The mecanics are ok but the front service desk are not friendly and the service manger is a poor excuse for a manager. If you try leaving him a message most time his box is full. What does this tell you? The service manager belittles you like you don't know what your talking about. My vehicle had a rattling sound. He said they fixed it twice and everytime I picked up my vehicle I still heard the noise. The service manager even questioned if I was really hearing something or not just looking for a noise. His final suggestion for me was to get another opinion. In other words go somewhere else.
I called the dealership manager three times before he called me back but by that time I already called Chrsyler head office as I was done waiting. I even called the owner of the dealership to explain my situation and he never returned my call.
Well I finally got a second opinion at another dealership and they discovered a strut needed to be replaced and both shocks in the back plus sway bar. Now the sound is gone. So I guess I was not hearing things afterall. Oakville Chrysler is a joke and there are other dealerships who care. These guys don't. Trust me it's been a frustrating ordeal and I'm giving my honest opinion. Buyer beware!!!

Terrible. I am never bringing my car back here for service ever again. I made an appointment to have my parking brake and door latch fixed and after inspecting the car they told me it was a small fix for the brake. After bringing the car home the next day and seeing it roll down the driveway I had to bring it back. They managed to properly diagnose the problem in 5 minutes (Not sure how it was that easy if they missed it the first time) and told me it would be ready in a few hours. That was also not true. They ordered the wrong parts and needed to keep my car overnight for a second night. The following day they let me know the car was ready and were not even making an attempt to compensate me with some sort of discount. After I told them I was not paying full price for the repairs that caused me to go over 2 days without a vehicle they offer $50 off what was now over $2000 in total repairs. When trying to explain how unprofessional, unacceptable, and unsafe their services were I tried to explain that from a customer service side of things the very least they could have done was offer me a rental vehicle to use while I didnt have my car to which I was blamed for not asking for one. The negligence from Ishmael and the techs for looking into my vehicle could have gotten someone injured if I had not tested the parking brake at home before going on with my day. Save yourself the head ache and bring your car somewhere else for any service.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. There were 2 issues with the vehicle discovered within the first week of having purchased it. While I was excited to have a new vehicle, this dampened my excitement somewhat. Thankfully, the dealership/sales representative I had been dealing with were willing to resolve these issues which I was grateful for.

I was disappointed in the communication I had with the sales representative I was working with. At times, a day or more would pass without me receiving a response to my messages. I would then need to be the one to follow up on my inquiries to get an answer. On one occasion, I did not receive any acknowledgment of a message I had sent at all. I must note that when my partner (my partner is a male and I am a female) reached out to this salesperson, he received a response almost instantaneously (sometimes even at off work hours). This may have been a coincidence, but with car sales being a historically male dominated profession, this rubbed me the wrong way. Especially since I was the one purchasing the vehicle, not my partner. My hope is that this feedback will be constructive for the sales team at this dealership moving forward. I am thankful for my new vehicle, but the experience could have been improved on a whole.

Literally the shadiest dealership I have ever dealt with. Found a car, talked to a nice salesman and gave him a deposit to hold it until until we arrived. I was then contacted 3 hours later by the same nice salesman and was told that the sales Manager Kathy (picture below) had decided to sell the car instead to someone else at a higher price. The leadership at this dealership has no concept of customer service and I would highly recommend you avoid this place at all costs. Not the salesman's fault as he did everything right - it's management that is fueled by 100% greed with zero care for the customer. Even when I called to complain, Kathy literally did not care and refused to budge or even attempt to make it right.

Stay away. Far away. Spend your money where the customer actually matters and you won't be betrayed and lied to by greedy sales managers.

Over all good experience - the original call I made was for a Jeep (similar to the jeep I ended up purchasing) and the original sales rep said it was sold … but he did not provide me with any suggestions to an alternative vehicle. I described what I wanted and was unable to get any suggestions…

I ended up finding something on Auto Trader and it happened to be at this same location. So I called a second time and got a different sales rep. He did an excellent job at selling. I told him what I was looking for, he held the vehicle for me until I made it in to see it in person. He knew the ins and outs of my 2020 Jeep Compass - all questions answered. I didn’t feel pressured at all and he was able to get us a great price. The finance advisor is also fantastic. It is clear that he has been in the business for a very long time and is very knowledgeable! He was transparent with us and answered all our questions in depth.

I was planning to get the 2021 CLASSIC RAM. But based on my needs Victor convince me that the new 2022 Ram is the better alternative. It had all of my needs plus more!!. The test drive made the sale and ride quality is a lot better compared to the classic. 4AUTO & 4HIGH are your best friends when you are stuck in the mud, snow conditions, Commuting from the countryside the city the 4AUTO & 4HIGH helps a lot. Booked in for a basic oil change. When i got there the service advisor immediately confirmed that they had the proper filter since it was a little unique. Luckily they had one, but only one. I feel this should have been confirmed either when the appointment was made or at least the day before the appointment to ensure parts are available. I was booked in for 915 and out by 1030, but car did not go on the lift until just before 10. I feel they could manage their timing better. Waiting area is small and not too inviting. Service advisor was excellent. I was at the Oakville North location.

Having worked across the country in the last decade or so, I have dealt with many many dealerships for my various models of Jeep’s I have owned. I relocated back to Ontario in 2017 and have had to go for maintenance and several unexpected services due to various things that went on my current Jeep Patriot. I started going to this dealership and WOW … they are amazing.

I depend on my vehicle for my job and every time I have had an issue, they have been there for me. I am told: “ we can take me no problem, just come in and we’ll help you out” and they have me out same day whereas other dealerships tell me 3 days. Staff are excellent, personable, knowledgeable and up front. They actually shuttled me both to and from the dealership when my vehicle was serviced so I can still do my job.

Hands down this is the best dealership I have ever dealt with and like I said are always there for me.. shout out to Aishwarya who is the service person I always deal with. She is top notch and professional.

Came in for winter tire change out but they found my brakes were shot. 2 years they lasted. Is that normal? Service was good and got a ride home.

They are thorough. They fix everything and do it well. It's a little on the expensive side but my cat is running like a dream. Whatever they did it's like a new car. I love Ash, she's my girl cause she gets it all no muss and no fuss. Highly recommend this dealership.

I have used this dealership for all my services ever since I bought the vehicle there in 2013 and in all that time have never had a bad service experience there. This visit was a short trip - just to change my winter tires over to summer tires. I needed new ones since the ones I had were original equipment. I bought Michelin Defenders at a very competitive price. They had a special offer of "Buy 3 and get the fourth one free".. installation also included wheel balancing. Alignment was not needed.
So I was in and out within an hour.

I have spent many thousands on repairs in the past year and now I will not returning to this dealership for any future repairs. I am a single mom working two jobs to better myself and my boys and I needed a new car.I was elated to see I didn't need a co signer and that i was approved so quickly, and I was able to drive off with a new 2014 Doge journey the same day! talk about service!!

So I recently traded in my old truck (2011 ram 1500 Hemi) in May for a 2014 ram 1500 V6 for better fuel mileage. When I purchased the vehicle I wanted a few things done to the truck and one being a remote start added. John actually told me they didn't have any in stock and I would have to wait until September. Now I have heard this "we don't have it but when It comes in we will call you" and let you know so I thought I might be in for a ride on this. Not 2 months later I received a call from John stating that my remote start was in and requested that I bring my truck in to have it installed as well as a few computer upgrades were needed which I did not know about. I was shocked to see the remote start was in well before the quoted time. I made the appointment and brought the truck in. John told me the truck would be finished probably early to late afternoon. I received a call shortly after 11am and again John told me the truck was finished and ready to be picked up well before the time that was mentioned before, again I was shocked. when I arrived at the Dealership John was on his break and insisted to drop everything and show me how this puppy worked. So he did just that. and everything is working just perfect.
This is by far the best dealership I have been to..... ever, and John and the team at Oakville dodge dealership have made my experience unquestionably amazing. Fast, efficient and No Bull kind of operation they are running over there.
