Rates range from 0%-1.99% but with a much lower discounts Or take the huge rebates with a tiered rate system for those that qualify for rates from 3.99-4.99%. This is the better deal. Which rate term you qualify for is what you get pending the discount.
There are also other rebates not advertised that I have you which is how I got the payment for you.
Once again my attitude only occured with you saying your going to use your local dealer after my hard work for you which I bet won't match my deal. Any sales rep would be upset but I move on fast as I'm always busy evey month.
Fyi, I give the best deals to everyone as I DON'T WORK on Commission hence why I'm the only Sales Rep here. Everyone else on early EI.
But go ahead and Call my GM Rick Barnes "pretty please" to complain. Talk to him. 905-683-4100. You lost out on a phenomenal deal. My GSM told me you wanted Black. Maybe he misunderstood as you were chatting with him. He did say you wanted quad cab, but I asked you if Crew would work as its cheaper.
Maybe my GM will honor the deal for you with another color which you never mentioned to me either.
He probably would have delivered the Ram to YOU if you weren't so obnoxious. Plus would have had no payments for 90 days.
There are also more discounts on certain new vehicles than others cause the Factory helps us sell our inventory.

in Nov 2015 I took my 300C in for service in had a problem at about 60 mph the transmission would start slipping when I would pull over stop and start again it was fine but every time at around 60mph the transmission would slip I looked the problem up on line as I am a retired service technician who just moved into the area I took in over to this company all that was required and all I ask for was to have the value body cleaned as there was a known problem that any little piece of dirt could hang up the shift value while I waited the so called transmission technician came into the waiting room all upset rising his voice that it can't be done and where did I get this idea from. I explained its right on the internet he proceeded to get upset claimed he was in the business 20 years never hear of this I told him to just google it he refused stated he will not do it he knows best it needs a whole new transmission I could not believe his rude manners. I simply told him to pull the car out. I called over to the Firestone on Brock St explained what had to be done the owner Jack was more the helpful. He did the job the next day and the car has been fine for 2 years now a 3000.00 dollar savings unbelievable yes 3000.00 big ones I saved guess the Firestone Technician are better trained on these cars then the dealer!! Watch it here If u like getting screwed bent over and head on in. Had to put 1/2 a star! They do not have stars with minus signs

I had a great experience buying my vehicle here. There was no pressure from the sales rep to buy anything that I didn't want or need. Rick was great and took the time to go over everything with me so I felt comfortable with my purchase.
Worst experience ever at this dealership. The first guy I talked to about testing a car out, was an absolute douche and proposed no solutions at all. He was just simply rude. I was then promised I could test it before purchasing from another salesmen. I previously bought a car from this salesman before and would have happily done it again. I spent over $40,000 on this first car from Dodge. They wasted hours of my time, and after talking numbers, said that their insurance couldn't cover it. I know for a fact this is a lie because they promised me I could come in and test it out anyways. I even attached a screenshot of my conversation with the sales rep prior to coming in, where he states he talked to the manager about the test drive. These guys are just clowns and I will never go back again and highly recommend no one going there to purchase a vehicle. The manager even talked down as if I couldn't handle a fast car, when in fact I've driven many Lamborghinis, motorcycles, etc. Who in the right mind would spend over $80,000 before even driving a car first? What a joke of a dealership.
The team at Menzies are incredible and very professional. We were well advised and informed of all options which we appreciated very much. Our sales rep Matt Lashkiri was very responsive and prompt in addressing all queries so be sure to ask for him. In short, Menzies is definitely the place to visit for your next vehicle!

My wife and I recently purchased our new 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 from Menzies. The dealer we dealt with was Vance. We can't say enough positive things about him. He made everything so smooth and easy. Even communicating with us over the weekend to make sure that we were satisfied with everything and that we had everything in order that we required to make picking up our new truck that much smoother. Not to mention he came in on his day off Monday just to be there for us to pick up out truck. Even with us having our 2 young children with us ages 4 and 6. The other staff even went the extra mile to entertain them and offer them apples and cookies. Which of course they loved both. We had a great start and ending to our used car purchase with Menzies. Our sales person, Cory, quickly found us a bunch of options that fit our needs. He was very nice and low-pressure. The day after we picked up our vehicle it started leaking fluid. We called Menzies and they took it back right away and provided the parts for the repair. The downside was that the process took several weeks and communication was not always great. I got more than a little frustrated and anxious that i had bought "a lemon" or that I was being avoided, but everyone was always very polite and solution-oriented as things slowly but surely moved in the right direction. We've now had our vehicle back for 3 weeks and all is running smooth! I feel very fortunate that the Menzies cares so much that their customers are safe and happy. Thank you Cory, Rick, Darla, Felix, Bill and the rest of the Menzies team. We are also still driving a car we bought from Menzies 10 years ago.

I give a four because every staff member except for one was really friendly and helpful, and I hate to give something lower and this be a misrepresentation due to one person's attitude. I saw a previous review about the exact same person. I wish I remembered his name, but the financial manager I suppose? Decides on pricing of used vehicles. I'm not complaining that we didn't agree on a price. I understand someone else may pay that but I was able to secure a better deal elsewhere. I only feel compelled to write about his smug, condescending attitude when he spoke to me. I would have been willing to negotiate further but felt in that moment I'd never be giving that man a cent of my money. Not the words he used, just the way he used them. If you want paying customers it's probably best not to treat them like they are beneath you.
I have purchased 3 vehicles all from Menzies 2 from Jen Carver. Absolutely amazing Jen cared and helped me each time to get into something that works for me and that I loved. Jens is kind and patient and has a lot of product knowledge and an amazing outgoing personality. I went into Menzies to speak with a salesperson regarding a new vehicle (I won’t be purchasing for a few months.)All of the staff were so friendly. I met Becky and she’s so great. Down to earth and so easy to talk to. Extremely knowledgeable and patient with my husbands questions. He was even impressed with how much she knew about Rams! We will be back in May and will be buying from her for sure!

Great experience but don't wait too long before you pull the trigger! The used 2012 I wanted sold as I was on my way there, and then the used 2015 was sold an hour before I decided to go for it... The prices are super competitive (and trust me, I've got family who works in automotive and they've got ways to find awesome deals) and all of the cars I looked at here were right on point. My sales guy Rick took all my texts and calls at weird hours even when he wasn't in the office to help me get a good deal and I went with a brand new Jeep Wrangler Sahara. I love it. Great experience all around, and even though I won't be in the market to by a new car for quite a while.... I will definitely go back.
We had a fantastic time at Menzies, the friendly no pressure sales really kept us comfortable. From allowing my children who were in awe at the new challenger to sit inside it and touch. Right down to the fantastic gentleman named Adam Richard that sold us our dodge grand caravan. This super personable young man came in on his day off just to make sure we got our van, even took the time to hook up our cell phones to the u conmect system. Menzies Chrysler in Whitby was a dealership recommendation a friend of mine made, and despite being hesitant to travel the distance, the experience was well worth it. The entire staff was extremely professional, and the specific representative I dealt with (Phil) did a great job in addressing my questions and concerns. Nothing but praise. Brought my 2012 Chrysler 300 into Menzies Service Bay as my car was soon to be out of warranty and had an issue with a seal that was deformed. I dealt with Damon and it was fast, efficient and transparent. The part was on back order and I was notified promptly and rescheduled in to have my warranty claim honored. I will be returning back for future service for my vehicle.

Customer service is a rare find these days and Menzies Chrysler embodies the meaning of true customer care! You know you can not please everyone all the time, however they do go out of their way to even the most difficult people because they care.
