Top notch service. Well informed staff and my salesperson Christina was pleasant and knowlegeable about the car and its features. Did not feel pressured and negotiations were respectful and fair. Bought my Mazda3 from this location. Went in to get my first oil change. Customer service was friendly. Dropped off the keys and got my car back about 30 mins later.
I knew for a fact my washer fluid was probably low but it was checked off as "good" on the diagnostic sheet.
No surprise, my washer fluid light came on a week after.
It's really not a huge deal, I have my own fluid at home. However, it just shows how cheap dealerships can be. Especially when places like mr Lube will top up your fluids for free.
We bought our vehicle new here, and the service team had treated us like gold since. We had a major brake job recently and there were some parts that were defective but to hard to diagnose. The Service team made the process easy on my wife and I by bending over backwards to communicate with us and ensure that we didn’t go away without full resolution. Thanks especially to Andrew in service for his outstanding customer care.

I checked out other places but the service and quality of the deal wasn't what I was looking for. Kanata Mazda knocked it out of the park starting off w Christian. He was down to earth and made looking at the options available to me pretty exciting. I wouldn't hesitate recommending anyone who is looking for a Mazda to come in and ask for Christian. We purchased a used car (not a Mazda) from Kanata Mazda just recently. Jesse Carr was great to deal with. He made the deal smooth and easy and satisfied both sides. The car needed a bit of work, and they took care of it. When we picked up the car, something else seemed wrong. We drove it back and Jesse and the GM , Mike Palmas came out, drove with us and said ' We will make this right', and they did!! Mike stayed on top of the issue and kept us informed all the time. Wonderful experience, we will be back!!! Highly, highly recommend this dealership and their staff ( including the wonderful lady that greets you at the desk!!). Thank you!
In response to Sales Manager comment asking for a reason behind the 3 star rating: My wife was in a car accident and we were stuck looking for a replacement car. We absolutely love Mazda so we targeted these dealerships specifically across Ottawa. Our goal was to buy 'used' which limited our options to whatever each dealership had on it's lot at the time. The sales representative we got representing your specific dealership was unbelievably arrogant and unhelpful. We found him very unprofessional and when he continued to press on us 'to buy' when we made it clear we weren't interested in any of the cars he kept focusing on. We explained our situation (the same one explained above). We also stated that we were looking for something with less mileage and in better shape then the 2 cars he was able to point out. His response was "All cars within the age we were looking for looked like 'this' (~pointing at the same car we already made clear we weren't interested in)". It was a collection of both his arrogance and lack of empathy in understanding of our situation along with his pure desire to make a sale 'now'.... That and his need to shove his car knowledge down our throat and dictating that ... 'no - this car IS really what you want'... well... it was just toxic. There were no cars that had our attention, so we left. I left a Google Review on every dealership we visited that day. Honestly 3 stars isn't that bad of a review; i have no doubt had we had a different salesperson that day, the review would have been higher.
Purchasing a new car at Kanata Mazda was a great experience. It is a very welcoming dealership; all the people I met were very friendly. The sales rep, Jessie Carr was excellent. He was knowledgeable about the product and helpful in the decision making process. There was no pressure, just a great conversation. There were no surprises and the decision to buy was an easy one. Best of all, I love my MX-5.

I just traded my Mazda3 2016 sedan in for a brand new Mazda3 2019 Hatchback and WOW it is a beautiful car! It has lots of pep (aka zoom zoom) and I'm super impressed with the new interior and exterior styling - I did white pearl exterior paint with red leather interior and black on black wheels - its a SEXY car! The guys and gals at Kanata Mazada did an excellent job of getting me into a new car. I got a great deal on the purchase and received a really fair trade-in value for my old car. This is my second car purchased through Kanata Mazda and will not be the last. I highly recommend Kanata Mazda for your next New and/or Used car and all of your service needs!

I come to Kanata Mazda because it's close to where I live. I did not buy my Mazda here so I cannot say about their sales service but there service department is disgraceful, I have never had an oil change that didn't take over an hour to complete. I constantly have early morning appointments to start my day they have never brought my vehicle in on time. I always wait on them. My last appointment was 8:30am Feb 16 2016 and it's currently 9:10 am and my vehicle hasn't even been brought into the shop. Disrespectful to the customers time and schedule. I am switching my service to a different dealership

Sales experience was very good.
The pickup of the new vehicle was excellent. Fast and efficient, and the salesman's explanation of the vehicle's features and how to program it was superior to that experienced in other dealerships. My wife is not technically savvy, but she found the explanation clear and easy to remember.
I don`t usually right reviews but felt one was warranted. Both my wife and I were impressed with the service we received while recently buying a new Mazda 3 at Kanata Mazda. Our salesperson Arnold Doucette was very pleasant, helpful, down to earth and in no way the typical pushy salesman. He made sure the whole experience went smoothly throughout the process. Processing of the application was efficient and delivery was flawless. We had no issues what so ever.
I recently shipped my car to Europe. Just days before the shipping date, there was an issue with the ventilation kit. This was discovered by the Mazda dealer near my home, but they did not have the time to fix it. I started to call and Kanata Mazda really helped me out. I called on Monday morning to ask if they could help me. They made sure the ordered parts came in on Tuesday en my car was ready for pick up at 4pm. On Wednesday my car was ready to be shipped. If they had not help me out the way they did, it would have cost me a lot of money as the warranty expires the moment the car crosses the Canadian border. I wanted to thank Kanata Mazda for their flexibility and service.
Extremely happy with the service staff at this location. They've done my regular oil change and fixed a part under warantee without any issues. Definitely my prefered Mazda dealership.
