The quality and speed of service consistently meet and exceed my expectations. The knowledgeable service staff are always able to diagnosis and rectify any problems with my vehicles. I always find it easy to book appointments with the service department. The ability to communicate with the service department through e-mail is a big bonus. Tim is amazing at returning e-mails right away and working with me to find cost effective solutions when issues arise.
I continue and will continue to get my vehicles exclusively serviced through Galt Chrysler.
Very pleased with Galt Chrysler Collision Centre
Our Chrysler 300 needed repairs due to an accident and I found the service at Galt Collision exceptional. When I called for an update, I was greeted by very friendly staff who answered all my questions. When it came time to pick up my vehicle, I arrived just after closing hours on a Friday evening, but Lauren Lacroix welcomed me. I was concerned that the staff would be frustrated that we came so late in the day, but there was no indication of that and I did not feel rushed to complete my transaction. She gave me her assurance that the work done on my car was above expectations as they had to meet her standards, which were extremely high. All in all I left very happy and would definitely recommend this dealership for any work needed in their Collision Centre.
I had been waiting months for the new Jeep Cherokees to arrive to the local dealerships, and finally in December they started showing up locally. I stopped in to the Galt Dealership on a whim to check out what stock they might have and met with Gareth Armour. They had several models in stock and he brought around a Cherokee North (what I was looking for!) to take out for a test run. It had *just* come off the transport truck so hadn't even been cleaned up yet. No matter, I was more concerned about how the vehicle handled and performed. I wasn't too far down the road on that test run when I decided the Cherokee was the vehicle I'd hoped. I didn't make it back to the dealership until several days later, where I again met Gareth and we negotiated the purchase on the spot. I picked up the vehicle the following day (they were very accommodating in getting me into my new purchase, I was impatient to get the new wheels!). Gareth and Trevor both were astutely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and worked to ensure my expectations were met. I had a very pleasant experience with the Galt Chrysler team and I anticipate a great, ongoing relationship with the dealership for all my service needs going forward. I have now had my Jeep Cherokee a little over a month and I LOVE this vehicle! So glad I waited it out for the Cherokee - it's a fabulous set of wheels! I can happily recommend the Galt team if you're looking for a great customer experience!

From a parts/service standpoint the customer service is also fantastic. The team of Tim, Dave, Glenn and Mike take great care of us and our vehicles. I appreciate all that they do for us. I know my cars are safe and I have no worries driving around with my two little ones on board.
