We recently purchased a used RAV4 from Hallmark Toyota in Orangeville. Our salesman was Mark Giles. He was pleasant, listened to what we wanted to purchase and went out of his way to make work out a suitable deal.. There was absolutely no high pressure tactics used and we felt that we paid a very fair price for the car. When you purhcase a used vehicle at Hallmark you are not 'shuffled' off to another showroom - as we were at another dealership - at Hallmark we were treated the same as if we were purchasing a new car. May be a small point - but it was a reflection of how we were treated at Hallmark- like a valued customer. When we picked up our RAV4 - Jeff Dobson, the sales manager came over to congratulate us. Mark Giles took a lot of time going over everything in our new vehicle - it was a cold day and he bought it inside so that we weren't freezing outside while we were going over things. All in all - a five star experience - this is the dealershhip to go to - and we don't live in Orangville - AND - it was worth the drive!

Just bought my first car at Orangeville Toyota. Being a first time buyer, I was very cautious and had a lot of questions. David was very helpful and patient in addressing all my questions/ concerns which allowed me to confidently make the decision to buy.
Just like any other bad dealership. Horrible communication. Stay away. On their used Toyota's they will use NON GENUINE - AFTER MARKET parts and it doesn't matter if it's a critical component like your BRAKES!!!! And they won't tell you about it. You simply find out down the road when you realize your brakes last less than a year and it is out of warranty again. Shady bunch of people. I have yet to find an honest dealership. If you don't know anything about cars my reviews would simply not bother you but I'm being as honest as I can! Make sure to get everything in writing for your peace of mind!
Just picked up a new 2021 Tundra TRD sport premium in Voodoo Blue. Lakshy was excellent and straight up honest from the beginning. I was looking for a very specific model and color. He had no issues working with Toyota to order one at a great price. Todd the finance manager was excellent in presenting all the financing options and warranty packages all in a clear and honest no pressure situation. It really shows that this dealership prides themselves on being a cut above the rest. I'll certainly be going back to them when I'm in need of my next ride.

I bought a used vehicle from this dealership, and found that communicating with Christina (the sales associate) and the rest of the sales team was easy and hassle free. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and will definitely be coming back in the future!
I had a great experience at Hallmark with salesperson Christina and finance manager Gordon. I was looking at a used Kia and was coming in from Hamilton. Christina was very communicative and helpful leading up to the visit, and really went the extra mile, providing photos and answering all my queries. Christina and Gordon were both honest with me, and worked with me to get me the car I wanted at a fair price within my budget. The sale was low pressure, and they were extremely friendly and accommodating.

Parts department 5 star. Car sales amazing. Service won't return your calls. I have had many issues in the past with the work that has come out of the shop as well. If you need warranty work done do to a different dealer. I strongly recommend you don't go here.

My best car buying experience thus far! I am very impressed. They went above and beyond, highly recommended. I was going in to look at a used van they had on the lot for my growing family. The van was aggressively priced. The condition of the van was as described for the mileage. The sales person I dealt with was Peter nothing but good things. Was not trying to pressure me into buying the car, answered all my questions. They took a look at my trade in (CRV) and offered a great price. Being over an hour away, they offered to have it delivered so I wouldn't have to make another trip, and they would drive my trade-in back. That's what I call service. Michelle made the trade in and financial part very seamless. Upon delivery, the car was detailed, cleaned, full tank of gas, and oil changed, even a bottle of wine in the back. Very friendly and patient staff. We were in there quite often to try and find the car that would suit us best and it wasn’t easy. I go in for oil changes when needed and the staff are easy to approach and get everything ready very efficiently. There is a nice atmosphere in the lounge with a train set that our eldest daughter absolutely loves!

And your quality of work is poor - you didn't even mark my Summer Tires when you removed them last so how do you expect to rotate them properly? Your hours of operation are brutal - who closes at 5PM? That is when everyone works until...you need to check yourself before you wreck yourself Hallmark Toyota.
Absolutely Fantastic! In October 2016, Brent helped me find and test drive the car I was looking for. I knew my old car was on it's last leg, and from my research, the Corolla had a long history of reliability. I am a proud owner of a 2016 Toyota Corolla S! The financing was easy to confirm, all of the available options were explained to me. I was able to choose some additional protection including the paint protection warranty. This warranty I used within a year as I had enough stone chips in the paint to show the plastic. This was a huge retrospective warranty I am glad I purchased extra. Service after the sale has always been easy. They are knowledgeable and efficient. I would recommend Hallmark Toyota for sure!
Hallmark Toyota was an absolute pleasure to deal with when purchasing my 2013 Honda Civic Si. This dealership's pricing was very competitive and I can confidently say that the vehicle is in good shape after driving it 4000 km in a month. The salesperson (Tom) and Finance Manager (Michelle) were honest from the get-go and did not try to sell me any additional F&I products that I did not need. Both of them were also very thorough with everything during the process, and there was no sales pressure. Furthermore, the dealership has provided me with after-sales support to answer my questions. I had the most wonderful experience purchasing a used lower prices vehicle at Hallmark Toyota. The service provided to me was equivalent to what I would expect if I was purchasing a higher end/priced vehicte.
I live 100km away and had difficulty arranging a ride but the salesperson David helped to arrange to have one of their drivers pick me up! Who does that?
He also took the time to ensure that I was all set up for the drive home!
As far away as I would ever live from this dealership they would definitely be the first place I look to purchase my next vehicle.

Staff are very friendly. Able to book a service appointment online which is very convenient. The waiting room is amazing. Its clean, comfortable, and there are complimentary snacks and coffee, tea or water. An additional bonus is "free wifi".
I am very disappointed at this dealership, it has FAKE “Red Tag Sale” event, see Red Tag on 2018 HIGHLANDER 0% lease, but when I asked sales person Jeff Dobson he told me it does not have any sale on it. Why to put Red Tag on HIGHLANDER, its misrepresentation. He refused even to fix the issue. Never mind Chris Lee (General Manager) never reply me on my email he promised to send me list of the deals during the RED TAG event. "Good" Job Guys! I will never buy here anything.

Hallmark just detailed my car and it is like a brand new car. All my service work is done at Hallmark and I have been treated professionally and the work that is done well. Small items have been free and done right then and there. Very please right from point of purchase to servicing.
A small item when I had a flat and asked for advice the mobile air tank they have was not offered and I had to get CAA to come and fill up the tire to drive it to Hallmark to repair the tire.
My Tacoma has been serviced here for the past 5 years. The service department does a great job in maintaining my truck-in return the Tacoma has been very reliable & issue free. The waiting room is very comfortable with complimentary beverages & a nice big screen TV & massage recliner. After servicing, my truck always gets a free wash. I highly recommend Hallmark Toyota's service department.
