Wow, so I have not had a positive experience with this dealership. I purchased a used vehicle. 2016 and within two weeks I realized the back hatch release worked only when it choose to do so. I have called Phaff to speak to someone about this issue a month ago. No response. This week both handles of the passenger side of the vehicle have come off in my hand. It is a lego car?!? I have called 3 times in the last two days and never has a service person called to speak to me about the issue and help me to understand what it will cost to fix it. The service receptionist is willing to book a diagnostic appointment at their convenience for 138 dollars. ( I could be off on this exact amount by a few dollars).Regardless, I am really frustrated. Diagnostic hardly seems necessary-there are no door handles on either the front and back passenger side door. I would expect that they would have called me back and immediately booked my car for repair and apology for the inconvenience.

Bought a new Jetta which I am very happy with. The service to get the car was great. But less than a year old, and I got a crack on the windshield with no evidence of a rock or a cause for the crack. They are unwilling to replace, or fix it and I feel like it is just pushed away with a very weak excuse. One of the possible suggestions of why it broke was because I leaned on the windshield, which is absolutely ridiculous.
All very unfortunate because up until this point I have been very satisfied with the service.

We bought my first car with Massimo. We met massimo on his first day at Volkswagen Pfaff. He is an honest & friendly guy and told us that it was his first day at work. So We stuck around and patiently waited to find the right car for me till he introduced us to the golf car. We did look at other volkswagen dealerships but we thought they were not the right fit for us. So The pfaff team was really helpful, professional and glenn the manager was super helpful too, super nice n genuine. I honestly cannot say one bad thing about the pfaff team because they were all just awesome! To even see a team help out one another was just amazing! So thank you Massimo and pfaff team! :)

I specifically mentioned to Emerson , not once but twice, DO NOT spray the inside of my vehicle with that sanitizer spray because I have a piano black interior and its a pain to get off and It leaves a milky film. I asked him to make a note of it so everyone is aware. I pick my car up to find several applications of it all over the interior. I spent over an hour trying to get it off of every little nook and cranny, and its still leaving a film behind. There was no note made regarding this request on the summary report. From day 1 I had issues with this guy and I'm convinced he did it on purpose. Who ever was getting in and out of my car, crushed the side bolster of the driver seat and the leather is now wrinkly.

Brought my Golf in for the first service . Safe, quick and easy check in process. My adviser Debbie Fata explained to me what would be done in the service. While waiting for my car I needed to go to downtown Newmarket for a haircut. Shuttle was offered. It was a VW Atlas. with the middle seat row removed and a Plexiglas screen for protection. The driver Mark had checked me in and was very friendly.

My car was done quicker than I expected and the shuttle was ready to pick me up.

When I returned my car was washed and ready to go and even the shop foreman Mario came out to answer a question I had!

Quick, efficient service by Debbie and Mark and everyone there that I crossed paths with was friendly and helpful.

Went for an oil change and coolant flush, work was done pretty quick. Price is normal for dealerships. They did unplug my dash cam and didn't plug it back in which causes some thoughts to pop up in my end. I understand privacy for employees, but the car should be returned the same it was dropped off.

Honest and willing to help. I had the red engine no restart warning on a Sunday night. I dropped the car off. Next morning I showed up and I have been told that it may still be covered by extended warranty. Deb called me a few hours later telling me the car is ready to go. No charge! Professional and they know their stuff. They just won my trust. I will definitely go there if I have problems with the car. Thank you PfaffVW!

I just picked up my 2018 VW Golf from Pfaff. Due to Chris Belear(GM mgr)+Glen (pre-own mgr)+Michael Hinton I am right now driving the car I liked and wanted to buy.
All these wonderful people made this possible.Because of their team effort I am a very happy Pfaff customer.They made sure that everything I was not happy with was fixed and the end result is that everything is perfect.
It like the saying IT IS WORTH DRIVING TO NEWMARKET PFAFF DEALERSHIP.
I would like also to mention Danny who took care of all scratches I showed him and now the car looks like new.
In my deal with Pfaff VW it was a win/win situation for all parties involved.
Pfaff VW through their management staff as well as all other employees understood that unfortunately due to the new virus the whole car business is changing and guess what THEY ADJUSTED JUST FINE.
They did not take the TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT attitude and that is the main reason why the deal was made.
If there are people looking to buy VW products they should give Pfaff VW a call and they will be surprise of what this dealership has to offer.
When I went to pick up the car I was shocked to see the BOW on my car and the sign in the front of the car.
I bought quite a few cars in my life but none of the dealerships did what Pfaff VW did.
It was a very nice thing and more likely came from my salesperson Michael Hinton.
If any friends of mine would consider VW cars I would tell them to give Pfaff VW the first shot.
Pfaff VW owner should be happy of having people like Chris Belear, Glen , Michael Hinton, Danny and Alison on his staff.
Having good people who cares for business keeps the company going.

My boyfriend has just purchased a 2019 Volkswagen AllTrack. From start to finish we felt so welcomed by the entire staff and had all of the information, pricing and test drives available to make a decision that best fit our wants & needs. We worked directly with Anthony and he was such an amazing person, we wouldn't want anyone else to handle our sale! (Even though I'm sure the rest of the staff are just as amazing!) Amanda, the Financial Services Manager was great to deal with, took time to make sure we knew what the next steps were and updated us on what was going on. Everyone was very professional, yet at the same time easy going. We wanted to pick the car up the same day, as the weather was nice, so we came in with all our documents in order and Jason and Amanda made quick work of it. Since purchasing my golf R I’ve had 2 warranty issues involving the blind spot detection system and a wheel bearing, both issues were resolved smoothly. Took in the car for oil change and to check out the check engine light and a bulb change. Dropped the car off at 9am, and requested that the shuttle pick me up by 3 at the latest. 3pm comes around, and I have to call in to check in on the status and to get a shuttle to pick me up. I don't get out of there until 5:30pm. Also, they charged me $30 labour to change a brake light, Town and Country VW does that for free and only charges for the bulb. Shuttle driver is super nice, and the dealership looks great, but probably will not be back.

I just purchased a used Mazda5 from their Used Car Department, Sales person Mike Hinton was very professional and the manager Anthony Attanasio also very helpful in the entire process of this purchase which I have never had such warm and outstanding experience from other dealership before, this Mazda I bought was an as is car, which I will have to safety certified the car myself, but Mike and Anthony was so helpful in explaining the different between certified and as is car and how the steps to get the car licensed and what needs to be done when buying an as is car.

I have never in my life received such wonderful customer service. Ever.
What a remarkable and wonderful staff especially in the service department, Linda and Anne-Marie are fantastic and because of them I will continue to bring my business to their service department.

Long story short, service work was completed on my vehicle that didn't meet my high standard. I addressed the issue with Linda who without question or hesitation offered compensation for the work that wasn't completed to my satisfaction. Additionally Linda was able to squeeze me in during this incredibly busy time of the year for further service work that needed to be addressed that couldn't be done the first visit due to a scheduling conflict on my end.

This unparalleled level of service and attention to customer satisfaction is so incredibly rare today, that instances like this need to recognized and commended.

One of the more pleasant car dealerships I have visited. They have a drive thru service bay and a good coffee machine if you have to wait, as I had to. They will drive you home if the service takes a bit longer than you are willing to wait, but drivers go home after five o’clock, so be mindful of your appointment times. The telephone messaging system seems to be understaffed. I called to say I was running late and left a message I would be arriving soon and only received a call back as I was standing at the service counter, 30 minutes later. It all worked out, as they took my car in and had it washed for me as well as the oil change and snow tires installed. Staff are polite, if a little busy.

Absolutely stunning dealership. Love how they have an underground level for used cars and the exotics are breath taking. From first walking on the dealership lot and being met by Sam the sales manager who was super friendly to our sales representative Chris Farrero who was patient, super knowledgeable and amazing at not pressuring us into a purchase but showing us all options available. When you go in to look at a used jetta and end up purchasing a stunning 2016 jetta GLI autobahn at no interest financing and a amazing price that's a good sales team. And I stress again absolutely no pressure to buy but we're shown our option and our dream car ended up being so affordable. Best part is the car is so stunning people can't stop starring at it and it belongs to us! My first time at Pfaff NM with my first VW maintenance service. I didn't purchase it there but its near my work so its convenient . New building so the service set up is amazing. Its very close to the Mercedes Benz which was my previous vehicle. To those negative comments about the service I am very shocked! I dealt with a wonderful service consultant Zoe and she was awesome! Arranged my shuttle to and from work. Called me when my car was ready and went over the details of the service. My car was returned to me cleaned inside out to my surprise. Being in the customer sales and service industry for over 15 years PFAFF NM gets an A+ from me.

I had just purchased a Pre-Owned VW Golf. The VW Specialist I spoke with treated me great. He supplied me with all of the history of the car, took me for a great test-drive through Newmarket and showed me the site of their brand new location opening next year. We then sat down and talked numbers, he was very open about it and explained eveything. I got the car for $500 off and picked it up completely cleaned, waxed, and detailed a week later. When I picked it up, my first service appointment was booked - I was even reminded of the upcoming appointment in advance. These people know their cars. They treat their customers great, and I would recommend anyone interested in a VW or any other brand to stop here first. They are customer first - always. I feel like I am part of a VW family and will definately buy my next car here. Hey Pfaff- sell me a TDI ;)
