Worst service experience, cracked my windshield. Called the dealership took my details and told manager would call me. Been a week no update yet. Do visit to get your car cracked rather than fixed.
It's been almost a year i've owned my first Toyota (venza hybrid) Our Salesman Todd was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to find us a vehicle specially in these weird times were its almost impossible to find one. Also wanted to add, the pretty ladies responsible of the service desk. They deliver some of the best service ever, always smiling, happy and easy to talk to. They make it so easy and efficient to bring in your vehicle. it's worth buying a Toyota just for that service.
I bought a brand new truck here, they treated me nice. But during a routine service, some kids through rocks into thier lot and struck my truck.
When I showed the staff they suddenly turned rude. The truck was washed at thier location and the rocks where still sitting kn my hood and had one stuck in my wind shield. The staff still denied any wrong doing. Then I later heard the staff talk about how other vheicles where also damaged.
Avoid this place, small town, shady as all hell car dealership that dont care aboit reputation.

Toyota vehicles will always have a special place in my heart. I was 17 years old when I rebuilt my 1981 Toyota Truck. 22R series engine, lift kit. 31 x 10.5 R 15 mud terrain tires. Went place that ATV's couldn't go.
Bought a used vw, jump in the car (first time) light on dash for headlight code, said service now(needed oil change) and summer tires. Passenger complained about cold feet I bring it straight to my mechanic (not Toyota he's a real me mechanic lol) needed a heater core (very common with the year and make of car)
Tell Bob exactly what's wrong, service now for oil, light on dash for headlight malfunction, needs heater core, and winter tires. He told me customer service is #1 when I go get my tires and it looked at he will give me a vehicle so I'm not stuck in lobby, I get there and guess what no vehicle for me, they ask do I need a shuttle anywhere I'm 1.5 hours out of town, I said yeah sure to the car rental place I GUESS.
Half hour passes still waiting in lobby, said it's okay I'll walk in -25 weather. Spend 150$ to rent a truck (they had no cars because it was completely last minute and no prepared at all) dropped car off at 930am they had a weeks notice on everything that was wrong from the get go, (came like this right off the lot) so it's 4.5 hours later send bob a text, hey Bob when's the car gunna he done I have to drop rental off, said he'll text me letting me know how long it'll be so I can let rental company know how long I'll need the truck. Wait 2 hours longer no text from Bob. Go into Toyota and see the head mechanic ask him what's up explain I have the rental and need to know. He said what's your number I'll call you and let you know roughly a time right away. I leave still no call
Come back two hours before closing after dropping off my rental, needless to sat there for hours in the lobby (5minutes before they closed)
They put my winter tires on(car now pulling to right side of road when I left dealership, go check tire pressures1)40psi 2)32psi 3)26psi 4)44psi, bring them all even to 35psi... and car still pulls to the right, not nearly as much but still there. So that goes to show whoever balanced them did a wonderful job aswell) and did oil change.1 hour job at the max!!!! Said the vent on floor for heater was plugged and they can't fix the headlights they're not a VW dealership, THEN WHY SELL A VEHICLE YOU CANNOT SERVICE!! And I go out get into my car it was already up to temp, and still NO HEAT on passenger side!!!
Never never never again will I buy from Toyota after this, and will most definitely steer people away from doing so aswell. I've heard many stories about them, 2 actually from close friends and decided to try it myself. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!!! and the heat stopped working all together the NEXT DAY! JUST GOT OFF WORK -35 HAD TO DRIVE 1.5 HOURS HOME FROM WORK WITH BORDERLINE HYPERTHERMIA! THANKS BOB AND THE HEAD MECHANIC FROM JAMES TOYOTA, GREAT JOB BOYS 👍

The worst experience since I have came in Canada in 2013. Service manager is absolutely incompetent...SERVICE MANAGER IS ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT!!!!! First he said , it will cost you no more than $220 in about 40min said no more than $250 and finally in about 20 min he said , everything will cost you $450 . They changed all my wheels bolts , 4 wheel studs and a metal wheel ( cheapest one) . The labour was 1.5 hour and they charged me $420 . Worst service ever. DO NOT GO THERE , IT WILL BE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!NEXT TIME KEEP YOUR PROMISE WHEN YOU SAY LESS THAN $250 IT MUST BE LESS THAN $250 ...NOT $450 FINALLY . YOU MR. FUNNY MANAGER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
James' Toyota is what a Dealership should be like. I am always hearing great comments about this place. I have owned Toyotas since 1989 and even though I owned an aftermarket store and car parts came pretty cheap, my Toyotas always found their way to the service bays at 1234 Riverside Dr. It is an inviting place to go, the staff there are truly professional and watching the growth of this business over the years, these folks are doing something right.
Wow! I couldn’t be more pleased with my new Tundra. Now I can tackle those fishing spots I haven’t been able to get to until now. Everyone there was so nice and it really feels like a family. Mike Bazuik specifically is an incredible asset. Give that man a raise!

To be avoided like a plague
Before buying any used car ask for an inspection report and insist upon it. Etested and certified isnt enough unless you only intend to drive the car for a few months.
Dont buy any used car from them without a comprehensive safety inspection report.
They will ask you to pay for it. PLEASE DO. Otherwise you may end up with a rust bucket that you can only drive from the lot to your driveway.
They will delay the inspection report for days claiming that they dont have manpower in the shop and that they are a small dealership.
They will also offer you a huge discount 2-3 K
DONT be STUPID ask for the inspection report and then make your decision
Bought my Dodge Ram 1500 two weeks ago, spending 24k you would expect the truck to work. The next after I buy it, the battery dies on me, I call the service dept at James Toyota to voice my concern, they replaced the battery with a brand new 800 Amp battery. Thanks
