I didn’t actually have the best experience with the dealership as a whole. There were some serious issues with buying our van. But, our sales rep was wonderful. He really did everything he could to make us happy despite the inadequacies of the detailing department to be exact. If it wasn’t for Chris my rating would have been a 1 because of the frustration I had to go through. Good job Chris!

I purchased a new vehicle from here in May of 2020 and up until my vehicle left the lot, I received great customer service from everyone involved. However, within 24 hours my check engine light came on in my vehicle and I immediately contacted the sales rep I had been working with. My sales rep put me in touch with Kingston Kia, as the vehicle is under warranty, but they were unable to look at for several weeks. Seeing as the car had been off the lot for less then 24 hours, I was hoping I would be able to have the team at Thompson take a quick look at it and run the code reader to diagnose the issue. I tried to follow up with the sales rep and sales manager but never received a reply from either regarding the issue. I finally had the vehicle looked at a few days ago with Kia where they were able to shut off the sensor but it came back on within a couple days. It has been a very frustrating month; looks like I’ve been sold a lemon for a hefty price tag.
I also brought in a friend who referred me to the dealership and was looking to redeem the $200 referral bonus as his wife had bought a vehicle from the dealership a couple years ago. When I left the lot with my new vehicle, my sales rep said to have them get in touch with him about setting up their gift card of choice. They did so the following day and also received no reply. Needless to say, I won’t be referring anyone to Jim Thompson Chrysler in the future (gift card or not).
Dean Myles is always great! He finds us everything that we want and is always professional and courteous! We will keep going back to Jim Thompson’s and to Dean for all of our vehicles!

Purchasing a new truck was a very pleasant experience despite all the required social distancing protocols that are now required. This dealership had set up their showroom with all this in mind and it became unnoticeable after a short while. Highly recommend our sales rep Dean Wells.

I went into the dealership just to see what they had and what they would give me for my 2017 caravan and ended up with a 2019 Caravan, there was no pressure he listened to what l was looking for in another and went searching. Can't beat the service centre either.

I bought 2 vehicles from Thompson's when Jim Thompson owned it completely. When Thomas Heighton bought the business I saw a change that resulted in the Service Department really pressuring you to have them do extra work such as fluid flushes and oil additives. I just got tired of the same questions. They also talk to you in front of other customers in the waiting room which puts you on the spot. I will not buy from there again.

I had my car detailed at Thompson's and they did the best job I have ever had! It took a bit longer than anticipated but it was worth the wait. Everyone i was in contact with was helpful and pleasant. I cannot say enough about the superb job they did; it even smelled like a new car when I got in!
This is a fantastic dealership! I have bought my last 2 cars there, a brand new Dodge Grand Caravan and a used 2004 Infinity G35. Both cars have been amazing!! The sales and service has always been excellent in all my dealings! Would recommend to anyone!!
