April Diamond, I had my doubts but she got me a better rate and finance than I thought I would have recieved.very charming and you can tell they both take customer satisfaction to the top shelf! I had a very positive experience. Norbert and Nick were extremely helpful and ensured that the purchasing process went smoothly. An added bonus is that the layout of the dealership made maintaining 6ft of social distance very easy.
Recently purchased my fifth Hyundai Tucson from this dealership and we also have owned two Elantras. In each instance the purchase experience has been very positive and consistent with other dealer experiences I have had. Tip of the hat to Sean Crawford for his work on the most recent sale. He was no nonsense, helped to get us to a deal fairly quickly and has been helpful and attentive post sale. We would certainly work with him again.
We have had our vehicles serviced exclusively at Rallye Motors Hyundai. We have not had any problems. Service is performed on time as promised. We had one major warranty claim that was handled seamlessly. I have read some of the negative reviews and they simply don’t match up with our experience over the last 12 years.
Hyundai makes affordable, reliable vehicles and this is a solid dealership. Experience it for yourself.
If I could choose a 0 star here I would... We saw a car on the Rallye Motors Hyundai site that we were interested in having a look so we called to find out if it was still available and if we could book an appointment to check it out. We were told yes, it was still available and they booked us for an appointment to go check it out on the same day (today). So me and my wife both take a little bit of time off work to go check out this vehicle only to find out that it had been sold over the weekend. Needless to say, I am not impressed with having my time wasted to go check out a "non existent" vehicle and this will be my last time dealing at this dealership.
Rallye Motors has changed my perception toward purchasing a car. I purchased my car in January, before this pandemic. Since I do not live in Moncton, I have done all my talks and negotiations over the phone and I bought my car over the phone, without going to dealership. Alex Worden was a great sales person to deal with. He kept his all promises, explained everything patiently, and convinced me that my car is a good car. He even sent my car during a snow storm as I really needed it. Whenever Alex was busy, Jared Smith helped me.
Bought my third brand new vehicle from Rallye motors! A 2020 Hyundai Tucson from salesman Daniel he was incredibly professional, courteous and a great person all around enjoyed every minute i spend with him. The amazing service started off with salesman Daniel but I couldn't thank the sales manager Amanda enough for the great deal, she listen to everything I had to say and made a perfect deal to suit me and my families needs! Nothing they told me was true... Always changing and when I needed real help they never got back to me, I wouldn't recommend going to this dealership I should have went to Trevor's Hyundai in Miramichi. Was told that I would be getting free mats and an email that would allow me to auto start the vehicle through an app on my phone and it's been well over a month since we purchased the vehicle... Also I wanted to look into trying to get into something smaller because my insurance payment went up $400, something cheaper would help me tremendously but no one has bothered to get back to me... If this review would allow me to give a negative response I'd be at a negative 4 only because I feel the salesman was actually the only light in my dark journey known as Rallye Hyundai...
We bought a vehicle over the weekend and although it was very busy had a great experience. Our sales Associate Alex was amazing, he made sure we understood everything about the vehicle and was very friendly and professional, he went to all lengths to make sure we left happy. The financing manager Hams was very helpful in every way he could have been in getting us approved. Overall we had a great experience and are very happy with our new Tuscon :)

I was serve today by Jared Smith, I just wanted to share my experience, he was really polite and listen to me the whole time without interrupting me. He had all the answers for my questions, and trust me I had a lot. He never let me down and make me feel he was trustworthy. So if you need to be well serve next time you want to buy a car, ask for Jared, you won’t be disappointed.
I also wanted to mention Krista Boyle in Finance, she knew how bad I needed that deal to be done, she used all the information I had given her in my advantage. It took a while but my situation was really delicate. So I went home really please and less stressful.
Had a great experience shopping for a vehicle. Lance and Alex were very accommodating and great to deal with. Extremely knowledgeable on the products and took the time to listen to what I was looking for.

I wish I can give zero stars. Sales guys and tactics are so bad! Went in to get a price for a vehicle with the intent of buying but was presented with a piece of paper with hand written options of bi-weekly payments. No computations, no breakdown of fees, just 3 options. I asked for the out the door total price but they can’t give an exact amount. They kept giving me an estimate, so I wonder how they got the payment options they gave me. I just gave up asking and walked out the door. I felt ripped off just by being there.

Well not a very impressed customer went for a oil change and the way I understood what the service desk said that I can get an alignment done for 29.99 and he would take 20 dollars off I figured sure that's a great deal ya Ya right at the end of it all I ended up leaving there paying 221.82 then on top of that my car ended up pulling to the right on the way home from the dealer so I called them and told them what was going on they told me to come back a week the 28th so just came back apparently they didn't do it right the first time and waited another hour for them to fix the problem no apologies or anything else per example a free car wash like they offered the first time. So there's my rant about this dealership no stars awarded for them no confidence nor understanding on what they do awful service do NOT recommend them at ALL.

Staff was very friendly..Garald went out of his way to get me in a car..he even paid out of his own pocket to get me a bottle of water after asking me if I wanted a coffee and I told him that I didn't drink coffee.. Customer service goes a long ways..

Terrible service, terrible salesmen. The sales manager looked like he was on drugs. Lying to me about how he used to run TD auto finance. The whole experience was so sketchy, I caught the salesman twice trying to skim a couple hundred dollars on top of the sales price. Ridiculously asinine and now I know why this place has a horrendous reputation around moncton. Avoid, unless you have a desire to set money on fire.
Very knowledgeable staff. Huge beautiful show room. Very large inventory. Great service and parts department very friendly. If you want one of the best and safest smaller size SUVS ever made, get here at Rallye Hyundai and get the 2019 Tucson 2.4L and you won't be disappointed.
I saw Steven Chapman today, the Rallye Motors service department manager about an intermittent problem. He has always provided me with top notch customer service. He actually listens and advocates for his customers.

Poor customer service. Do yourself a favour. Go anywhere else. They have no idea what it takes to service their clients. I had a test drive set up for two used cars. I called the day before to confirm my appointment. When I showed up they took all my info and after 45 mins they told me both cars had been sold several days ago.
So many issues....
Had so many issues at the end of lease. Initially we dropped the car off and signed over the registration. Two weeks later, I received a call from the Finance Company saying I did not return the lease on time was being charged penalties and fees. I explained I had returned it to the dealer more than 2 weeks earlier. They said they spoke with dealer and I did not return the car. So I called the Rallye. The person I spoke to assured me they would investigate and get back to me. (This was around 9:30am). By 4:30pm, I had no response so I drove over. My returned car was still in the same spot I left it - Spare Key and Driver Manual still on the seat where I left them. Although I was in a panic that the car was missing and I was told I was accountable for it, no one bothered to check for the car or get back to me.
After another full week of dealing with various issues that we could not resolve with Rallye we decided to buy it out. The finance company agreed to it over the phone but I noted that the buy out I was being quoted on the phone by the finance company differed from my copy of the lease. So we drove over to Rallye to ask about it. They had the finance company fax over the copy of the lease. It was a completely different contract (Different Date, Different Contract Number, Same VIN # but the net difference was their price was $ 1300 higher than my price and the buy out was higher). We asked how that was possible if I had my copy of the lease. So they looked up my Lease right there at Rallye and it was exactly the same as my version. We asked how it was possible that my signature showed up on the last page of a completely different lease that neither Rallye nor I had a copy of. They had no explanation but yet did not honor the only Contract that Both Rallye and I had. They charged us the higher buy out price After over 3.5 weeks of many calls and visits to try to straighten this out, we just caved and paid - - and after all that they still charged the $299 fees for the paper work. I like Hyndai but would not purchase from Rallye.... The drive to Amherst was well worth the trip for 100% better service.
Had the pleasure of working with Ashley, The Sales Manager, and it was an excellent experience. Had troubles with my clutch shortly after buying the car and they covered the expense of putting a brand new clutch in with the total cost being paid by them. highly recommend asking for Ashley!
Had a positive experience with Alex Cobb and Alex Worden. Was able to get into the vehicle I want at a good price - without too much hassle. Would recommend this duo as they were super accommodating during the entire process, my past review and experience was marred by clerical issues which caused me to have a bad experience. The process this time has been straight forward without any hiccups.
