BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN GOING HERE - SCAM/FRAUD ALERT
Here's a short form crash course in the scam that their sales rep Alex is running:
1. They put out ads all over that look like great deals. They do this under the name of one of their sales reps Alex.
2. When you get to the dealership they pull a classic bait and switch and you realize that you've been clearly mislead and downright lied to.
3. If you are able to make a deal with them they try to throw in an extra $700 in fees. Look at the admin fees section. This is where they like to add more costs above and beyond what you agreed to. They'll tell you some lies that it's necessary, but they have complete discretion to waive that, and they're just trying to sneak more money in for themselves. IF ITS NOT PART OF THE DEAL YOU MADE, IT SHOULDN'T BE IN THERE, PERIOD.
Save your time and go to a different VW dealership if you can. If this dealership is your only option then pay very close to the admin fees section.

I was very pleased with the knowledge and service I received from the sales rep Mark at the Maple location. I never felt any pressure or annoyance that sometimes comes with purchasing or just browsing for a car. Mark went above and beyond to locate the exact car I was after and had it ready for me within a week! Very happy with my new car !!
We booked an appointment with Iggy to see a specific car we were looking for and upon arrival, Iggy was very welcoming and friendly. He showed us the vehicle right away and although we couldn’t go over the features of the car in detail, it was a smooth process to test drive it. Afterwards, we sat down and Iggy thoroughly went over the info about the car. Overall, the process to get the car from the paperwork to the communication was great. Iggy was very prompt with his communication and answered all of our questions. Literally within a week, we got what we wanted and I swear we didn’t have to move a finger.. except for the pen of course! The dealership is very open, spacious and clean as well. Go see Iggy if you’re looking to purchase a VW!

Had a great experience from the moment we walked in, until the moment we left. We knew we were interested in the Atlas, but maybe a little gun-shy on doing a deal right away. Few month ago I lost my car in a car accident. I was looking to buy an other TDI like the one I lost. It wasn't easy to find but I found it at Maple Volkswagen.
Unfortunatly, Maple VW is 4 hours drive from home so I wasn't able to go to look at the car and doing all the paperwork. The seller (Ignazio) was awesome, he manage to do all by internet and text. We gave a little deposit but we were 100% free to change our mind when we saw the car the first time. Less than an hour after we arrived at the Maple VW for the first time, we left with our new car.

If you're in the market for a new car, and truly want a hassle free sales experience, then you do have to come to Maple Volkswagen. I purchased a new car from them, and now others I know have done the same based on my feedback and experience. The sales staff (Alex) did not pressure us to buy, and the sales manager Emil is a true gentleman. I will go back to this dealership in the future.

First off Alex was an incredible sales guy and he did his job very well. Despite some unfortunate set backs in the deal over a few hundred dollars Nikki and Alex came to compromise to help move the deal forward. I very much dislike the process of purchasing a car. I feel as soon as you walk into a dealership you are already at odds with the sales person. You want to save as much money as you can, and they want to take as much as they can. Not the case in this matter I was greeted by a sales person named Ignazio. He was very welcoming in handling my wife and I. Showing us two different cars and letting us know the pros and cons of them. Even going as far as taking us to his car to show has how one of the cars accommodates child seats. The negotiation aspect was very pleasant give and take on both ends everything laid out in front of you. I left feeling I got a great deal and was happy

Bought my car here at a great price with amazing customer service two years ago. Have been coming back for my regular maintenance since with generally good experiences.
After driving an hour in traffic, I was 15 mins late for my most recent appointment. I had called ahead as soon as I realized I was going to be late and was assured it wouldn't be a problem. I walked through the door and the service desk guy didn't greet me. He stared at me with contempt as if I was a door to door salesman interrupting his dinner. I took a reduction in service so that the appointment could still end on time. My car was actually ready fifteen minutes early at the end of it all.
I understand I was late. I did my best to let you know ahead of time. You did your best to make me feel like I was doing you a favour and I had disappointed you, rather than understanding my position and making me feel like I was spending time and money at the right place. You're better than this, Maple Volkswagen.

This was my first purchase directly from a dealership and I must say I am happy I chose Maple Volkswagen. Everyone was very helpful and kept in touch through email very promptly if I had questions or concerns about my soon to be new vehicle. They had a very well priced CPO vehicle that fit my budget and worked hard to get me an APR that I would be happy with.

Had a great experience purchasing my used vehicle. Staff friendly, honest and helpful. Sales person I worked with has kind and honest and gave me all the information needed to make a good decision. Financing was great and really worked well with me to get me what I needed.
The only issue was a few minor repairs were not completed when I picked up the vehicle, but kindly offered me to come back at my earliest convenience to have it done free of cost. Overall had a good experience, love my new vehicle and would recommend this dealership.

Came in for 15k service for my Atlas. Was told it was going to be $199.99. fine. Then was told a tire rotation was recommended fit an additional $49.99. fine. Came home and noticed that my tires weren't rotated. I noticed because I have a nick in my rim and that rim was in the same spot. Called and said I wanted a refund, they said to come in. When I got there I first got the explanation from Eric that only the front tires needed to be switched. Then that the rotation was part of the 15k service and was included in the price, but it was not, an additional $49.99 is on my bill. For what!?
Then he wanted to give it to me back in a credit for next time. Told him there won't be a next time. You lost a customer and my word of mouth over$50. Stupid.

I bought a new SUV 2015 Volkswagen Tiguan from this location. Very nice people and excellent customer communication. Specially the salesperson Victor is super nice🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. I did not have some good experience in past. But that's resolved by the owner. Now everything is great. Service is great but little expensive.
