Tar was awesome in showing us the car and happily answering the more than numerous questions. He negotiated in good faith and we felt strongly that we could trust him. Furthermore, he addressed two minor aesthetic issues we had with the car, which were minor and not anything he was responsible for, making pickup day very satisfying. I have already referred family and friends to Tar and Glenleven for their future car purchases. As well, Ashley Small was extremely helpful and patient and friendly. James Lewis is one of the best of the best salesman I have ever met. On a cold Sunday afternoon James took the time to explain every possible detail of the 2014 Edge. I responded to the Auto Trader add and got a call from Liam right away, even though it was late in the evening to set up a test drive. I was impressed at the quick professional response and when I was finally able to come in to test drive a Jeep, I dealt with Joey. This guy was awesome and cut me a huge deal! Purchased a used vehicle October 2018, now less than a year later (August 2019) and I need to replace my tires. When purchasing the car, the salesman indicated that the tires were in "good shape" which I took to mean I would get more than a year of driving out of. Called the dealership regarding this and they were no help, figured they could at least give me a good deal on used tires but the salesman I spoke to said "you have had it for a year". I even sent them the information for tire quote but never even got a response.
Where initially I thought the team seemed amicable and competent, the service and care clearly left as soon as I drove the car off the lot. Be aware, and definitely don't take their word on anything when purchasing a used car.
I purchased my Jeep Wrangler from Glenleven Chrysler and could not be more happy with the great care and service I received from the team there. They gave me a fair trade for my old Jeep. Joey Messina, aka Cousin Joey, was amazing and made the whole process enjoyable. He made sure all questions and concerns were answered. When I had trouble putting on the soft top he told me to bring it in and had the service team at Glenleven take care of it for me. The team also gave me some great advice and assistance with my financing.

If you're headed out to Glenleven, you need to specifically ask for Joey. This guy is going to put in the work for you so you can sit back comfortably and know you're getting the best he can offer. He can make a deal better than his managers! My trade-in had more complications than most but Joey was able to handle it without one bead of sweat. They say that they are firm on price but strong on trade and they definitely were. They dropped the price of the used truck I wanted and gave me an amazing value on my trade in. If you want top dollar for your trade, bring it to Joey. After the deal was done Joey even personally gave me a gas card out of his own wallet!
Also, this place is 15 minutes from everywhere. Its right off the highway so it is super easy to get in and out. They had the truck I was coming to look at cleaned up and waiting for me when I got there. Their detailer needs a raise!
All in all, great dealership so check them out.
Glenleven staff is incredible. I came earlier than they opened yesterday with my father and the young lady at the front she shared the same background with me i believe her name was Gurgis she allowed me to come in and take a look at the jeep that was inside the building. She provided me all the information I needed. My father has trouble speaking English and she went out of her way to speak in our language to help him understand more. I have been to many dealerships but this was one made me feel welcomed and everybody was very friendly. I will definitely be coming back sometime this week to purchase a vehicle from them.

My husband returned yesterday from purchasing a beautiful 2018 370Z at Glenleven Chrysler. We live a 14 hour drive away so having a helpful, knowledgeable sales person to correspond with made our purchase stress free. Joseph went out of his way to calm our concerns about buying far from home. Joseph was more than accommodating when My husband flew in to Toronto by picking him up at the airport and saving the worry about travel to the dealership. Every thing about the 370Z was bang on to his description. I was concerned about any possible prior damage from the previous owner of the vehicle but as Joseph had stated the car was in mint condition! The purchase was so quick and easy and my husband was out of there in record time. As my husband had a couple of days driving ahead of him, Joseph went out of his way and contacted my husband to ensure that he made it home safe and sound. Nice to know that once you leave the dealership that they still care enough that you made it home safe! What can I say…customer service beyond belief! I am from Thunder Bay Ontario and when I called in to inquire about the Nissan 370Z I was greeted by Joseph (Cousin Joey). Because of the long distance, Joseph decided to give me a personal walk around of the vehicle showing me the up close and personal pictures of the car. We negotiated an amazing price and I made the arrangements to fly down to Pearson Airport. I arrived at 8:00am with Joseph already waiting for me with a fresh Tim Horton’s coffee! We got back to the dealership where I saw the car inside the detail bay freshly waxed and ready for my test drive. The car looked brand new! After the test drive, I decided to go forward with the deal and that I would be driving it home that day. Joseph sent the licensing to get done ASAP and I was ready to go within the hour. Joseph set up the Bluetooth and also set the GPS for me so all I had to do was drive! Even though I will not be servicing the vehicle at Glenleven Chrysler because of the distance, I highly recommend this dealership especially Joseph!! Thank you so much Joseph!

This dealership is very competitive and eager to earn business trying to match or beat the price of nearest competitor. Young and enthusiastic Sales person Nicolas was very good and gave details about all possible options based on budget. Dan worked very deligently to arrive at best rate. However, something is not right and not a complete attention is given to the deal in terms of paper work leaving me in an awkward situation after months of buying car. Finally, went for my first service here hoping to get a better experience this time, but not. Service advisor was courteous however in his own busy world. Got first oil change and full detail. Surprised to see not so good detailing experience by the dealer himself. Trunk was not vaccumed or cleaned at all. Streaks of cleaning solution and droplets visible everywhere.. on the dash, seats, window and vents. A permanent Scratch on windshield.. tried going back in to let the service rep know but he seems busy and doesn’t want to get feedback on FULL detailing. Damage done and I know dealership won’t take responsibility of anything.. no time and energy to go through explanation and waiting for them to take more time investigate and then possibly do nothing. Had a good experience buying accessories with Miguel... however overall bad experience and probably not going back to this dealership. I live over an hour drive from dealership and tried giving them multiple chances to give me pleasant experience. Guess you just can’t get it at some places.

I was very excited to purchase my 2018 Jeep Wrangler from them! Everything seemed great during the purchase however when we went to go pick it up it seemed to go downhill from there. There were so many things that went wrong during pick up- not to mention it took an hour and a half for them to get the car put together for us. Very disappointed as it just took away the excitement for us.

I took my Jeep in for an oil change and decided to go kick some tires while I waited. A sales rep quickly came out and introduced himself (Tiju Abraham) I told him I was just looking while I waited. He was like “no problem” and told me all about the new features and actually let me take it for a test drive. I was so impressed at his knowledge and no pressure approach....... now my wife has a new toy!
We wanted to let all know that we could not have received better service from our sales consultant Jibran "J" Khan. Better know as "J". We stopped at Glenleven Chrysler as we drove past we saw the Jeep and wanted to look at it. But the time "J" finished with explaining all the details of the Jeep Cherokee North we bought it. Know that we did not plan on buying a vehicle that day but after "J" provided excellent knowledge, service and his positive, reassuring personality we did. "J" was not pushy and answer questions accurately with absolutely no pressure.
