This is a short note to thank several people for the excellent service I received while recently purchasing my 2011 Dodge Journey.
Al was by far the most cooperative and helpful salesman I have ever encountered. He was very patient and supportive over a 6 week period of selling my previous vehicle to finally getting the new car. He regularly answered my exhaustive list of questions or sought the answers from those who knew. He put up with my frequent visits until generally I missed seeing him once the deal was complete.
Sandra was a lot of fun. She happily shared the choices for financing, the possible options and generally made me feel that I was with someone who really did care that I get the best deal.
Kevin was right to the point, friendly, not confrontational and did negotiate the deal quickly and very fairly. He ensured that I got the best value for my money.
Even Daniel had a part in washing my car on the day of delivery and shaking my hand in thanks.
It was also good to see so many former employees of Davidson Chrysler whom I had dealt with on many former occasions.
Put all this together and it created a wonderful experience which was not the least bit threatening as this type of purchase can be as the consumer doesn't do this very often. It felt like "family"!
I will certainly refer Kawartha Chrysler to my many friends as a fantastic location to purchase a vehicle.
