Terrible service. It took over 2 weeks to pick up a used car. First no reply from the finance dept, then they said they were painting a rust area and needed it to dry. When picking up the car the paint on the rust was still wet and had just been painted over that morning. Once car leaves their lot they never reply to a text or message. Standard service (oil, filters, etc) was never done on the car either. Terrible service.

From the very first appointment. Very knowledgeable staff. Maxime was impeccable with everything. From the selection of the car as well as with the negotiations with my trade in. He even called the day before the pick up to advise of a new promotion reducing my interest rate of 1%. Worth waiting an extra day! Honest and transparent. Helpful and super kind. Definitely recommend.

I purchased a vehicle the last week of December and they did not provide proper documents. It is Feb. 27 and I still can not register my vehicle. I called, sent emails and spoke to the manager and I still do not have the documents to be able to register my vehicle. It would take them 10 minutes to provide the proper invoice which they did incorrectly but they have not completed. I bought my vehicle to be able to drive into the US on vacation but will not be able to as I do not have a plate.
Do not buy a vehicle from this company - they took my money but are not competent and do not provide any type of service. Worse experience of my life - I am 54 and have never written a complaint - I am in sales and can not believe this is the way they treat paying customers.

VW never sold the e-golf in my province that im aware of and noticed this dealer had a good selection. Have wanted to try an EV and as a life long VW fan this seemed perfect. Being known as the "VW guy" locally here I wanted to be able to tout the benefits of an electric VW. This has been my experience for the last week in order:
-Saw an e-Golf that was perfect on the site. Went through the Volksclick process to start the purchase. Put in my info for a credit check and placed a 250 dollar deposit to hold it.
-I watch my credit like a hawk and saw that day (Feb 7th) a credit check from VW showed up on my credit. For reference my score is 829, 1% total available credit utilization and 100% perfect repayment history for the last 25 years according to equifax.
-Spoke with Sebastian the following day who was great to deal with. Explained that I would be coming from out of province to pick the car up.
-I had an older car that I was possibly trading in but knew the trade value was going to be low. Sebastin suggested I'd be better to sell it on Marketplace to get better value and I appreciated the honesty.
-I sold my car on market place which gave me enough cash to put 30% down on the e-golf I had picked and set aside 500 dollars to buy a one way ticket to fly up and get the vehicle and drive it home.
-I received a text message from Sarah who was a finance person at their dealership saying "congratulations on your new e-golf".
-I worked with Sebastian to setup a day to come get it which was supposed to be Monday Feb 19th so I bought the one way ticket for 500 dollars.
-More then a week has passed since I started the process and I get a message from Sarah saying she was emailing me some things I needed to sign.
-I get the email and instantly start to get confused as its asking for income information and looks like a credit check. I advise her I did this a week ago and she says "oh we need to do it again" with no explanation as to why.
-I get a message from Amanda that the application that was done a week ago was declined yet nobody from the dealership or VW Credit called, texted or emailed me to advise me of this. Just went along like everything was set and ready to go.
-I advise her i've owned 8 VW's ranging from an aircooled westfalia to Mk7 golfs and have had multiple loans with VW credit over the years the most recent being paid out in full in 2020 with a perfect repayment history. And Im also putting a 30% downpayment on the vehicle. My score is over 800, and im using 1% of my total credit available. I was so confused and upset.
-Amanda tells me Sebastian would be calling me to get my original deposit back. A day has gone by and its been silent so Im guessing they are just going to keep my deposit.
-To recap, between the now useless flight and losing my deposit i've lost 750 dollars for a car I can't purchase and i've sold the car I had and have thousands of dollars in hand that they won't take and I now have no car to drive to work.
-I normally only post positive reviews but I waned people to know what to expect from this dealership in terms of setting expectations and also of VW credit. Worst customer experience of my life.

**EDIT** Have tried calling multiple times today based on the reply from the Used Car Director. Rings 3 times and then just goes to hold music for more than 5 minutes with no option to leave a voicemail. You have my phone # and my email, I would like to have someone reach out to me rather than call and call and never be able be able to get ahold of anyone to try to rectify this

5 stars given for Mathieu and Nicolas who landed me a great deal in Trading in my vehicle for a good price and offering straight forward deal for purchasing my first EV . Although this EV needed some brake work later on to pass the safety in Ontario, I am happy with this deal overall . Be mindful of getting the car inspected if purchasing an EV.

Apparently, customer's have ghost vehicles and are liars when asking service for help. I went to this dealer after experiencing issues with my transmission on my volks. After minutes, they let me know my transmission would need replacing. The total cost of this was approximately the same worth as the vehicle. I ended up purchasing a new vehicle with them for 30K as result. A couple weeks later I brought the car to another garage who specializes in transmissions, and they found that it was just an unplugged wire on the transmission. THANK GOD I did not accept to replace the transmission. I came back to this dealer to discuss that the diagnosis on the transmission was bad and spoke to a manager. This is when they told me my car was not even in their system. After being verbally laughed at and turned away after they did not put my vehicle in their system, they couldn't care less about trying to make things right. They did not follow their own procedures on taking a vehicle in for diagnosis. Telling me that because my vehicle was not in the system, they never diagnosed it. I was then EMBARASSINGLY asked if I wanted to go staff by staff to try and ‘’INDENTIFY’’ who I dealt with when not remembering the name, the whole ordeal was a big joke on the Director's end. I refused to go around pointing at people as this is extremely unprofessional and i would not falsy accuse a staff member. In the end I had no choice but to walk away. The dealer had no real solution and was very unprofessional in my opinion. Sad that after being a long-time customer with a history they left someone walk away helpless and distressed. I would highly recommend not using this dealer for your service needs on your VW vehicles.

Inquired about a used vehicle for sale. I was told by Abdul they would not sell to an Ontario resident due to "inventory shortages". No clarification provided as to why my place of residence impacts their used vehicle inventory. They were willing to make an exception ONLY if I was willing to finance the purchase. Very questionable business practice to only sell to Quebec residents, even more questionable that they were willing to sell to me if they were to receive a small kick-back from the bank for getting another vehicle financed.

I travel from the West Island of Montreal to purchase and service my vehicles here - they are extremely professional, courteous and just an all around pleasure to work with! I always had great and courteous service from Volkswagen Blainville for my car maintenance. I realized very quickly on my last visit that you are always better to bring your VW jetta diesel to a dealer for your service, which brings me to this post, I found my new vehicle at my last visit, a 2018 VW Tiguan. We received great service and care from the sales manager, who was patient with us and our kids. The team made they entire purchase easy and enjoyable. In the winter, the cold uses up all the km and sometimes does not even start !
It is 2 months I am bringing it back and forth because the plug does not charge. I got stuck on Xmas with 3 small children and no service. I explained to them numerous times that it is my main car and that a service car was included in my contract but they don’t care. They are rude, direct and inconsiderate

I purchased a used 2016 VW here yesterday. The salesman, Martin C. was friendly, with a calm demeanor, that no way pressured or rushed me during the course of my visit. He answered all my questions honestly, and then proceeded with a short, pleasant, negotiation, without trying to nickel and dime me.

The car was given to me with a fresh oil change, new air filters, and a shiny wax job. They even put in new batteries in the key fobs. I feel like a bought a new car. If you buy a car here, know that they will do their best to give you a trouble free vehicle By the way, I am an auto mechanic, with 40 years experience, currently operating a repair shop.

I dunno about the other comments but my dad didn't receive the best service, he was charged an hour to troubleshoot an issue with the heating system, after an hour they told him we found the issue but if u are not repairing it we either give you the car with the dash board Uninstalled or we charge u another hour but we put back your dashboard, this is an unacceptable practice.
Spoke with the service director he didn't care that he would let an old man to leave with the à car that has uninstalled dashboard

Update: this was his second visit for the same issue where your technicians were not able to find the issue the first time, and your technicians have told him it will only take 1 hour to diagnose and wasn't conditional for him to repair the issue , anyways the procedure has started with the ocp and you are not sorry because you did not show any welingless to help

I did not buy my VW Alltrack there, but have gone there for service because they are the closest dealership to where I live. I must say that I was fully satisfied by the way I was treated, I have a few issues that needed to be looked at and all of them were/are being replaced under warranty without question. I didn't feel like I needed to justify and explain my issues like some other dealerships that are reluctant to replace stuff. Plus they are in a brand new building which is quite new. Would definitely recommend.
