WORRST nightmare after rounding a deal for 5 hours, the nightmare start with the financing guys he plugs the wrong agreed price, extra fee for delivering the truck to the dealer, they used they financing program the trade in became $0 I believe x0, tried scamming us with the warranty (tried covering in without actually telling us how much it would be), they would not do the calculation on a calculator after we showed them on a calculator, the amount that we suppose to finance was close to $5000 over than what we should borrow.

After getting caught the manager got irritated,norvous,ashammed and gave us the deposit back and we LEFT NEVER TO BE BACK AT RACEWAY CHRYSLER

the manager which is the worst person ever said that if I would buy it a car I liked for $31000 total. Well I agree to that price and they said I had to pay a deposit in order to start the paper work ,ANYWAYS AFTER THE DEPOSIT I MET WITH THE FINANCING PERSON WHO WITH HIS GOODS TACTICS TRICK ME INTO NOT LOOKING AT THE ACTUAL FINAL PRICE OF THE VEHICLE BUT ONLY TO THE MONTLHY PAYMENT,SO WHEN I LEFT THAT PLACE ON I did it THINKING THAT MY CAR WOULD ONLY COST $31000 PLUS HST.
Well that same day my wife and I saw how this guy,this so called manager Ahmad was screaming and being disrespectful to one of his employees,in front of us, who would do that in front of customers, well because of this the next day I started looking online at some reviews about this raceway Chrysler dealer,and started finding reviews about people being rip-off,or the dealer in general being disrespectful to them, I got worried and went back to the dealer the next day to double check the paper work........ WELL as you probably already know the $31000 value had gone up to almost $37000, when I complain about this they just kept saying that if I could come up with the deposit that same day they would do 31000,and THEY KNEW I COULD ONLY BRING THE DEPOSIT 3 WEEKS LATER. SO now they tell me,to my face that basically I was stupid for signing any paper,that now I have to accept that over priced vehicle. I could say more stuff but I don't want to continue wasting my time even talking about this manager. THIS IS NOT A COINCIDENCE,THEY DO IT ALL THE TIME, PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE, MY ONLY REGRET IS NOT SEEING ALL THIS REVIEWS ONLINE THE DAY BEFORE I WENT THERE, I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY $1000 DEPOSIT TO BE REFUNDED,AND I WILL FILE A COMPLAIN WITH THE ONTARIO CONSUMMER PROTECCION ASSOCIATION. GO THERE AND YOU WILL SEE HOW THEY WILL ASK YOU FOR A DEPOSIT RIGHT AWAY . THEY ARE MAKING MONEY JUST BY CHARGIN THIS DEPOSIT AND NOT SELLING AN ACTUAL CAR,SO BE AWARE, do not pay any deposit until you have in front of you the actual contract with the right numbers,

I bought my Fiat 500 yesterday from the Raceway Chrysler dealership in Rexdale, Etobicoke, Ontario, Canada. I got their link from the web as the closest dealership for a Fiat.
I had gone there to check out the new Fiat 500, as one of the alternatives I was considering. I met with Khalil and he was extremely courteous and informative. I got great information from him as well as a good quote. I went away promising that if I do decide to buy a Fiat, I'll buy it from there.
Next visit was when I had decided I wanted a Fiat. Was handled by Bob Saeed at this time. The wait was a bit long, but I had not taken an appointment. So no real complaints. Bob is an exceptional salesperson with vast experience and a great way with words. He sold me on the car I wanted and also helped in getting a good price. I decided to buy and he introduced me to Manjinder for the financing part.
Manjinder was excellent in his work. He helped secure the financing despite our limited duration in Canada. His help and advise allowed us to obtain financing and that too for the maximum duration.
I am very satisfied with the entire sales process at Raceway Chrysler and I would strongly recommend them for anyone wanting to buy a Fiat, Jeep, Chrysler.
My husband and I were looking to replace our 12 year old Caravan which we also bought from Raceway Chrysler. Jude - our previous salesperson at Raceway - was away on vacation so Emad George took the lead in helping us this time. He guided us through our different options with regards to vehicle as well as financing. We're very happy with the service that we got, the vehicle and the price we paid for it. We will be back when our other car is ready for a replacement.
