I had major car trouble coming out of montreal and got stuck in Laval for a night as my car part had to be ordered from Toronto! Michel Cleroux and Maxime Charbonneau stayed open an hour after close to program my part to save me having to expense of another night of accommodation and food. Michel was warm and welcoming when I arrived distraught, Thank you again Laval Mazda for going above and beyond

Most poor reviews of this dealership seem to be because of the lack of customer service. I haven't even visited this dealership and I'm giving it 1 star. I've been emailing this dealership because im interested in purchasing a car they have on their lot. It's been a week now and I've sent 4 emails via their website and autotrader. I still haven't heard back. I'm literally reaching out to make a purchase and they don't even have the processes in place to get back to me. If customer service is bad over email (or lack of emails), I cant imagine what being inside the dealer is like.

Reponse to Laval: I'll be happy to remove this review once I get a response. But I did NOT receive any form of communication within 48 hours of my first message. Also, the phone number you referenced isn't even my number. Looks like you made a typo.

They are only good for tire and oil change. For other service they are not competent enough. My car needed the windshield to be changed so I wanted to have an appointment. They told me someone was going to call me from the service departement. Two weeks went by and I still didn't receive any call. So i went there and I took one with a sales rep and they gave me after 2 days. When I came after 2 days, they said they cannot fix it because they don't have the part. So half of my day was ruined. Then they scheduled me the next week saying they will have the part. When I came again for my appointment, they took my car and kept it the whole day. In the afternoon at around 2pm (i gave my car at 8am in the morning) they said they didn't do nothing because they didn't have the right part. So they wasted my whole day again. Then they gave me another appointement the following week saying that it gonna take the whole day. So I gave my car and at 4pm i receive the call that it is still not finished and it will be available the next morning. So in conclusion, horrible service and its not the first time.

Avoid this place at all cost. Keep in mind, I never bought an actual car. I had to cancel the deal and they would not give me back my deposit. I'm a reasonable and calm guy, but the Sales Manager basically wished me luck to get it back. Such arrogance from everyone there, I'm happy I went with another dealer. I'm currently in a legal process to get my deposit back. I tried to settle this the friendly way, and when I mentioned I would leave a bad review, the guy replied: ''it wouldn't be the first time, do what you got to do''...I kid you not people.

Mon véhicule ne vient pas de ce concessionnaire, mais j'ai l'intention d'y faire l'entretien.

Première visite d'entretien pour le 8000km, satisfaisant et un peu moins couteux que mes premières visites chez mon concessionnaire Subaru.

Beaucoup de techniciens à l'accueil, service rapide et courtois.

À ma grande surprise, en pleine période d’affluence (pneus d’été) mon véhicule a été lavé correctement, intérieure et extérieure sans extra .. une attention très appréciée, faut continuer maintenant ;-)

Une bonne première visite, j'y retourne pour mon 18000km .. à suivre
