An absolutely pleasant experience, completely without stress. Charlie, the Sales agent, was recommended to us by a friend, and he did not disapoint. He treated us with respect, answering all of our questions honestly. We never felt as though he was less than genuine. He is very accommodating and beyond helpful. When he wasn't sure about some accessories, he did not hesitate to call upon Jean-Marc in the Parts department, who went beyond expectations to deliver what we were looking for. As for the financing, Bassem made the whole experience effortless and absolutely crystal clear. The whole experience was so enjoyable...not what you usually anticipate when faced with buying a new car. Thanks to the whole staff at Southbank.

The experience of buying our vechicles was a good one we felt comfortable and they were easy to talk to. Charley the salesman was very knowledgeable and showed us different packages which came with the vehicles which we bought. I am the type of person who does not like car shopping but Charlie and Paul made our experience comfortable. I like my truck very much and my wife really likes here cherokkee.

We came in a little over a week ago at closing time. Merv took the time to show us the Caravan, as we were having a few debates over its size and if it was appropriate for our family's needs! He suggested that we come back in for a test drive and after rescheduling on him we did show up for our second appointment.

Unfortunately and to our surprise the managers sent us to Charles. I did show my disappointment towards this and made it clear we had an appointment. Charles was just not a fit for us and we were rather frustrated that we were sent to someone else when we were already comfortable with Merv. After crossing paths with Merv during the initial test drive process, I made it clear we would be happier going over our appointment with Merv, and we were happy to be re-directed back to him. Although at this point we were still "looking" at our options, my spouse was set on the "mom mobile"! The whole process was a little longer then expect (Financing aspect), particularly with a 3 year old in tow, but she enjoyed watching some shows on her Ipad, sitting in the vans tailgate seats!

After a few negotiations' and sometime spent with the financial aspects of our purchase we became the new owners of a 30th edition caravan! We look forward to the next decade with our van and all the bells and whistles it has for our enjoyment.

Thanks Merv for being honest, trust worthy and very customer service oriented, truly quality that helped us finalise our sale as fast as we had!

Why we keep going back to Southbank.

This was our 3rd purchase from Southbank - always a treat. Forthright, welcoming and efficient. Yesterday we dealt with Merv Williams (a member of the Internet Sales Team). We were immediately comfortable as he immediately puts one at ease. He had a vehicle parked ready for us to look at, which was exactly what we were looking for and ultimately purchased. Andrew Duncan took us through the final paperwork and was instrumental in savings us a fair amount of money in facilitating the transfer/extension of our extended warranty/roadside protection which had been attached to our last van (written off). We arrived at 1300hrs and returned at 1830hrs to collect our van, most efficient.

We were very pleased with the level of service provided by both men.

All good, well worth considering this dealership for your next purchase!

Loving our new Dodge RAM!

We would like to commend Mr. Merv Williams on his outstanding professional service. This was our first visit to Southbank Dodge and I would like to say that the service we received was very courteous and inviting. Merv was great from the start as he welcomed us into the dealership and answered all of our questions regarding the Dodge RAM. We were successful in attaining the price we were looking for and Merv, Patrick, and Al made the experience a very positive one. Love my compass almost as much as I love Southbank dodge!

I traded in my 2011 Ford Fiesta and I bought a 2014 Jeep Compass North edition in March, and I still I Love it!

Gustavo was very friendly, helpful and knew his stuff! He has done everything in his power to make, and keep me happy! He has since called me to confirm (Multiple times) that I am still satisfied with my purchase,
I also worked with Bruce. He has bent over backwards working with me and my family. Bruce takes the meaning of service to the next level!
Ala was very professional, and took the time to explain every last detail!

The biggest reason I would recommend Southbank dodge ,Gustavo, Bruce, and Ala is because they made sure that the Compass was the right car for me. The dealership got to know me, and my needs. I gave them my budget and we stuck with it. Southbank Dodge is like a family. Every time you walk in the door, you are greeted with smiles and service. I do not recommend people to go to Southbank Dodge, I TELL them to go.

Best Experience Ever at Southbank Dodge!!

Needless to say, shopping for a new vehicle is not my most favourite thing on the planet, nor is it anywhere close to being within my knowledge of expertise. However, dealing with Christopher Howel at Southbank Dodge has completely changed my perspective! He immediately made me feel comfortable and set any fears or anxieties aside. He was extremely friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and was ready and willing to listen to all of my needs and concerns. I was made to feel like I was more than just a quick sale; he really took his time and made sure I was pleased with the end result. I ended up going with the Dodge Journey and, although I'm super excited about my purchase, I am even more so excited that I found a reliable, honest man who I can refer to all my friends and family!!
