My experience at this dealership has been incredibly awful. The manager, Stephane Boucher, is very disrespectful and a horrible business man.

After doing the diagnostic on my car, I was told I would need to come in for a third appointment with the body shop. I simply asked the front desk what the diagnosis was, she went to the back to speak with Stephane Boucher, the manager, who proceeded to say profanities such as “these idiots” referring to me and that he will come deal with me in a second and many other insults I will not repeat. He said these so comfortably because he knew I knew limited French from my previous appointment and believed I would not understand him. When confronted about saying these things, he says “oh so you speak French when you want to now?”. Incredibly horrible business, and a terrible, rude manager.

Reading through reviews, I seem to not be the first person that has an issue with Stephane Boucher, dating back years, and clearly Toyota Longueuil does not take these seriously. He didn't even bother apologizing and instead doubled down on his insults.

While there, I also overheard someone who had the wrong repair done on their car. After my third visit, my issue is still not resolved. If you need your car actually repaired or to at least feel respected as a customer, id recommend going to any other Toyota dealership.

The appointment was not on time, took more than 1.5 hours to change my summer to winter tires. When I had asked for the price they had quoted 92.95$ + taxes.
The morning of the appointment, they add another 11.95 +tx for weights to balance the tires. This is, according to them, a automatic additional cost. If it is so, why aren't they transparent and mention this when originally asked while taking an appointment?
It is very disappointing that they pride themselves on service and have all kinds of hidden cost.

This review is probably long overdue.
After having some issues with another dealership (they were forcing me to buy an extended warranty) I came here to Achraf and he was such a great help to me, professional, understanding and patient. He never tried to sell me all those unnecessary, flashy add-ons. He stuck to his promise and delivered my car exactly when he promised.
I also had a great experience with their financial manager, Élyse, not sure if she's still working there. She made sure that I completely understand how insurance works, cause that was my first car.
This was all in 2021, before this craziness in the market.

For regular maintenance, I've taken my car to this location twice, both for a regular service/oil change. What I love about them is that they give you a report, where they tell you how much of your brake pads are remaining and the depth of your tires is also mentioned on that report. Apparently this is a Toyota standard, however, I did not get such a report from another dealer.
Service 5/5
The only downside that I could think of is that their service department is not open on weekends. So for some, it might be a little difficult to schedule a maintenance on weekdays if they have 9 to 5 jobs.

I never entered the building but I HAVE to give them a 5 star rating since they have a SEXY early 90's Corolla, the one with the pop up headlights, in the showroom that make my heart go BANGBANG everytime I drive by. This thing looks brand new and I get that ultimate japanese vibe. Message to the owner : Keep it there please, I'm gonna look at it while eating sushi in the yard on the other side of the street this summer.

If I could put 0 star I would. I was looking into buying a car from them. I took an appointment with seller: Mathieu. I drove 1hr (I live quite far) and he calmly announced that the car was with another customer busy being inspected... I had an appointment and he did not even think of warning me or cancelling the appointment. Soooo un professional. He said that his colleague and himself did not talk and he did not know about the other customer. Their offices are 2meters apart and completely see through. Not a way to mean business and certainly not a way to treat people. Such dedain is unacceptable.

Went there for a maintenance service as well as a Toyota Touch Premium. Never got the paint restoration I was hoping for and that is described by toyota.ca! Staff was not especially understanding (no paint restoration in Premium, they flatly said... huh??). Sent an email the day after, got an appointment with the manager who was nice enough to offer the Supreme service at half price, yet forgot to just apologize for the numerous misunderstandings that had happened in his dealership. The worst: when complaining to Toyota Canada, a representative flatly said that they were not responsible for what would be sold under the Toyota Touch branding... Wow, that's the way to go, Toyota! How will you keep the trust of your customers?...

Took them 1 month to contact me with a reply to my offer and to inform me that you are a new arrival and we can't do much about it..... not even a follow up was made not even a phone call to guide me and advise me in order to build a trust relationship....

NEVER NEVER buy from this dealership!! They do not refund deposit that are required by you if you want to find our more information on a vehicle or how much it will cost you. They will even promise you that if you decide not to lease the vechile you will be refunded. They lie!!! The manager Sebastian is very rude and unprofessional. More over they try to sell you things that you do not need, like replacement insurance on a leased vehicle. I was told that it was an absolute necessity because I was buying new, which was a complete lie.

Car needed major repairs within days, warranty refused. Beware of their dishonest selling practices!

During a test drive with a used car, vendor Stéphane Pitt told us that we would have a one month warranty in case anything was wrong. This was confirmed by Stéphane again after the drive. Furthermore, he told us that the car would be fully inspected by a Toyota mechanic and all problems would be fixed. He rushed us through the contract, which was in French while he knew we only speak English. When I asked him to translate a section, he told me that I should not worry: if there was a problem, we would just come back and it would be fixed.
An independent inspection at another garage immediately after purchase showed amongst others that the rear shocks were leaking oil and needed replacement. We went back; their Toyota mechanic confirmed this issue. Suddenly, we were told that only the engine and transmission were part of the warranty, despite earlier guarantees that all problems would be fixed for free. Stéphane claimed that these damages may have occurred while we were driving to the other garage (during a 20 km drive, two shocks start leaking oil at the same time?!). The manager (Marc Daigle) told us that the limited warranty was stated in the (French) contract. Even after translating the contract, we could not find a section that specified the warranty.
We ended up having to pay over $400 in repairs ourselves, of course this could have been way more had there been more issues with the car. Then a few days later our shocks break down again. We go to a different garage, it appears they had installed faulty shocks. If you think of buying here, have the car inspected by an independent garage before signing the contract. But I would really advise to go to a better and honest Toyota dealer in the area, there are many around.
