!!!URGENT CASE PLEASE SOLVE, I NEED TO REGISTER MY CAR!!!! *will take legal actions if not resolved by end of the day* Worst car dealer and worst experience ever. They stole my 2000$. I purchased a toyota sienna last week and i am regretting this decision. The sales man Justin, Mr. Siamach and the the guy who handles financial matters, all three are ignoring my calls and when I leave messages they never call back. I have been calling them since 5 days straight. First they charhed me 3000$ tx from which they had to send me a check of 2000$ of the QST I PAID to pay to the gouvernement. Because the dealer wasnt able to complete the SAAQ work from their end, they said they will send me a check of my 2000$ I PAID on monday nov 30 so i can directly register to saaq and pay them. First of all if i had to pay saaq directly why did i have to pay to them first. Secondly, now that i paid to them, they are keeping my money and not sending me the check to register the car. This is fraud and they are steeling my money. They gave me 10 days to register the car and only 3 days are left yet . Please send me my 2000$ that yous stole. Also the car had two key and they only gave me one. They also did not do all the work they promised too. Where ever i call them, no one is willing to assist. They keep transfering me until i reach a voice mail and no one reaches out. Will take legal actions if its not resolved by today end of day.

My dream was to always own an Audi and thanks to Mohammad he made my dream come true. Not only did he give me an amazing price but he sold me on it the second he showed me it. Even when i was a little hesitant with a feature that was missing on the car he still was able to sell me on the car with no pressure what so ever and took time out of his appointment schedule to go over all the features of the car. I recommend this place strongly and especially recommend Mohammed.

Was going there to see a used Prius and bumped into a sales guy who didn't even know that the Corolla now has a hybrid version. Very obvious to me that he didn't know anything about cars. In fact most car salesmen in dealerships don't know their products very well. All they are interested about is making a sale. Their excuse is that they are not mechanics but in my books they ought to know the pros and cons of the products they sell. I would never have hired pple like that. That said, when it was obvious to the salesguy that I wasn't planning to buy the car I saw because of the problems I found on the car, just like a little kid who go and see mommy when not happy, he called in his supervisor who told me he'll have no difficulties selling the car at the advertised price and so wasn't willing to budge. One week later, the advertised price dropped considerably! Don't go there, they don't care about customers. The inspector I deal with told me that it used to be a great dealership up until they partnered with Hgregoire who once during my very first car purchase tried to trick me and forced me to buy a car I was only interested in having a look.
I had a deal for a new car and I insisted on a new car with a tolerance of 7 to 15 km on the meter. After paper work was done, I was delivered a demonstration car with 502 km . When I showed my disappointment and dissatisfaction, they said they had to bring the car from Quebec city which doesn’t make sense. If it is true, then it is not professional, they are not supposed to drive the car from quebec to candiac as there is transportation for cars. To add to the disappointment and dissatisfaction, there is no effort to compensate for the damage. I am still working on it, to be continued...

I asked for more info about a car online. Someone called me with the wrong info. She was presenting a car that I sis not ask for. Then, after explaining to her that she is talking about the wrong car. She found it. I asked for the price and no price was given.
The sales person was unprofessional and she was speaking loud on the phone. A bit of courtesy is always good to sell.

Steve was a great salesman and answered all of our questions. He really took his time to take us for a test drive and explained all of the great features on the car and our options. I never felt rushed. Our delivery man (Matt, I believe) was also fantastic when we picked up our new car. Paper work was ready to be signed and the car was clean.
Those two made up for the receptionist. The receptionist was a lady and she was unwelcoming each time we visited, but more so on the day we needed to pick up the car. When we arrived to pick up our car, we were 30 mins early as we were in the area and didn't have time to go home first. We advised her we knew we were early, but we didn't mind waiting. We were excited. She glanced at her cellphone and raised her eyebrows and stated we were very early... we knew... It just gave us a very unwelcoming feeling like we were inconveniencing her.
The rest of the salesmen there were friendly and personable.

My experience with Candiac Toyota is okay. The sale representatives are very helpful. However, I am not satisfied with the cleanliness of the vehicle delivered to me. I was charged $499 + $15 preperation and delivery charge on top of the asking price. The car was not clean and there were still some parts not installed. It is kind of rip-off.

I bought my first Toyota from Toyota Candiac. Siamak, the salesman, was very patient in answering my concerns/questions and he let me test a couple of drives with their cars. At the begging, I doubted with two types of Toyota, but at the end and with the nice guidelines and advices of Siamak, I bought the C-HR. It’s almost about 1 month and a half I am driving the car and am super happy with my decision.
Moreover, George, the financial advisor, gave me a very good discount that I doubt if I could have been offered by the other dealerships.
Finally, I would recommend this dealership if you’re serious to buy a new brand car.

Staff is super friendly. Good with following up with you. Great explanation of the car basics. The process was pretty quick as long as you do your part involving required documents. Overall, ended up getting my first car with them and had a great experience with them.

I've only been there once and it was a complete waste of time because of the salesperson inaptitude. I ended having to go to another dealer even though I had called ahead of time to organize the meeting. Should have been straightforward but somehow fell through.

I mentionned to him that my pickup was almost sold and that i was shopping around and before buying i wanted to make sure it was sold. Got a great price from PARK AVENUE TOYOTA though. Stay away from this place.
I have bought two cars here over the past 6 years and in both cases my experience was pleasant. I feel like the salesmen cared and I did not feel pressured into buying. I cannot speak for the service aspect as I have not brought my cars here for servicing. Will be going back for my next purchases.

il y a un manque de respect pour le client, pas proffessionel du tout. les prix etait bon pour le changement d huile. Parce que j ai demander d amener mon huile pour le diff avant, l employer me dit c est bon on arrete cela tout de suite! c etait juste 1.5L d une huile de mon choix, tout les autres service etait toyota. La reponse bidon qu on ma donner etait que toyota n accepte pas, tout les autres dealer accepte! Surtout le manque de respect totale, j ai vraiment jamais une choses pareil! il faut comprendre que nous payons, il faut absolument ne pas y aller.
