I contacted Jason for a test drive of an Avalon so I can compare it with a Rav 4.
Jason expeditiously set up an appointment . I asked if I could test again the Rav 4 which we did and Jason even suggested we test a 6 cylinder Camary.
During the drive Jason provided clear answers to our questions about the car systems.
Jason introduced us to Tony the manager which made sure we were totally satisfied with information.
There was no selling pressure at all, we agreed to renew contact when ready.

Leased a Toyota Corolla Hatchback 2019.
Day 1, we got the best deal we could after going to a few other dealerships around the area. But there's a but. A big BUT. We did go through a "broker" to find this particular Toyota Dealership, and we were told this was a good option to the others we dealt with.
First red flag should have been our first and last. The Manager, our broker lead us to, we dealt with didn't even know who we were and why we were there. He didn't even know what car we were looking for. What good was the broker. The Manager dealing with us did not have record of anything that was discussed before we showed up. We had to explain to him multiple times what we were looking for.
A few weeks later we call to confirm our deal and they said my loyalty program will not be applied, although I do own a Toyota car already, they said I have to be in a current lease or financing with their creditor, which I was, but I already paid off the car, so we lost that incentive, which from what I was told by many other people I should have had the loyalty program incentive.
We initially got the interest rate down, but then he took that away because he "thought" it was an older model we were getting, and he wasn't allowed to lower the interest rate on the 2019 in 2019, but I'm pretty sure a brand new car off the lot, and was being delivered from the boat, is the current year. How would you not know...
All this time, we've gone through 4 or 5 re-writes of the contract, where some of the numbers were not adding up properly and even the model of the car was incorrect, he didn't even know what car he was giving to us.
By this time one and a half months go by and we finally got the contracts somewhat correct. Last time I'm on the phone getting the contract finalized, again, he starts mumbling about how it's going to cost him 400-600 dollars. I don't know if it's him or Toyota, but that much money is nothing to cry about when you work for a multimillion dollar company (debatable, I know).
Jumping to the final weekend, we pay for the extra up front fees upon delivery and he gives us the contract to sign to hand back later because not everyone was present to sign, and they gave me the car to take home. He doesn't work on the weekends so I was thinking to send the contract in on Monday morning when I get home. I was out Monday morning and got back at 8am and I get a voicemail saying that if I don't sign the contract, Toyota will repossess the car. I didn't hear this voice mail before I called him and he said, if I don't turn in the contract now, there will be a problem with Toyota and they'll take back the car. I can't understand this reasoning for so much deceit and this kind of uneasy pressure for a sale. Or maybe it's the truth, I have no idea. I can only assume they wanted their commission for the month.
They never told us, after the leasing is over, that we have to return the leased car back to their dealership, I'll have to check my papers, but I will not be dealing with this dealership again.
I would have given zero stars, but it's not possible. And I didn't give one star because I'm not that heartless. You can decide.

We have a brand new RAV4. A month and a half months old and it started having trouble. I recently jumped from another car manufacturer because of horrific service and I was worried about what I would have to deal with. The service team was amazing... everyone was interested in what I was dealing with and sympathetic. Theo was my main point person and he made the whole process so simple. Explained everything that was going on, arranged for transport (leased vehicle) and just kept me on the loop. I never had to worry about a thing. Knowing how good the service team is at RH is a big peace of mind.

Another dealership that will say anything to get you in to see them. The person I spoke with on the phone wasn’t even in the building. Said they could help me when I got there, but the dealership had no clue who I was when I got there. Sales manager who I was supposed to have a meeting with according to the email I was sent, acted like he had no time for me. They then gave me a crazy price on a new vehicle due to my negative equity. I was very clear when I called in about the negative equity and the guy on the phone said they deal with it all the time and it would be no problem. I literally sat there for an hour waiting for something that could have been done in minutes on the phone. The sales guy response after showing me the monthly payment was “well what do you wanna pay??” Super unprofessional. I buy a new car every 6 months and I’ll never buy one from this place. How about stating clearly what my trade in is worth? That woulda been a lot easier. I guess they sell so many cars there that the customer doesn’t matter.

Don’t go here they are making bad deals and the finance manager would be like I would apply for Toyota finance if it gets approved then ok or else you have to go with bank you don’t have any other option and the rate of interest would be at the sky. The other thing is the employees would say have trust on us and let the finance manager work but at the end we are going to pay so why should we depend on the finance manager for the payments. They don’t want to return the deposit and then they are talking about the trust. I would say better to go with Hyundai or Honda they have better service. If you just want the Toyota then better to visit any other Toyota not the Richmond Hill Toyota. The employee was telling me that we are focusing on you and if your deal would be good then you will bring more customers but I would not recommend anyone. I am basically a student I know the value of money but they don’t want to return my deposit. I can’t do anything as I am students but god will take care of these guys and finance manager at Richmond Hill Toyota. When I went to meet them they said I will try and now they are not picking up the phone I don’t know what’s going on with them but I think so they are just money lover they don’t care about the customers.

Experience really depends on the department. That being said, the service department is really amazing! They’re all very kind and willing to help, big shout-out to Frank and Sean! Would really recommend them for any maintenance or servicing.
Purchasing a car here was a different story however. I bought a used car which broke down 5 days after driving it off. The dealer I purchased from seemed reluctant to help when I called about it but eventually said he’ll try. Long story short, I ended up having to pay a hefty price to repair my car even though I was told that they would take care of the cost. After hearing that my dad was considering purchasing a new car from them in the future, they made a small offer to try and compensate for the cost, however it’s been 10 months since and they’ve only lived up to half of what they said they’d do. Have reached out about it a few times and would either get no response or say they’ll look into it and then again I wouldn’t hear anything from them. I’m disappointed writing this because initially when I dealt with Bruce and Tom they seemed like they genuinely cared and were willing to help but as the time goes by it unfortunately seems that they are just your typical car salesmen.
All in all, great place for service. As for purchasing, I love my Toyota, great car! But purchase at a different dealership.

Needed the intermediate steering shaft replaced on my 2003 Camry. Spoke to a service advisor Brad who was extremely helpful in arranging for an accurate diagnosis and fix. Great guy.

Would have given 5 stars but I also wanted them to address a foul engine smell coming into the cabin. Paid $150+ to get the ac system deodorized but unfortunately it did not work. The smell continues to come from the vents.

There was no high pressure sales tactics, but only the sense that Bruce wanted what was best for our needs. We were picked up at our house and driven to Richmond Hill Toyota to pick up the van after it was prepared for us. We had to make a request to see the model at the front desk and advisor, Ashraf, came shortly and brought us outside where we could see the model and subsequently test drove it. We just recently purchased a used Toyota Sienna from Richmond Hill Toyota. Our experience was wonderful from start to finish. We live almost 2 hrs away and it was well worth the drive! We met Paul and, he treated us so well. He knew we were on a time crunch and didn't waste a second of our time. He listened to what we wanted. Took us on a test drive, and was extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to show us all the details about the vehicle. Paul was head over heels a better salesman than those we have met in the past at other dealerships. This dealership runs like a finely tuned machine, each process; from looking, driving,trading in, purchase and pick up went smoothly, without any surprises or disappointment. I will be back to service my vehicle here just to deal with this great team, even if its a distance away!

My husband and I are happy to give Bradley Brown the highest rating possible for our experience in buying a new Toyota Corolla.

Bradley was extremely friendly, personable, and sincere during our first encounter. We had a million questions, and he was very knowledgeable and patient in answering all of them. We made it clear that we did not want to do a test drive on the first day, because the purpose of that visit was fact-gathering only, and Bradley respected our wishes and did not push before we were ready. He realized that we were doing some comparison shopping with other makes of cars, and he waited patiently for us to do our due diligence.

Eventually we went on two test drives in Toyota Corollas with Bradley, and he continued to impress with his superior knowledge of the vehicle and all its features. He went to a great deal of trouble to ensure that our second test drive would be with the exact model that we were interested in, as we had requested. Because he knew that my husband was particularly interested in the quality of the stereo, Bradley even set up a special testing session in the showroom, and suggested that my husband bring a sample of his favourite music to facilitate the test.

When we made our final decision to purchase the Toyota Corolla LE, Bradley showed great professionalism in handling all the details that were within his purview, and then referring us to the appropriate associate within Richmond Hill Toyota for final financial and legal matters.

During the few days between decision and delivery, Bradley kept in touch with me by phone and email. Pickup day was rainy, so he thoughtfully ensured that the car was moved indoors so that I could examine it in comfort. During final inspection, he even set up the Bluetooth link to my iPhone for me, which was greatly appreciated! And finally, he made sure to introduce me to the staff in the service area, knowing that I would eventually be dealing with them for regular maintenance.

In short, it was a delight to work with Bradley during our research and eventual purchase of our new Toyota Corolla. I would highly recommend Bradley Brown to anyone looking for a new car.

Great, Friendly Service!

Overall I had a very good experience. I received fast, friendly service and ended up with the car I was looking for (even the colour). DJ was excellent, and did everything possible to ensure that I walked away happy. That included coming with me to my mechanic to have the car looked at before purchasing it, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend speaking with DJ if you intend to buy a Toyota.
