Fyi,, I worked at this dealers competitor back in the day but have never been in the old or new dealership !! nor have I interviewed or did the tour with their management..have never , or intend to in the future ,disrespected the dealer principal, business or management !!
I recieved the most incredible customer service from Darko and Christian. They were both very kind and took the time with me that was necessary to get me in my new vehicle. I felt like they were family, and can't even describe how happy I am with this experience!
I have ordered so many parts for my Miata here and the guys at the parts counter are so incredibly friendly and helpful. They printed off diagrams for wiring for me when I was having issues with my ECU. I even got a free mazda toque from them too, which was awesome! If I ever need any more parts for my Miata, this is the place I'll be going!

A few days ago, about 4,000 kilometers into a cross-country move from Alaska to Ontario, my check-engine light lit up just west of Winnipeg on the Trans-Canada Highway. I called Gerry’s Mazda and told them my predicament; Gerry the Service Advisor fit me in right away. Turns out it was just a loose gas cap 🤦♀️, but they took such great care, even allowing our two dogs to find comfort in their pet-friendly, air-conditioned waiting room, compete with a dog water bowl! 🐾🐾 To top it off, they washed the bugs and dirt off the car, leaving her shiny again. Thank you, most sincerely, for your kindness, integrity, and top-notch support; what a gem of a dealership and amazing, friendly team! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Popped in at the end of the day to get some urgent help with a key fob that had just broken. Although their parts department and was closed, the team did their utmost to help out me with what they had available, which was much appreciated.
I've been a customer of Gerry Gordon for about 8 years. Their sales and services has always been first-rate, customer-focused. I've never felt stressed or pressure in negotiating on my leases - it's always been a relaxed experience. Dealing with the Service Department has been equally pleasant. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Richard (Rick) Petroff. I have been dealing with Gerry Gordon Mazda now since 2004 and have never once had any complaints. My Audi A3 Technik's lease is up in a few months and I was in the market for a new sedan. After 4 years of research (and driving my wife nuts in the process, lol) it came down to two sedans. The 2019 Jetta GLI 35th Edition 7 spd or the 2019 Mazda 6 Signature in the Soul Red Crystal Metallic. As I was leaving the VW dealership, I was on my way to tell Rick that I was going to go with the Jetta (I figured it was the least I could do is tell him in person) but as I was leaving the VW dealership, a 2018 Mazda 6 Signature in the colour I was wanting, came zipping past me on St. James. It was absolutely stunning! When I got to Gerry Gordon's', I asked to take the 6 out for one more test drive to be sure. Yep, that final test drive sealed it. It was exactly the car I wanted. When I got back from the test drive, Rick and Gerry worked out a really great deal for me that I couldn't walk away from. Rick has always been like that though. He lets the car do the selling, doesn't pressure you and wants to make sure you are in the vehicle you want and can afford, not what the dealership is trying to push. Thanks again Rick and Gerry! Only 2 1/2 months until I get my factory ordered car!

Worst car buying experience of my life. First off, I have a busy job, two small kids and live outside the city so don't have alot of time to shop around and am very selective with my time. I only had 10min to look at the new Mazda3 before taking it home the night before as they were closing (there wasn't time to try out all the features). Salesperson had assured me it was plenty of time to do the purchase. I found out she misinformed me about several of the features included in the vehicle and when I called her on it the morning after, she denied it all. So I called the sales manager Dan who, not only told me there was no way she could have said this but also told me I was making everyone have a bad day (his words) but also yelled at me before offering me a coffee for my troubles. Leadership fail #1. I asked for the contact info of the owner and/or GM which he never gave me. Leadership fail #2. I did not get the value I agreed for when signing the papers. Live and learn. Next time I'll read the online reviews.

Edit2: It's been over 2 months now and still no proposed solution via a simple phone call or email. After all this, I have to say that I expected as much.

Just purchased a car from this dealership and I am beyond please with the service from top to bottom. Our sales rep Brittany is absolutely fantastic! She is super friendly, very knowledgeable about the different options you have with the cars you are looking for, and she will definitely go the extra mile or 2 to make sure you get the best deal that work for your budget. Jessica and the service staff are also great :) would definitely recommend coming to this dealership if you are looking to purchase a reliable car from a reliable team!
I purchased my 2010 Mazda 3 GT from the old Pembina Hwy location and wow what a difference the new location is! Same great friendly staff, but a whole new store.. Bright and open lots of room in the customer lounge, lot's of parking and free refreshments.
I'm from out of province and had work done at Gerry Gordon Mazda dealership numerous times and never had a problem. Their service team is great and up front. If there was anything they didn't cover with me, they took the time and called. They also had a nice lady calling me a week after every service appointment to make sure the work was done to my approval. Always truthful and no hassel. I've had nothing but a great experience and glad I dealt with the service team.
I recently bought a car from Gerry Gordon's Mazda and I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable with my questions and concerns. Since purchasing my car, the service department has been outstanding with anything I have needed which has been minimal due to the fantastic car. Overall, not only are the employees helpful and educated, the environment at the dealership is very optimistic and pleasurable. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from them!
I went to test drive a new Mazda 3 GS-SKY 6 Speed Manual Sedan, I have been a life long Honda/Acura customer, I was looking at replacing my Civic with a new Honda Accord, The Accord is my favorite car but a bit to much for my price range at the time so I compared the new Mazda 3 to a new Honda Civic since they were both within my price range. I was approached right away upon my arrival on the lot looking for a Manual Mazda 3 GS-SKY, they got me in a car right away for a test drive, I was very impressed at the knowledge of the sales team (as I have a good automotive knowledge-base myself I knew they were accurate and had the right facts) it was late in the afternoon when I decided it was the winner of my comparison I decided to trade my car in and get the new Mazda 3, I applied for Financing in the late evening just before close, The next morning I got an e-mail saying I was approved without the need for a co-signer. My friend also told me of her interest in buying my Civic, I called the dealership and asked them if they would be able to sell her my old Civic for wholesale, they put it aside for her. My Civic was rear ended a few months back with some slight cosmetic damage, MPI covered it completely and it was to be repaired by Crown Honda on McPhillips. Gerry Gordon's Mazda gave me a rental car covered by MPI (didn't have to pay anything just fill the tank back up from the fuel I used) while they prepared my new Mazda, they got it ready very quickly, the car was clean and has been nothing but a Gem & Treasure since I got it. They picked up my Civic from Crown Honda for me and picked up my friend and I from her place to go pick it up when it was ready, They sold it to her Wholesale as I had asked and safetied it for her (again for whole sale price, all in all it cost less than $500 for the safety and inspection, a complete detail, an oil change and 4 wheel alignment) I am extremely satisfied with the Sales & Financing Departments at Gerry Gordon's Mazda! I don't know any other dealership that would have sold a trade in at wholesale for a close friend of one of their customers. I am very impressed with this level of service. I have not had to use the service department yet as my car is still very new, and I do my most of my maintenance (changing the oil, filter, spark plugs) However I am very pleased with the Sales & Financing! Very Excellent!
