Came in to sell back my 2015 VW for a 2020. Sales staff needs some work. I knew what I wanted so I really didn't need them accept to take my order. Call to make an appointment, in the morning, no call back, called at noon, no call back. So I just showed up no appointment. For the few questions I asked answers took longer then expected.
Finance dept and final transfer of car was perfect. Couldn't as for better.
I was in a tough position and they were very accommodating. No need to complain they step forward to scarify you in this case a very long wait was compensated and a very expensive job was done promptly and at a very decent price.

It's been two weeks now that I am trying to speak with an agent in VW vaudreuil. I left two or three voice messages, no body return my calls. I was clear in my messages that I want to buy a Tiguan. With my name and phone number. No one calls me back.
I don't think those people are serious. I will try with another agent.
They'll bend over backwards for ya if you bring them rockaberrys.

I bought a Volkswagen Tiguan $21240.95 on June 19th the advertised price was $20,777.
I have paid 595.95 for an insurance program and winter tires (winter carpets ,some buff scratch bumper and cracked rear lights were not included/repaired as agreed) they told me to buy a touch up paint tube.
On July 23rd I had to get the car in the garage for the brakes I felt it was dangerous on the highway... According to the mechanic the front and rear brakes had overheating markings.
Since the warranty was over for only 4 days I had to pay 1,112.42.
don't know if I should give a five-star to the dealer that was able to sell me a car without inspection or one star for selling a dangerous vehicle...
My car dealer Thierry was very helpful and got me exactly what I needed. His pitch was very convincing and he had a smile the whole way through. I cannot wait to roam the streets in my new Jetta. (Posted on behalf of my brother)
Went in for a defective emissions component on my 2014 Golf (smelled exhaust in cabin). Car was taken in same week and repair covered under warranty. Fixed the issue, very happy with the prompt service.
6 months ago I came to this dealership to fix an issue I had on my car when my vehicle was "fixed" the mechanic and the receptionist told me I was missing a piece on my car and that they would call me to come back and get it and install it. I get into my car I have a check engine light on my ac is making a sound I told myself whatever ill just tell them about it when I go to get my piece 1 week goes by no call or anything 2 weeks later I bring my car in for an oil change and they said they did an inspection on my car and that my battery needed to be changed i had to argue with her and to tell her I was flat broke for them not to change the battery 6 months later my battery still works i come in today getting disrespect from the owner aka meathead this dealership all they want is your money they don't care they will tell you something needs to be changed and it doesn't

Extremely pathetic service.
Reviewing my review, and the service has only got worse from my last experience. I resolve never to visit them again for servicing. I will only buy parts. The servicing team makes you feel unwelcome and when advised to do a 2 minute fix will quote you the labour prices for 30 minutes not to cover themselves but rip off the customers. The experience makes me resolved to never ever buy a VW again and scrap my car in less than 90 days.
Robert Toporowski very professional sales, fast response, hard work. he offered 20K lower than the market price for Audi A8L. I will highly recommend Robert !!!
Beautiful dealership but being a young, first time car buyer staff tried to pressure me into making a purchase by repeatedly calling me and telling me that if I don't make a purchase, it will damage my credit score. I told them at the beginning that I wasn't ready to make a purchase, was just gathering information. Love Volks, not this dealership, go elsewhere.

I have had nothing but disappointing service here. During my last visit I had an appointment for them to only install my winter tires (which are already on rims). I was at the dealership for over an hour and half and then I when I got my invoice it said that they had done a walk around inspection with me (which they had not). I have had much better service at my local garage for a lower price. Very disappointed
# 1 - phone call to book an appointment for service. Left a message ... 5 hours later no call back.
# 2 - Used their chat service to book an appointment. they said I would get a call back to confirm my appointment.... 5 hours later, no call back.
# 3 - phone call (second phone call of the day),
i got transferred to service.
then got transferred to a voicemail again.
This is the very first interaction with the dealership.
maybe everyone is sick today ... I'll try again tomorrow.

Worst experience. Ask to check for alignment on Jetta GLI . Car wasn't stable on road difficult to keep straight specially on high speed. My wife is not mechanic and she noticed that problem. And VW specialist said all OK. Went to another garage and as was expected alignment was off . This is my last time to this place, they can't check basics. My previous car 2019 Jetta 1.4 was nightmare with VW Vaudreuil. Everything they have done or ignore to fix was terrible and as a result we decide to change on another Jetta ( loose some money). Stay away from this VW "DEALER"
This was the second Tiguan I bought at Volkswagen Vaudreuil and as always the service was incredible. Besides the fact that I have a closer shop around, I prefer driving further because of the service I get in Vaudreuil. Thank you.
Employee’s were very rude and didn’t tell me all the information about costs. Only one staff member was helpful and answered all questions. Management was very disrespectful.

We dealt with Francois who was extremely courteous, kind and helpful. He had multiple clients at the same time but he took his time with us and maintained his professionalism.
Laurence walked us through the finances of the loan. It was her first week, but she was very good and professional.
Claudine did the delivery of the vehicle. Again she was quite busy but she was great.

My car arrived over 1 month earlier than they promised and the team persistently asked multiple times to come and pick up the car right away. There was no regard or consideration that I was in the process of valuing and selling my existing car. Further to this, they were very misleading by saying additional parts and accessories that were added to the offer and final price of the car were required. I had to call another Volkswagen dealership only to find out that some of the accessories were optional, only after I went to this length did they remove the unnecessary accessories.
Overall, I felt a lack of transparency which caused me to loose trust in much of what they told me.
Financing was also an issue, there were multiple occasions where the team did not communicate with each other. It got to a point that I had to email the whole team and spell out exactly was discussed, and even after that Stephanie B made some errors. I was surprised at how poorly organized they were and how low customer service and experience was valued at this dealership.
The main reason I did not go to another Volkswagen dealership was because of Claudine, the delivery specialist. She was incredibly professional, organized and most importantly honest. Claudine was an absolute pleasure to work!
I would give 5 stars to Claudine and 0 stars to the rest of the team.

Stephanie confirms an appointment date and apparently 10 minutes before I'm on the way out going there, she now says it's for the next evening. That woman is totally disorganized. Has to be the owners wife or related otherwise in my opinion i don't know how she still has a job there
I did buy an Audi A3 from them. There was an issue with the driver's door and they did promise it will be fixed when I pick up the car but it was not. Then I went back to leave the car(1 hour drive) for them to fix the door. They called me next day that the work is done and everything is ok. It was not true... the door can be open/closed easier but still need an extra push when closing it.
After 1 month they did a follow up. I told them where we are and they suggested to go to Audi to have the door fixed and maybe it will be covered buy the warranty I bought when purchase the car...
Good for me I did buy the extended warranty... but if the fix will not be covered guess who's going to pay?
Unfortunately we cannot return cars like other merchandises we buy...

My Girlfriend and both purchased our cars from this dealership in the past 4 months. We have received nothing but the best possible service from our saleswoman, Jade. She is a rising star within the industry. Jade always gives her best to make sure that her customers are happy, even after sale is done and completed. The service department employs some of the hardest working staff I’ve seen. I am totally blown away with amount of care I receive EVERY time that I go in. I will be client here for as long as I can.
I had a great experience with Guillaume from the Sales Department for new vehicles at VW Vaudreuil. He was friendly, efficient, quick to respond to emails, and went out of his way to accommodate our schedules. And of course also very knowledgeable! Our service since then for vehicle maintenance has been great as well.
I recently bought a new GLI and unlike other showroom experiences, this was very easy and comfortable, thanks to the professionalism and efficiency of our sales rep, Jade Grondin. She laid out all the choices, and made sure my wife and I had all the information we needed to reach the best conclusion. There was a minimum of drama about having to check with my manager and in the end the price was significantly less than another West Island dealer. When I picked up the car the following week, she showed up on her day off to ensure that everything about the delivery went smoothly. Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic individual.
Service from Charles the Salesman was really good. But everything after that is complete garbage. The receptionist is rude and will lie straight to your face. The Used Cars sales manager is completely useless and will also lie to your face to get you out the door. You have to threatened legal action to get them to honor the contract. I strongly recommend using ANY other dealership.
I am Volkswagen owner for many years now. I have been to msny dealerships before... But this is the Best Volkswagen Dealership. The Professionalism, the courtesy and the customers satisfaction is there priority.
There is no surprise and hidden fees .

I came in and spoke to Chantal and Chris, I never seen such a good team. the service changed since they moved. I went to the other dealer on sources and totally waisted my time, oil light not reset, car not washed, everybody looked stressed. Its refreshing to come in bright and smiling dealer

I can't say enough about how great was dealing with the vaudreuil dealership.
After i had signed all the paperwork and my car was getting prepared, I had decided to not only bring changes to the deal but also change the color of my car.
I know it was pain to manage on their end but they gladly worked to find a solution to help me and delivered the vehicles as I wanted with a smile.
