Never deal with this dealership...conned me out of $1500 for a part that was broken in the box and refused to refund or exchange
We've purchased several used vehicles from Race in the past, and recently a new Rav4 Hybrid. They also look after all my service needs. The sales, service and parts departments are all top shelf.

Just had my 32,000km service performed on my Toyota Tacoma and the price for service certainly doesn't reflect the services rendered.
- Lube, Oil & Filter and Rotate Tires (labelled Maintenance) $183.90
- Front & Rear Brake service (no parts required) $196.05
When asked why my previous oil change was $81.99 and previous oil change + tire rotation was $127.44, I was told that the brake service charge doesn't include removing the tires, hence why the extra $100 to pull them! Are you reading this Race Toyota? The quote from the service department (which I had to call back twice) was "That's pretty standard." It was dismissive followed by a "Have a nice day".
Needless to say, I will not be returning unless this is rectified in a timely fashion.
They get 1 star only because I can't leave 0.

I have had multiple extremely positive experiences at Race Toyota when going in to get regular maintenance/repairs on my vehicle. Jennifer from the service department is incredible to work with and always has your best interest in mind. I also recently bought the vehicle I was leasing and the transition was smooth and painless. I highly recommend visiting Race Toyota - they're great!

absolutely the worst service imaginable.
waiting area is in their cold shop which the big bay door is constantly opening.
they left my window wide open in the parking lot while I waited for my bill,
when asked why they put the other customers windows up they said because it may rain. so why were mine left down?
no complimentary coffee, no car wash.
the washer fluid wasn't even topped up.

Just picked up a new 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross LE AWD. I am very impressed with this quality vehicle, smooth and comfortable. It was worth the wait. Race Toyota is always a pleasure to deal with. Dave was professional, polite, honest with excellent communication throughout whole process! I highly recommend this dealership.
Ordered a part, it came in the next day. No one is allowed in the building because of covid. I waited in an open air garage and they brought my part out. Fast, efficient and friendly.

I bought a 2020 Toyota supra here last week and Brian the general sales manager was the one who helped me out. He was amazing at answering questions and got the car ready for me within a week. They went above and beyond even supplying me with an extra windshield washer fluid just so I can make it home safe and gas money. Detailing was also on point and I have nothing bad to say. Will definitely be doing business with them again.

I drove up from London and bought a gently used 2017 Tundra. I got a fair price for my trade and it was a no pressure transaction. I would suggest Race Toyota to anyone, I will never buy from the London dealerships again. Pressure Pressure Pressure.

Just got a used corolla with an air bag recall and they wont help at all saying because of covid-19 they are not taking any new clients. So it being a safety issue I'm going to have to take it to another town and wait around for a couple hours well its getting done, if that's even possible. Guess what ever makes things safer for them.

What an amazing dealership. Everyone working at that dealership cares about their customers. The service department is probably the most efficient when I compare them to other dealerships. The only regret I have is the fact that I didn't know about Race years before now. Keep it up guys.

The financing process with Amanda was easy with great customer service. The detailing of the vehicle was also top-notch. The one hour walk-through with both Dave and Jeff was amazing. My new vehicle has so many features that I was unaware of, they both took the time and did a complete walk-through including hooking up my telephone, putting in my speed dial‘s, phonebook entries and setting up my navigation system. Dave is incredible! He went above and beyond when I purchased my 2019 rav4. His prices are fair and I have never liked car dealerships or the hassle of buying a car until now. At first I visited his dealership because I wanted the used 4Runner he had, however, I kept changing my mind between the 4Runner and Rav4. Dave was patient with me and answered all of my CONSTANT questions (through calls and emails). I couldn't have asked for a better person to buy a car from and I recommend this dealership to everyone I meet. Thank you Dave and Race Toyota!

I am a Toyota owner ,but Race Toyota is not where I bought my vehicle,While on vacation in the Kawarthas ,I blew a 20" tire on my Venza in the evening heading back to our camp site.I installed the spare and continued on to the destination.The next morning I called Race toyota which was over 30 kms away( other options that were closer was canadian tire in Peterborough).I discussed the problem and noted I was far from home and did not want to drive on the spare ( towing a trailer).They were eager to help,I dropped off the tire the next day in the afternoon and went out for bite to eat,The service department called 20 min after,said it was all good to go,back to the dealer,They installed a new tire on the rim,took my vehicle in and even installed it on the vehicle,everything was covered by the toyota road hazard warranty .I have purchased tire road hazard warranties before with so many conditions,that really nothing is covered.

High pressure divide and conquer sales tactics not appreciated I went in with my wife excited about the prospect of buying a new car and came out ready to file for divorce. Sales man was disrespectful rude and insulting.

For more than 15 years I have only gone to Race Motors, multiple purchases and all services they have treated us like family. Few companies make ones life easier, but Race is one of those companies. They would do anything to help make sure we are looked after, if it's needing a shuttle or a car for a few days or helping make new car purchases as simple as possible, they have done it. I would highly recommend Race Motors for a genuine, honest automotive experience.
