I bought a brand new Highlander from Barry (wonderful guy) in November and I couldn't be more impressed with it. The fuel efficiency is out of this world, is super comfy and is incredibly versatile. We just bought our first brand new Toyota here. I’m serious when say that when you boy from these his you feel like this is the way you deserve to be treated and have been missing out your whole life. I’ve bought 4 new Honda cars before and all those sales service combined don’t even come close to the second you get here. I feel like I wasted my money buying those 4 other vehicles at Honda before. Not even close. You see what I mean when you go there. Do yourself a favour and go test drive a vehicle. They deliver on their word once you buy. It’ll blow you away!

Working with Andrew Pham was great. We agreed on pricing in advance of our visit, he was very helpful/accommodating in providing photos and feedback pertaining to the vehicle that were straightforward and honest. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that the vehicle wasn’t cleaned to our expectations when we arrived, but Andrew had that rectified quickly. We were in and out in two hours, and not having my time wasted is a big deal, most dealerships don’t seem to get that.
I just purchased a 2016 4Runner from Taylor Toyota and had a great experience. The service was excellent! At first I was a little apprehensive about buying a vehicle from Regina when I am located in Winnipeg, however, this dealer had great reviews online and I can see why. Sunnya and Hop provided expertise and exceptional customer service when I purchased my vehicle. They weren't pushy like most salesman and were very straightforward with the numbers and what would be the best option for me. Highly recommend them!
Absolutely disappointing experience. Old sales tactics used by the salesman. The transaction could have been more pleasant if the salesperson was clear in his communication during the sales process. Had he used his knowledge about the product he could have sold me a new 2020 Corolla. I contacted him after the purchase and asked him to provide me with the numbers if I decide to switch to a 2020 Corolla. I visited the office again and did the appraisal again, staff told me that they will let him know as he was not in the office and he will contact me with the numbers. I just received one text and he asked me if I was still interested and I told him, yes but please tell me what it would cost me to get a new Corolla. There has been no response after that. I learned that you can never rely on salesmen and have to do extensive homework before buying a vehicle. For future buyers:
1. There is always room for bargain so check other Toyota dealers too.
2. If you are buying a used vehicle, before anything get your credit check so that you have the right numbers to make the decision.
3. Do your homework before you come,never ever rely on sales person.
Sunnya and Hop were awesome to deal with. I wanted the newest vehicle that was in demand and they were able to get it as quick as possible. They were able to answer all my questions and never pressured me into anything. Even after I got the vehicle and had questions after a month they still helped me out. They didn’t just “get the sale” and leave the customer. Highly recommend talking to them if you are looking for a Toyota.

Can't go wrong going to Taylor Toyota. If you go there I would recommend talking to a guy named Al Laine. He's on the shorter side so you really can't be intimidated by him. He's a really nice guy and makes the whole experience of buying a car a lot easier and more enjoyable like it should be. All of the other car salesman were really nice too, asking my mom and I if we needed anything like coffee or any drinks. Overall, it's a great and inviting place that compared to the Mazda dealership that's across the street, is much more friendlier and has a nicer atmosphere that's more open.
Very impressed with the level of service and willingness to make us happy. They obviously care about their customers. Best experience in buying a vehicle in 35 years.

They did a great job getting me into a Tacoma which I'm super stoked on but not so much the poor communication between Toyota Canada and the bank I had my last loan through. As I was told the cheque was sent to payout my old truck. I was also told they over paid and I would probably see some money back but since the cheque took longer to get there the bank added a bunch of overages costing whatever I was supposed to get back plus more out of my pocket. Having to cover extra fees that were supposed to be paid out not so impressed about that. Other then that super happy with my truck and all the work they did.
I got my first Car from them. Exceptional customer service I have ever experienced. Met Al-Lain through my friend. He is very knowledgeable. I went there to get a pre-owned vehicle which I thought I could afford. But Al-Lain went above and beyond to give us a great deal on a brand new vehicle. He helped us as a family not a sales person. His Manager Andrew is a very friendly Manager I have ever seen. They both cared for us as if we were family. I can guarantee that you wont feel like you made a business but a great friendship. You guys are awesome. I strongly recommend them. God bless you guys.

Outstanding experience! My salesperson, Janson, was exceptional. He did not pressure, was attentive, answered all of my questions and bent over backwards to make the deal I wanted to make. The sales manager, Grant was involved, friendly and helped me feel like a valuable customer. The financing was done by Karen who was pleasant to talk to, and made all of the paperwork easy to understand. I have no doubt that my next purchase will be through Janson.
