Golden Mile Chrysler has amazing staff. They were very accommodating and have been very helpful since we bought our car in June. We just went back a couple weeks ago to get winter tires, and we are still happy with how professional and welcoming they are. After perusing AutoTrader for the perfectly optioned and coloured JEEP Wrangler for months, to my surprise one became available at Golden Mile. The photos in the listing instantly sparked an aire of professionalism and desire to connect with a customer on every level. Unlike a lot of vehicles that are posted on dealer listings, the JEEP in the photos was completely detailed - and it was easy to picture myself in it. No crumbs or dirt evident - a real pet peeve - spend a few minutes to wipe the dust off before you try to sell people. Anyhow, I knew that i had to visit it myself, so i clicked the "book and appointment" link and entered my details. To my surprise, i received a call back almost instantly from Carl (apologies if i do not have your name right). He confirmed my appointment and told me that i was meeting with Peter, along with giving me the complete rundown on their safety standards during this time. Yes, my appointment was for the same day. The time came to check out the vehicle - and i did get a stomach turning moment, because, as some of us have had bad car sales experiences where the sales individual is just trying to get the sale and doesnt care about meeting the needs of the individual who is shopping. Fast Forward to test drive time, the dealership was setup very safe and securely. The JEEP was fully sanitized and cleaned, and the office was amply supplied with sanitizer and masks. The drive went great, and of course I fell in love with the Wrangler. Then it was time for Peter Groberman and I to discuss price. After a nice conversation, we settled and struck a deal that was beneficial for both of us. A quick nice conversation. No pressure, and completely open conversation. Very refreshing. Then on to Joe Scavone who finalized the deal with some paperwork. Both very professional individuals who really put peoples best interests first. A few days later i was off to pick up the JEEP Wrangler Willy's and take her home. I was concerned with a few areas on the paint that seemed like they had light scratches, but Garrett and his detailing knowledge and skills took these out no problem. I was dealing with a salesman name Connor. Connor doesn’t return text or voice messages even after you detail you car for trade in value as discussed with him. Phoned in to talk to a manager that said he would look into this issue and would call back In 5 min. No one called back. I don’t usually take the time to review a company but I feel it’s important for future customers to understand that they are just dealing with the typical salesman smooth talker
And to proceed with caution. Do t waste you r time and money!
If you go to any other Chrysler dealer to repair your car you will be mistaken. I have used other dealers and mechanics before and they never get it right, fix it only once at Golden Mile Chrysler. I can't thank Josh and his team enough for their courtesy , honesty and professional service. Simply the best in Toronto. I have come to them off and on for 5 years and I never have to worry about the repairs they do. When I go cheaper I usually have to come to them to repair the fix. I am going to be loyal to them from now on because they never do more than they have to and I am a female. They are always thorough, quick and they always make sure to be honest about the repair. Don't go anywhere else. Trust me!
Mark Robinson and his service team made my service visit a really enjoyable one, I am not sure why they received these negative reviews as my experience was the complete opposite. They were high touch with servicing my vehicle, he answered all my questions patiently and never once treated me like I was a nuisance. I witnessed the way the staff treated other customers and they always tried their best to do what they could to make the customer feel important. I witnessed high touch service from everyone!!!! Little did I know that the same car they serviced would be a write off a couple of weeks after due to an accident where I got side swiped. Mark put in touch with Gab the sales rep who worked hard to find me a replacement, worked to get me the financing that I would need. This is the place that I would go to hands down, it’s hard to put your trust in people but the service team and the sales team have a customer for life from me!!!!! I appreciate everything from everyone!!!!

Service department is unacceptable. Brought my car in for a recall earlier this month - recall was for steering damper which avoids any shaking of the vehicle. After recall was completed, vehicle began to shake on highway. I called and spoke to service manager, Mark, and he said it was likely because of debris or snow within my tires. I told him that it hadn't snow that day or that week at all and there was no way that was the issue so I needed it to be looked at again. With hesitation for him to see my car, finally we scheduled an appointment to have it checked out. I dropped off my vehicle and throughout the day I called to check on timing (car dropped at 9:30am & called for update at 3:45pm) and the receptionist said she will see if the car is ready as it "looks like it is in the shop now" and that she would call me back. After a half an hour, she called me back to say a road test would be required (which I already knew talking to Manager previously) and that they would take it out and get back to me regarding an update on when the car would be ready. Five minutes later she calls me to say that the Manager would like to drive my car to his home in Mississauga to complete a road test as he doesn't believe that he can reach highway speed between business hours (now if that's not ridiculous, I don't know what is!!!). I did not provide permission for them to do this. After several conversations back and forth with the Manager and receptionist, the Manager finally told me that he would be "unable to service my car" and that I should take it to another dealership. He also provided me with the corporate Chrysler phone # to discuss with them further. After calling corporate Chrysler office, the case Manager said he would call the service Manager to further discuss. Service Manager did not return the call to corporate head office until the following day. In the morning, after speaking to two sales receptionists and being on hold for quite some time, they finally said they would put me through to another service manager. After being on hold for more than 10 minutes, Mark answers the line to tell me that he was able to road test the vehicle the night before (after hours), and that he has serviced my vehicle and deemed it safe to drive. I am still not sure that I can believe it and will be taking my vehicle to my mechanic to investigate. I won't even get into what he wrote on the invoice because that another ridiculous level of professionalism.
This Manager put me through unnecessary stress with my newborn; installing/uninstalling car seats, taking shuttles and paying for unnecessary cab rides; to tell me in the end that he has serviced my car. NO ONE SHOULD TRUST THIS TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE BEHAVIOR. After all this, I filed a formal complaint to head office and they said they would investigate both the dealership and this Manager. If this does actually get done than great, but if not, I hope this review will help other consumers with their vehicles. Bottom line all cars need to be safe, and this type of attitude should not be the platform of any mechanic.

Mark Robinson, the "service manager" I dealt with was the most unhelpful, person I have ever had to deal with as a customer. His unwillingness to listen to my concerns and understand the problem with my vehicle was shocking, and resulted in $250 in completely unnecessary diagnostics and fees and a lot of wasted time. His approach went beyond taking my money and delivering absolutely nothing of value in return, but also making an untrue statement that the cause of the issue (which he claimed not to understand), was not a warranty item. This leads me to believe he is either completely incompetent, or if not, his intentions are fraudulent and bordering on criminal. Regardless, not the right approach to take when operating a business that depends on client satisfaction. I have raised my concerns directly with Chrysler head office as well but unfortunately their process prioritizes the commentary of the (in this case incompetent) dealership over the concerns of the customer as well.
