Visited here to look at a VW Golf GTI (no, not for me, but a much younger family member...). What impressed me was the friendly and professional team. They listened to our requirements. No pressure. Gave us answers to all our questions, and agreed that we actually should wait until the middle of the upcoming model year to make best use of our funds and purchase! That was a first. I highly recommend the establishment.
I had the best experience buying a new GTI from Hunt Club VW. Heather was fantastic and her team got me the exact car I was looking for. I would 100% recommend doing business with the people here.
Brought my vehicle in for a warranty service. When booking the appointment told it was a 15 min appointment. When I dropped off the car, reception assured me that on any wait appointments they have the car for 2 hours.. the car was done in 30 minutes and was parked outside. I was waiting for the paperwork for over 1.5 hours before receiving my car and able to leave.
They were totally dishonest with shady business practices. They confiscated a large amount of money (around $3,000.00)that I paid for an extended warranty,( which I was told was 100% refundable ) just because my financing fell through for the car I was hoping to purchase. ( Long story ) . They said they were charging me $40.00 per day for storage of this car while I waited for financial approval. Have you ever heard of a dealership charging storage fees while you are waiting financing approval? They also confiscated the new electronic rust inhibited module they were to install in the new car (value of $800.00). All totalled, almost $4,000.00. Are you willing to give this dealership your money and have them trick you into losing it? I would warn anyone from doing business with this dealership unless you have a lawyer with you.

We have been dealing with Hunt Club VW for the last 20 years, after the closure of Code Motors in Carleton Place, near where we live. After that dealership closed, I contacted an employee of the former business who recommended Hunt Club as a replacement. So we switched our business there and over the past 20 years we have purchased and serviced a number of vehicles from Hunt Club even though there are two other Volkswagen dealerships in Ottawa closer to home and easier to access. We have never regretted our choice.
We have always been treated well by Hunt Club. Their pricing has been fair and the service work always properly completed without any issues. We’ve always felt we’ve been respected and that the staff are genuinely trying to satisfy their customers.
However, what has prompted this review is the support they gave us with an issue we had with VW Canada.
For a period of time Volkswagen produced vehicles that rusted rather quickly but in fairness they have been generous about respecting the warrantee and repairing the vehicles free of charge. My 2006 GTI, a car I still drive and love with 345,000 km on the odometer, has had substantial body work performed under warrantee.
However when our Passat CC developed a hole in one of the doors, VW refused the claim even though everybody who saw the damage thought it should be covered. We have been loyal, long term customers so the management at Hunt Club intervened on our behalf and within a day our claim was approved! Not only that, the service department gave the car a very thorough inspection and located three other body panels that were eligible for replacement. These three would have been covered without intervention but I was pleasantly surprised how comprehensively the car was inspected. So, four body panels later, under warrantee, our CC looks like new.
We would like to thank Hunt Club for going the extra mile on our behalf. When our CC is due for replacement, our first stop will be there. We highly recommend this dealership.
Bought a 2019 VW Beetle from HCVW for my wife Peggy. Jim, Heather, and Parts Department were all excellent in making sure we got the best deal and that the vehicle was ready just before the Covid19 pandemic. Later on, we followed up with Sabrina for warranty concerns and she and Mike were awesome in resolving the issue.

I recently purchased a VW Tiguan from the dealership and the performance of Sales Consultant Matthew Walsh was excellent. From Matthew reaching out via email after a website browse, to arrival and then sitting down and closing the deal. The discussions were very cordial and we were able to gather information to make an informed decision. The deal was done. I just purchased a VW Atlas at Hunt Club Volkswagen. Matthew was very quick to respond to my emails and questions and found us the perfect vehicle. Sabrina worked her butt off to get us the best interest rate. It was an excellent experience and were very happy with our purchase!

I went on Friday the 19th, to get my wife Volkswagen Jetta 2008 radiator replaced, so AC could work for her and the kids with the HEATWAVES, when I called the receptionist is regarding the radiator she said they might have one in stock but it cost $250, plus installation price would come up to $700+ , but final BILL came up to $880, I thought it was super pricey, but the kids and wife needed the car and the AC to work, so I said OK.. and an hour after I dropped the car, their receptionist left a voice msg, saying they found something else that needed to be fixed, that it would cost an EXTRA $570 something, I told her I did not have the funds at the moment, and I would come back to fix it, she said if I came back to fix it, it would cost over $900 extra to fix it, after they told me the radiator was replace, I went back, took the car home, my wife and the kids took the car the same day , to go see their grandparents when they get to their grandparents house dare may cat their grandparents, their neighbors a mechanic, he said not only is the radiator thats in the car an OLD radiator, but has the SAME hole , in the same place as the one that was in the CAR before I took it IN.... IM SOOOOO ANGRY !!!!...

I saw a Hunt Club VW Shuttle Driver buy a case of beer in Quebec around 14:00 on Oct 22 and put it in the shuttle. Very unprofessional, I hope he wasn't intoxicated. The lack of response to my concerns show the owner full supports picking up beer on duty.

just the other day i was in the area and my car's battery died (16 golf R), i spoke to mike in the parts dept about a battery and how i was stranded nearby. he got a tech to come boost my car and i was able to drive to the dealer and get it replaced.

Excellent service overall; I was shopping for a car and they were the most prompt at replying to my emails, answering my questions, and providing me with quotes. Heather really helped me look for the right car, and I was happy to give them my business. At no point did I feel like I was in the typical high-pressure, sales-driven car dealership, which is a great thing.
We had the absolute pleasure of meeting Matthew at this dealership. He came out to find us on the lot in the freezing cold and was pleasant and knowledgeable right from the start. After a test drive, he invited us in to review some numbers and discuss a deal. He made the process incredibly easy, even after we kept bringing more concerns to the table. Sabrina in the business office was very easy to deal with and knew exactly what she was talking about. As someone who has bought many many vehicles, this was by far the least stressful and easiest vehicle transaction I've ever had. I recently just bought a 2014 Jetta from Hunt Club VW and I have only good things to post about. First off, the salesman Liam Olders knew exactly what he was talking about (you could tell he loves his VWs) and was excellent on making me feel comfortable with the choice I've made. Liam was also very polite, and a very well mannered salesman, and when it came down to the offer he gave me, I just couldn't refuse it. Second, the car itself is nothing short of awesome. Me being a younger driver, and a first time car owner, I was nervous about the whole process of purchasing the right car for me. Again, Liam helped me with my car of choice, and reassured me that I was making the right decision with the car I chose. Thanks again Liam! :D
I recently purchased a Volkswagen Jetta from this location and couldn't be happier with the service! My sales representative was Liam Olders, and not only did he sell me a fantastic car but he was patient, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. As with any big purchase, I wanted to be sure to get a price I was comfortable with and Liam never made me feel guilty or uncomfortable when I asked for what I wanted. After a short conversation with the General Manager (lovely woman) the deal was sealed.
There was a very small dent in my car when I came for delivery, but Liam was very forthcoming and ordered the part as soon as possible. It was replaced promptly and conveniently as soon as the part arrived.
When the time comes, I will buy my next car from this location!
I had both front fenders replaced on a corrosion warranty. Not only did they replace my fenders, but the cleaned my windows, dashboard and touched up my small rust spots on my hood. Wow! This is why I bought a Volkswagen. Thank you Hunt Club Volks, excellent service, very satisfied!!

I ordered a Tiguan by email with Liam - and when it was time to pick it up there were no surprises. Extras were installed on the vehicle, the vehicle was in pristine shape, and the price was exactly what we agreed on.
Aside from that, I'm definitely impressed with VW. The Tiguan was our first opportunity to be up close to a VW. Reviews already covered Handling, Looks, and Comfort... so I was already expecting a great vehicle in those areas. I was pleasantly surprised to see that VW also exceeds at the craftsmanship of their vehicle. This might have been our first VW, but it definitely won't be our last.
