I could not be more disappointed with this recent experience. Their error and their comfort in going back on their word and screwing over their customers is going to cost me a lot of money. As a result I would happily recommend my XC90- we love it, but I would recommend that people go to another Volvo dealership to make their purchase. The management at Volvo Metro West will screw you over and won't think twice about it.

Really disappointed with this place. Walked in here last week with my fiance, and waited for 15 min for someone to assist us, but nobody ever came. There was multiple salespeople in one of the offices who had made eye contact with us multiple times yet refused to even say hello. We left and headed over to Volvo of Mississauga which gave us an amazing experience the moment we walked in the door, and as a result we purchased our new vehicle. I would not recommend Volvo Metro West, for any purchases.

Wonderful dealership with amazing service and staff. We're first time buyers at this location and without a doubt it was a great choice on our part. Our Customer Service Rep was John Monroe and not only is he very knowledgeable about the vehicle and services, he is an all around great Service Rep. He was able to meet our needs and wants in terms of a vehicle to the tee within a single visit, and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase from this dealership. Initial sales support was awesome and staff very friendly. After driving off the lot however can’t seem to get any customer service! Repeated calls and emails go unanswered. Trying to get the pin for Volvo on call and still waiting 1 month later. No post delivery detailing of vehicle before leaving. I realize it’s crazy times due to covid but seriously? 5 months into this a business should have worked out the kinks. Car itself seems fine but can’t imagine same money with other dealerships or makes would have had the same outcome. They need to do better.

Soni should have listened to the previous 1 star ratings. This dealership is shady beyond. There was 4 days between me inquiring about a vehicle and actually driving an hour to go see it. 15 minutes before my appointment and as I was pulling into the driveway Raymond at Volvo Metro West calls me to say "his colleague just sold the vehicle".... And did I want to see something else. If it weren't for the bad 1 star reviews I might have entertained the idea that the vehicle was actually sold. It is a BS ploy to get you in there with a too good to be true vehicle posting on autotrader.ca. STAY AWAY!!! Glad is was only gas and my time that got duped by them!!

Our family owned Volvo cars going back to the 240. I still miss the 240. We have used most of the dealers in the GTA to buy and service our cars. The salesperson that sold us the car has followed through unfailingly all the promises. And, by far, the best service is provided by Metro West. The service reps are courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Unlike some dealerships we dealt with in the past, we were never asked to do an unnecessary repair, made a promise that was not kept, or worse... You should know that one person owns several of the Volvo dealerships in the GTA, Volvo should never allow such ownership concentration. Before I found Metro West, independently owned, I was ready to leave the Volvo brand. I have no hesitation in recommending them as a car dealer and recommending their service. We were helped by John Monroe during the purchase of our Volvo XC40. He is a very friendly helpful person and made us feel very comfortable and answered even the silliest of our questions. We had some issues with the timelines of the delivery of the vehicle and John took personal responsibility of the delay and worked really hard towards resolving the issue and got the vehicle delivered before we anticipated. He was always very friendly and helpful.
Very basic dealership and no wow factor, initially service department don’t wanted to hear what I wanted to get it done, it was regarding software update to support Android auto and Apple CarPlay, I emailed and complained to Volvo Corporate and then dealership helped and installed. Ideally it should be done on the first visit itself.
Moreover when they made software update, they didn’t check or tested it, which made worst for me to visit them again and get it fix. Quality check should have done before handing over to customer.

Having been fairly loyal to the Volvo brand since 2004 I was ready to leave the brand due to a VERY poor set of interactions with another Volvo dealership in Mississauga. My love of Volvo cars as I went from bachelor (S60 in 2004) to family man (XC60 traded for XC90 in 2019) was saved when I visited the team at Volvo Metro West and connected with Alex Singh.
Alex is the ultimate professional, was upfront about what he could and could not do (FAIR trade value) based on my asks and in the end got me what I wanted and he got the sale.....everyone happy.
I highly recommend going through the process with Alex and I guarantee the surprise you get when he delivers your car will put a smile on your face!
My experience with Volvo Metro West left me with a feeling of 'after you buy the car, we don't care about you'.
Even during the sales process I experienced no follow up to my questions, and answers days later than they said they would deliver.
One item of note: I did ask alot of questions and they might have seen me as a 'nuisance', but nonetheless, I am a paying customer, and was polite along the whole experience with Volvo Metro West.
I've decided to move all my Volvo service to another dealership and don't anticipate I'll work with Volvo Metro West anytime in the near future.

He kept me informed of shipment and even after the delivery trained me very thoroughly about all the features of the car. I strongly recommend purchasing a vehicle from John Monroe at Metro West Volvo. Prior Car shopping experiences have been one of the most painful experiences I can imagine. We were fortunate to be met by John while investigating the XC40. John is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and entire line of Volvo products. This young man was so pleasant and attentive that it made every previous car purchase pale in comparison. He accomplished this without the use of the usual high pressure games and tactics.
Friends bought used Volvo. Found issue after 1 month that makes it un-driveable. They want friends to pay for repairs.

My father's lease for his Mercedes was up and we were in the market looking to replace the SUV. Once we met Alex, it was immediately apparent that because of his cordial attitude, knowledge and openness, we made the correct decision to purchase our Volvo from here.
Alex was very patient taking his time explaining the features in all trims. Helping us weigh the options and price packages for the vehicle we want. When it was time to make a deal, he didn't use any tactics. It was a very transparent experience with him and the team.
We left the dealership after 5 hours with a deal in hand. A week later Alex delivered the vehicle in showman fashion and we could not be happier.
Alex also followed up with us over the course of the next few weeks to see how we were doing and if we had any questions. All in all, an amazing experience from the moment we stepped in the door and left with the XC90.
To prove that my words are not hollow when it comes to dealing with Alex, 3 months later when I needed to upgrade my car to a SUV, my wife and I came back to the dealership... Yada Yada Yada, Alex got us an amazing deal and we drove away in our brand new XC90 5 days later!

Just drove away in my new 2016 XC60 yesterday and just love it. Everything went so smooth and Craig Sutherland, our sales rep was friendly, easy going and very knowledgeable about the Volvo products. As we also were looking at another BMW Craig really got us thinking about the Volvo as the car for us. Walked in on Wednesday to look at Volvo, being a longtime BMW owner and drove off the lot one week later with the new car. Great lease rate, relaxing atmosphere and easy negotiations.
