Very unhappy with extended warranty I purchased with a new Mazda3 from Llalo. The factory installed Infotainment Center failed. They fixed it by upgrading software AND CHARDED ME!!! They explained that is not covered by the warranty! I always had scheduled service done by them to protect my warranty. I intend to tell everyone who asks about my car to be cautious when purchasing a Mazda.
I was sold a used car out of bad faith! They never disclosed all damage to the vehicle and made me feel like it was my fault for not noticing it. I was there at night so I couldn’t see it because it is a black vehicle. I would have not purchased this vehicle if I was aware of the complete information for the vehicle. They are nice to sell them but once you drive off the lot they truly don’t care!!!!!

Really good service, they clearly run a tight ship and it shows. Never bought a car from them, just had my Mazda 6 Safety Recall done.....even so, very professional and on point. Recommended.

Bought a brand new Mazda 3 back in 08. This car (knock on wood) has been amazing! It's a daily commuter and besides reg maintenance weve never had to sink money into it and were at nearly 225,000 km. Will def buy Mazda again!
