Sales staff is fantastic. But shop isnt i took my truck in for an oil change. Mechanic said I needed front brakes. Was too busy to get it done at the time. Went to my normal shop to get them done a few weeks later. They refused to do them because there exact words were I have more then 2 years left on the brakes and there is no way someone should have recommended I get them done. So tried to get me to spend $750 for nothing
This dealer was really helpful. I needed to replace my Jeep's subframe and it was a part covered under warranty (within 10 years). The other Kawartha Jeep dealer in town inspected my subframe and concluded it was not eligible, and wouldn't attempt to send photos of the subframe to Jeep head office to inquire.
I wanted a 2nd opinion and this dealer after inspection took the photos and sent them to the Jeep HQ to see if it could be warrantied under a good will clause (since it was out of warranty timeframe). The Jeep HQ approved the part free under warranty, including the labor cost to install the subframe.
They also saved me additional costs by replacing a headlight component (part was free but would cost 300$) as they had a part from a previous repair.
Alignment costs here for all 4 tires were also cheaper than what was quoted at Kawartha Jeep Dealer (125$ vs 199$).
I've dealt with Peterborough Chrysler for years. Great little place and the people that work in service are excellent and when you call they actually want to help you. Not like a lot of places. Highly recommend

I am currently shopping for a truck in the $70,000 range and I wanted to see their stock after my workday. This happens to be when the dealership is closed. I actually got kicked out within being in the parking lot for less than a minute. Would not recommend any dealership where you can’t look at vehicles. They did have something that I was really interested in, but I will not be buying from there just due to the negligence towards customers. I would recommend going to the Dodge dealership down the road.
I dont recommend this dealership, i was sold a ram 2500 longhorn with a broken side mirror (my fault for not knowing perhaps) but they Knowingly sold it and with held that information from me .. thats not honest period .. when politely asked what they'll do about it i was told the dealership cant afford to replace it maybe i should try a wreckers (this dealership owns 5 dealerships) and i asked to have the cargo lights replaced in the truck bed (that detail was overlooked) lastly i would think when buying a relatively new vehicle, the dealership would fill the tank up well not this dealership..
I was referred to Terry by a friend at the dog park in London, and I am so thankful I was! I recently decided to upgrade my vehicle and have always been a fan of Grand Cherokees. I easily could have found the same vehicle in London, but drove all the way to Peterborough so I could buy my new (used) car from Terry because he was so incredibly helpful and trustworthy. It was the first time I bought a car on my own and as a young female, it’s unfortunately common to be taken advantage of my the typical “car salesman”, but Terry was the opposite. He told me what to do and what not to do, even if it would have made him some extra cash. Just drove home in my new ride and couldn’t be happier. Thank you Terry!

Went for trade-in after salesman bugged me for a week over texting (saw me on lot and didnt stop texting since). After a week of bugging me nonstop, I cave and go in and appraise my truck. they then lowballed it by $20,000 claiming i didnt pay tax on it?? (Native status). They then tried to sell me a truck they didnt even have on the lot that would take weeks to get in. Had i signed papers I wouldve sold my 80 grand truck for 55 and signed for a new one for 95. Horrible horrible deal On anyones end. Worst truck buying experience ive had…and ive owned 6 brand new trucks in the past 3-4 years so lots of times to compare this to. I wouldnt/wont let anyone buy a truck here in the future. “We dont want you leaving here thinking we’re prejudiced” is the last thing i let the salesman say to me. Horrible, and classless in my opinion, stay far away.

I don't want to jinx it but my experience at this dealership has gone extremely well so far. We bought a RAM 2500 from Dillon and found him to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful when asked questions. He was also very honest with his answers and when he wasn't sure about something he would say so and get back to us with an answer instead of trying to BS like other salesmen we've dealt with at Menzies in Whitby. I would buy another vehicle from Dillon for sure. The service prices are very reasonable also! I will continue to get my oil changed at this dealer even after the warrantee is up if the prices remain as reasonable as they are now. I cannot buy the Oil & Filter for what I paid to have them do it, and they also topped up the windshield wiper fluid etc. This dealership seems to be a diamond in the rough.

This was one of the best truck buying experiences I’ve ever had. We were looking for a used, but newer RAM 1500 and Nick was my sales person. He was very good at finding the right fit for my needs, which was a 2018 Outdoorsman which I’m really happy with.
While this dealership was smaller, it felt a lot like Cheers. You know..? The show..where everybody knows your name?! It was great. Terry, Pat & the ladies in the service & parts department were all really nice. We’ve never owned a dodge pick up before and had LOTS of questions. Terry was really patient and managed to get ALL the answers we needed, which were specific to the transmission.

Never in my lifetime have I ordered a new vehicle. I decided to do so during a global chip shortage and a pandemic. Our salesman, Dillon was helping us and another equally important customer and at no time did we feel that he was not being attentive to us. He was competent on the features of the used inventory as well as the features on the brand new 2019 RAMs that had just arrived.
We knew that we were buying our new truck from this dealership.
