Landon and Rod didn’t stop until they found the exact truck we wanted, and Randi-Lea seamlessly got all the paperwork done online so all I had to do was stop in and pick up the new truck. Landon and Rod have continued to go out of their way to make our lives easier when we recently needed warranty work done. Rod personally delivered a loaner vehicle to our house, and had it picked up once we no longer needed it. I found my new truck at Rocky Mountain Dodge shortly after an accident wrecked my old truck in April. Landon and Beverley were great. From initially having the truck brought out to my house for a test drive to arranging for my old truck being appraised at their facility and eventually being written off, to the final sale.
Anyone who’s dealt with insurance lately knows what a painfully long process that can be. Insurance was the hold up on everything pertaining to this purchase. Both Landon and Beverley were very patient and pleasant to deal with during a very frustrating time.
Eventually the Service Manager, Sharon, was able to receive my old vehicle and properly appraise it for damage. I’m pretty sure, that without the service department’s help, my vehicle write-off would still be in limbo. She got the vehicle in, and very quickly found way more damage than the insurance appraisal.
Once written off, Beverley quickly took care of paperwork, prepping the new vehicle and getting accessories and everything ready to go that we agreed on. In my last 5 new vehicle purchases, this was hands down the most “no-hassle” purchase I’ve ever made from a dealer. Beverley was fantastic to deal with!
There were also no hidden surprises or pressure tactics at signing. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly. I was presented with some available service options for the vehicle and they outlined the benefits of each. There was no pressure to commit to anything, and the information supplied was useful.
I love my new truck, and I had a very positive experience with every person I dealt with during the service and purchase process.

I took my Grand Caravan here for am insurance inspection. They found $3600 worth of repairs. I took it to a privately owned shop in town. The van passed the inspection. Seems like dodge was trying to gouge me on work.

We needed a tire repair during our trip and Amanda helped get my truck into the garage right away. While we were waiting, Ben came over, offered us coffee and had a great conversation. If I could give zero stars I would. I had to take my 2019 Laramie there for a repair. at the time I mentioned the passenger side window had something wrong with it, and it needed a service. BUT that I needed it that day and for the weekend and I would book it in the following week to have it looked at and serviced. In the meantime, I was pretty ticked off that this truck that was less than 2 yrs old had left me stranded yet again. So, $615 dollars and one new battery, and I was on the road. I had finally had enough of my truck. (New transmission at 13,000 km, def issues, wouldn't start in the winter due to freezing off, Rocky mountain dodge neglected to hook the DEF hose back up during a service...) ETC ETC. I sold it on the weekend and got a call from the service department that they had a new window for me. (Was supposed to be just clips). I let her know I sold the truck and would let the new owner know. (Which I did). (He lives in a completely different town and drove a few hours to pick up the truck)
She just called me again and I gave her the new buyers number, as I hadn't heard back from him. She now says that he has to bring the truck to Rocky to have the work done. GIVE ME A BREAK! I didn't authorize the work yet, or request it! I said I would contact them the following week.

On a weekend get away to Banff when our truck started giving us trouble. Pulled into Rocky Mountain Dodge dealership to see if they could have a quick look. Service we received there was outstanding. From Service, Mechanics to Parts, they all went above and beyond to get us going again (and all in about 45 minutes!). Gave us a loaner vehicle so we could continue on with our trip, fixed the truck on a Saturday and then met us on a Sunday so we could pick up our fixed truck and return the loaner. 5 Stars for Sure!

My wife and I bought a used 2014 Jeep Overland from Leduc Dodge to help us with an upcoming move. (Thankfully we bought the extended warranty.) The Jeep had issues with the air-suspension, and side-impact-sensors within the first 400kms, that required immediate servicing.
Rocky Dodge was able to get the required part to fix the air-suspension in time to save us from serious issues with our move. Amanda was beyond amazing!! She sorted out some issues with the warranty and did all the required paperwork, so that the next service dept. could more easily deal with the side-impact-sensors. She kept me updated throughout the entire process, and was unbelievably polite and positive from start to finish.
Seriously couldn't say enough nice things about the entire team! They saved our move and kept us in the vehicle we wanted!
Traveling through Alberta, had a glitch with my Dodge Ram and the service at Rocky Mountain Dodge was....... well excellent ! Duncan was my technician and Amanda was my advisor. I tip my hat to these two excellent employees. What a great team at Dodge.
Floored at the level of service offered by the Service Department.
Vehicle issue and the mechanic came to where my vehicle was to trouble shoot without extra charge. I can not express just how above and beyond this level of service was. This was also late on a Friday when everyone wants to go home.
Repair and facilitating transportation was also far far beyond what I expected. They made sure I was able to get to where I needed.
Repair completed on time and at the amount quoted. Amount quoted was inline with what I found to compare with google searches.
I would not hesitate to call them up. Really get the impression they want to do right and are not in it just to make money.

Great service. I had a broken bolt i needed removed. Their lead mech removed the bolt for me and had me on my way in less then an hour. Highly recommend going there for any mechanical needs.

I purchased a used truck from there a few months ago, was recently having some issues with my trailer lights, not only did they get my truck in right away to try and resolve this issue free of charge when it turned out to be a trailer issue not a truck issue Landon set up an appointment with Hitch and Go, took my truck and trailer over there while I was at work and had everything resolved by the end of the day!
First experience buying from here was a complete nightmare but I heard they got a new sales manager so I tried to give them a second chance as I like to buy local but they are extremely hard to work with. 0 negotiating on price let alone tell you a price when asked. I was willing to make a deal but sales would not even tell me a price. Also I noticed a bunch of there own staff left fake reviews so don’t take the rating seriously.
The service is excellent. Tyler and his crew. Have done great. I acknowledge th manager and his staff for great service. Thx so much for putting up with me.
