I recently responded to an ad about a used Toyota on their lot for $12,000. I wanted to finance and asked them how much the rate would be per month for 60 months and they came back with $310 a month. $310 x 60 = $18,600. So with taxes being 15% and this being a 50% mark-up, where is the other 35% ? Financing fees and dealer add-ons of $4800. That is the most I have ever seen in my life on a used car. What a rip-off.
I have purchased a Audi from Bridgewater VW in 2018 and was treated with respect as well the employees in the customer service during a return for oil change with service. Very friendly. Recently I had my truck detailed inside and out. I was so impressed I returned the following day and congratulated the detailer of job well done. I have been looking for a Fiat Abarth for few years and finally found a mint one at a VW dealership in a different province LOL.
I contacted the dealership and was connected with ART who in my opinion is a seasoned and experienced Sales Associate.
I put my trust in him and purchased the car online!!! ART walked me through the entire process , he was professional, very quick to respond and even arranged a shipping company to have the vehicle sent to me.
I am very happy with the service , only complaint is “initially when I called I was put in touch with a junior sales associate and when I asked her for a discount she seized all communications with Me…” I found this to be highly unprofessional considering price negotiation is part of vehicle shopping but nevertheless I’m glad I gave them a second chance as I really wanted the car and ART made up for it and I received my vehicle today and I am very happy.

I was sold a Jeep by this dealership. Took it for a test drive and knew something was wrong. They took a look and said things was fine, which I knew nothing was done. Over all they sold me a lemon and never purchasing there again. Service manager spoke with me saying they fixed one thing which needing fixed well yourself and your tech missed quite a lot which I could name a few. Since having it for not even 3 months I had too put 4,000 dollars into which it should be like that in my opinion and shouldn’t of been inspected. Let see eg: tie roads = safety shouldn’t of been inspect coolant leak spark plugs oil change and oh had too get a new valve body which was 3 grand it self.
Over all poor service and never purchasing a vehicle from them again

We bought a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica from Bridgewater Volks. We live in New Brunswick and we were little uneasy buying a vehicle site unseen. I once went in and asked for an oil change. They charged me $200, and said I asked for a multi point inspection. I did not. This was 7-8 years ago, but I'm still bitter. That being said, their parts department guy is great, and one of the new service managers seems very customer orientated. The true test will be when I go to replace my VW with a new one.
I went there to go for a oil change. But, I went for a test drive in an e-Golf and it was great. Great selection of cars for any Bridgewater local and we got our Jetta there. They also sell good souvenirs.
The customer service and car service was beyond excellent. Susan went above and beyond to help me out with getting my car fixed in a crunch and worked with me in a quick, polite and economical way :). Kerrie the service adviser also sent a great video of my car being worked on in the shop outlining things that may need attention soon and other things that are looking good. Overall a very satisfied customer and I will be back!

I cannot rave enough about the service at Bridgewater VW. I'm not from Bridgewater but my car broke down and started acting up but I made it to the dealership at about 4:50, 10 minutes before they closed. Susan helped me out and miraculously scheduled my car for first thing the next morning. By 9:00 she had called me back with a diagnosis and solution. The car was ready at noon. I picked it up at lunch time with the help of their shuttle to and from the office. Except for the bill, it was like it never happened. Thank you so much to the fine folks at Bridgewater VW!

Easy to deal with very poor seating
Servicing price a bit higher than other VW dealerships I've tried, but I couldn't fault the service. Very friendly, helpful people, and very professional. I was especially impressed with the Gold detailing package. Looked like I had a totally new vehicle.

First i Saw a vehicle they had posted online and sent initial email requesting availability of the vehicle . Tyler replied very promptly and was very proactive to provide me with all pertinent info i needed. Soon after a few offers thrown back and forth over the phone we settled on a price for the transaction. The only caveat was that i was 15 hrs drive away from the dealer location. Upon getting there no surprise at all. Vehicle was exactly as described and more.I felt i got an exceptional value and received a great level of customer service from Tyler, Peter and Hart. Vehicle was detailed to a crisp , fueled up and ready to hit the road for the 15 hrs drive back and the whole transaction was completed within 1/2hr . If the occasion ever happens again i will have no problem repeating this experience and this is from a guy that has gone through this process close to 50 times already... :) So thank you Bridgewater Team for your level of excellence.
