place more. All the staff were wonderful, worked with me on the price, explained everything fully, were not condescending as many car salesmen can be to women, and were appreciative of my business. Go here for your new/used car, they will not disappoint.
I went for 96k km service today and was offered a shuttle as of 3.5 hr wait. When I got back to pick up my car; they only did oil change and summer tires rotation. Excuse was that car brakes, pads and rotors needs replacement. She didn't even call me to let me know about the change or replacement. I asked why didn't you call me and answer "there was no time". Technician didn't even bother to check correct PSI for tires. " Should I trust tech's recommendations? " highly unprofessional experience today. Complementary car wash is a joke as most time you will hear that if i have time will do it..
I had a great experience at the St Catharines Mazda dealership. This is not my first car, but it is my first experience at this dealership and I had a great time! As much as buying a new or used car can be stressful, my sales consultant, Chase Bell was amazing. He was very welcoming, full of information and did not pressure me at all. I was very surprised at how much time and patience he had to make me feel comfortable and aware of the whole process. He was the only one, out of all the other brand dealerships I went to before hand (I regret not coming to Mazda first), none of them actually had a salesperson that cares as much as Chase and was not just trying to get the sale!
This Mazda dealership was a HUGE difference! Chase introduced himself right away, and within 5 minutes I was introduced to the used and new car managers. Very family like in this place!
I would like to thank Chase for his patience and well done on the sale. I will be returning to this location for sure for my next car along with many referrals, because of the people I got to deal with. I took my car in for service earlier this week and the team at St. Catharines Mazda was fantastic. They provided me with excellent service and the repair was completed earlier than anticipated. Recently we decided to purchase a new vehicle and since we have had 2 other Mazda's in the past we went back to see Chris and Cameron. Our experience was as usual, a very happy one. Cameron is so knowledgeable about the vehicles that we knew before we had our first coffee that we were purchasing that day. He took the time to discuss every aspect of the vehicle with us and even though it was closing time he did not seem to be in a rush.
