Our salesperson was David... he worked really hard to find us a vehicle that fit our needs and our budget. He spent lots of time discussing options with us and also took us out for a few different test drives. We didn't feel rushed or pressured at any point. Just really friendly and helpful service. We will definitely be returning to Southridge Chrysler.
I have been in an spoken to Ted a few times and he is very well grounded and knowledgeable. I never felt any pushiness from him and we always had a good laugh about things. Could strongly recommend talking to him!
I ended up buying my used RAM 3500 from a different dealer but I had it serviced at Southridge. They fixed the transmission and pinion nut and did the recalls. I can't say anything about the work as I haven't even looked under the truck - so I can only assume it was done well as the truck runs well.
But the service I received and lack of enthusiasm among the service staff was not the greatest. A smile on your face and some interest in your customer's concerns and questions would be a easy and free way to increase the willingness for a customer to spend more dollars and come back.
If a guy comes in, like myself, with a 2014 RAM 3500 Limited, and is obviously super stoked about having such a beautiful truck, perhaps some gentle up-sell could have resulted in more dollar spent?
"I see you got a really nice truck! Do you have some weather mats for your truck come winter so you don't ruin your inside?"
"Did you know that we have a special on this...... ...it could benefit you this way...."
"Are you aware that on Saturday we have a 'get to know your truck day' with a free seminar here at the dealership" or what ever...
Information that sells - and free stuff really works especially if it is done in an honest way to help the vehicle owner, not to make an extra dollar...
I have been going back and forth trying to decide on a new vehicle. I have been in communication with Perry comparing different makes and models and he has been beyond helpful in this choice! Went to the dealership on a recommendation that I would receive good service. And boy was they wrong!! I received GREAT service!! From the cheerful greeting of the receptionist to the prompt greeting from Jared!! Was looking for a good deal on a new Cherokee and I got what I wanted!! Jared was very knowledgable about the car and was a no pressure kind of guy! He answered all my questions that I asked and didn't hold back!! I so enjoyed my experience that I bought that visit!! Perry the Sales Manager was a delight to deal with also!! I would recommend to anyone that you should go to Southridge Chrysler if you want GREAT service and good deals!!
I purchased a car from Southridge Chrysler a few years ago. The salesman was fantastic. He answered every question I asked, and believe me I asked many.
Not at any time did I feel pressured to purchase the car, He told me if I needed time to think about it or if I wanted to have someone view the car with me, To feel free to do so. Since that time I have had my car in for oil changes and general follow ups. Again the service was exceptional.
