My vehicles last approximately 10-11 years and so I had to purchase a new one this year. I have to say that this experience was one of the best due to the knowledgeable staff at Markville Toyota. I almost never write reviews, but our advisor, Daniel Cheng, went above and beyond what's known as great service. Daniel gave us such outstanding service that I feel compelled letting the world know. Daniel truly cared about our experience, from test-drive, to lease agreement, to making sure our existing payment is stopped on time, to delivering the car to us without any delays and in a fantastic condition. He also took his time to explain the important money-saving maintenance tips and went over car features that we will be using. I wish every dealership in this country held themselves to Daniel's standards of customer care, because he is truly awesome! Great Dealership! Went to Markville Toyota after Don Valley North Toyota provided terrible customer service. The product advisor, Helen Zhu was knowledgeable of the products and thorough in explaining the specs of the car. She is friendly and I would highly recommend her! Dickson offered great customer service and took his time to explain the insurance and auto warranty.
I had a good experience with this dealership. The staff are nice and friendly. The service is quick and to the point. Alex Jia was very nice to me. He showed me different car options and let me know what my options were and the benefits of the different options that I had. Dickson also went above and beyond, including working late into the night to help me secure a suitable financing option.
Just want to give a special shout out to Timothy Ho (Assistant Service Manager) at Markville Totoya. Every time when I bring my Camry for maintenance, Timothy is always responsive, helpful and efficient. His enthusiasm and expertise really stood out to me. Decided to lease a new car recently. On last Saturday, We went to several dealers and checked out their offers and cars for lease but none of them attracted us to make a decision. However, when we entered Markville Toyota, the first car my wife saw was the new corolla hatchback and she fell in love with it right away. Because it reminded us our very first car (also a small hatchback) 10 years ago. Cindy Lin is a nice lady and she helped us a lot. She introduced all of the features of this hatchback and also quickly got us a test drive. I was impressed with the driving experiences as well as my wife. I am also a big fan of 4runner so Cindy tried her best to get me a 4runner limited for a test drive too. Really appreciated that! After the test drive, Cindy helped us to calculate the price based on our needs and finally we decided to lease the corolla hatchback. Chris was very patient to explain the details of the lease and gave us multiple options to select. Only three days later, we got our brand new corolla hatchback with a very low mileage and 2 sets of mats! Really positive experience with Markville Toyota, and thanks Cindy and Chris for the help.

I take my two Toyota vehicles to Markville Toyota for all oil changes and regularly scheduled maintenance. I find the staff to be friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I also appreciate their convenient shuttle service to and from the office. I always have a great experience with Markville Toyota; however my latest experience is a testament to just how excellent their service center really is. I received a recall letter for one of my vehicles so went in and spoke with the assistant service manager John Athanasiadis. John took the time to explain the work required and patiently answered all my questions. As it turns out, the recall notification is actually a safety upgrade to provide an additional safety feature found in newer vehicles. While inspecting the car he also noticed a few other issues such as - my trunk not opening all the way when the trunk button was pressed, Nail in one of the tires and a noise in the engine. There was no pressure to fix anything, John merely made some recommendations for some of the minor maintenance items then replaced the torsion bar for the trunk at no charge and repaired the tire and timing gear assembly for much less than other service centers would charge. Even though the car in question in no longer under warrantee – Markville Toyota treats it like it is. Awesome customer service!
