I didn’t experience the last 2 but the shady financial leadership and tactics this dealership serves to its customers is reckless. After a horrible experience trying to buy a car, it's dealerships like this that confirm the stereotype of being crooked & shifty.

I found a car that I liked. Went to see it, negotiated a price for my trade-in and signed a deal. Said that I'm looking for a cash sale, no financing needed, and put a deposit down with a credit card. They would not take cash or certified check because of past frauds - the only way to pay is by wire transfer. They sent me their bank account info for the transfer but it wasn't consistent with their bank branch. Then they sent new bank info, yet my bank flagged again that it's not consistent with their bank. This is scary - if the wire transfer goes to the wrong account the cash is gone. Told this to my salesman and he agreed to a certified check. I ordered the check and shortly after I got a text from my salesman saying that the dealership owner won't accept a certified check. After wasting time, effort and money the deal was cancelled due to inaccurate banking info on their end and their unwillingness to accept a certified check which they had agreed to. As a side note, they charged hidden costs for fuel and a $99 finance fee on top of the sale price (even though I'm not financing with them), which goes against OMVIC regulations of “all-in pricing as advertised” - something they’ve been nailed for before.

The story continues but Im sure you get the point. They don't care about their customers and continue to practice shady financial tactics. Stay away!

Found a car that I was interested in at North York Carhub at 7200 Yonge in Toronto/Thornhill. Went to see the car and negotiated a price for my trade-in and signed a deal. I mentioned to the salesperson that I am looking for a cash sale, so no financing was needed. I put a deposit down using my credit card to secure the car. Because of Covid, they said that they would not take cash or certified checks because of fraud, and so the only way to make a payment is via EFT (electronic funds transfer). The dealership provided me with the banking info to be able to wire transfer the money, however the banking info they sent me was not consistent with their bank branch information. The dealership then sends me new banking info, however again my bank flagged that the new info is still not consistent with their bank branch. This is scary, because if the EFT goes through to the wrong account, the money is gone (the bank can not retrieve it), and I will be out a lot of cash without a car to show for it. After mentioning this to my salesperson, they finally agreed to accepting a certified check, so I started the process of getting the check (I use an online bank so all of this took hours of being on the phone to make this happen). After I ordered the certified check, I received a text from the salesperson with new banking info to make a wire transfer, and he mentions that the owner of the dealership will not accept a certified check. Again, this new info was not consistent with any of the previous bank info they sent, nor was it consistent with the bank branch info. By this point I have spent countless hours on the phone with my bank AND the dealership, made 2 trips to the dealership which is about 40min away, spent $45 to get a certified check that they agreed to but then changed their mind, spent $80 for a money transfer (EFT) that never happened because their banking info was incorrect, and $172 in extra insurance costs to insure the new vehicle for pick up. Deal was cancelled - they wouldnt take a check. Unbelievable! Stay away!

Stay away from this Dealer!! Worst service I ever experienced. Its a long story but I purchased an Alfa Romeo for $60,000 plus taxes. A week later had a service issue. I had to bring it to another dealer which I cleared first with Izod my salesman who is NO HELP. I took it to my closest Alfa Romeo dealer. I got a $600 bill exactly a week later. Again I was told by my salesman Izod that it would be taken care of. That was August of 2019. It is now February 2020 and all I've received are empty promises and excuses. Completely unprofessional dealership with ZERO customer service and no care at all. I was told by my salesman Izod on probably 8 separate occasions that it is being taken care of and that a manager is going to call me. I've received zero calls. I was also given an email.
I emailed and received 1 response and now those emails are being ignored. Read the many similar bad reviews about their selling practice overall. Buying the vehicle originally was also very shady with their policy of not being able to buy it without going through finance. I had originally walked away and then they ended up calling me changing their policy on the spot allowing me to put more money down and alter the payment even though I still wanted to put more down. I wish I kept walking away. Don't be fooled by their lower pricing, they make money on finance deals! Just do yourself a favour and stay clear! I will be filing with OMVIC and the BBB as I'm out $655 for no reason. They are thieves.

After finding the vehicle the suits our needs we decided to go ahead and purchase it. I have never heard such a thing that you cannot pay "in full" meaning paying cash/money order/certified cheque. At this particular dealership we couldn't. They only allowed us to pay about 40% down payment and rest to be on financing which I really didn't want as the interest rate was high. We end up getting the vehicle as we really liked it but week later after visiting our bank we were able to pay of the loan right away and finding out that the whole story was nicely presented to us just so they can make an extra $500 as "processing fee" . I know one thing- I will never go back there and will make sure to never recommend anyone.

Raymond was amazing to deal with. My husband and I contacted this dealership looking for good friendly service. We knew what we wanted and Raymond was able to deliver. He handled the paperwork efficiently and we were impressed because we were from out of town. Everything was complete and ready to go as promised. With Raymond’s help, he made the transition from our old vehicle to our new vehicle as smooth as possible. We were able to finish the paperwork and pick our vehicle at a time that was convenient to us and we were even able to pick up our vehicle over the weekend so neither of us had to miss work. Flawless service! (My husband was so impressed he decided to replace his vehicle a couple months later and same excellent experience, ty)

My wife and I went to this dealership without any expectations. We told the sales person Darren that we were not going to make any decisions since it was our first day shopping around, and didn't even know which vehicle to go for. Unexpectedly, we ended up purchasing the Audi A7! The deal was subjected to some extra paint work that the car needed to be done, and we waited for a whole week to pick it up. Darren was keeping us updated closely during the week, and I'm glad the result was definitely worth waiting for, as it went beyond our expectations! The car almost looks like brand-new, and they even fixed some of the parts that I didn't expect them to fix. All in all, it was an enjoyable experience.

We watched the video last night, and are amazed with the features. I know the ordering department kind of delayed things when they brought in the wrong roof rack. Someone there should have left me a message to let me know it wasn't going to be ready as expected, but we do think it was good of the service department to take the time to put it in right. It sounded as though it was an unexpectedly long install.
