I have not seen the SOP’s for COVID19 any where else except in Toyota Heffner. I’m a regular customer for my Toyota Avalon. The way they greet and pamper you is amazing. This is what we need from customer service. Service is as usual excellent. They check the car from top to bottom and let you know promptly if their are any deficiencies. I have seen people visiting other stops for oil change and service requirements due to pricing. Believe me they are not as expensive as usually people thought and secondly they are experts for your Toyota car than any one else. Visit them once and feel the difference.

Third new vehicle I have purchased from them in the past 5 years. This time I didn't bother contacting any other dealership. I contacted Matt S. and I told him what I was wanting. I set up an appointment with him and after a test drive we quickly put together a deal. That was on a Wednesday. My wife came back to the dealership on Saturday so she could have a look at the vehicle. We signed the offer to purchase on Saturday and picked up the vehicle the next Saturday. (Our choice on the delivery date).

Our experience with Heffner Toyota has been nothing but positive. It's obvious that they have the customer's best interest in mind. Just took the car in for an oil change, but they pointed out that all fluids needed attention as the car is 5 years old. Some people would take offence at that, but I am grateful that they are trying to help me keep this car on the road for a long time. If and when I ever decide to buy another Toyota, I would not go anywhere else!
Expensive, as usual at a dealer. Will not be back due to fear mongering about my vehicle. I drive a 2004 Toyota Echo, took it in for a transmission fluid change and oil change, overpriced but they did the job. Was told that my spark plugs were original to the vehicle (16 years and over 200k) and should be changed immediately for over $150 at the dealer. Thought that was crazy, car was running fine but it constantly ran through my mind. Took it to an independent mechanic who verified they were NOT the original spark plugs and they weren’t in bad shape. I am extremely disappointed with this dealership. Just another place trying to take advantage of people they think don’t know better. Happened in October 2019.

Place is fantastic as a dealership. Quick oil change took 45 minutes, so it was a bit on a slow side. But I made it to work on time so everything is fine.
I've got the reply. Wrong one! I was first customer there and when service opened at 7.00 I was first in. Took few minutes to go through paperwork and that was fine. Next 40 minutes I was waiting for my car and watching.... not much being done to it. Oil change, from start to finish should not take longer than 15-20 minutes.

I recently tried to book my 2016 Hybrid in for 104, 000 Service 1. I was told I wouldn’t be able to get an appointment for a month because of winter tire change overs. I’m sorry your suppose to be a professional Auto Dealership. If you can’t figure out how to keep the scheduled required service on track for your thousands of customers cars and keep the tire business separate your service schedules you have a serious problem. I had to take my car to my regular mechanic to keep my service schedule on track. If I had of skipped this service as was suggested by your service girl and something was not right with my fluid levels who would have been responsible if something caused damage to my car? I know the answer me because I didn’t keep my service on schedule Not the dealership I choose because I thought I could count on the service department to keep my scheduled service of my hybrid on schedule. Very disappointed in Heffner Toyota service department don’t think I’ll be buying any more cars and may even switch my service to the mechanic that got me in in 2 days. He pulled up all the Toyota Service procedures on his computer and proceeded to do the service according to Toyota Service Standards. Way to go. Love the car not impressed with Heffner I guess I’m not part of the family!

Not only was she very transparent as a salesperson, kind, and genuine, she also helped me get new plates for my car on the day that I was supposed to pick it up (I was originally going to use my old plates but some unforeseen circumstances came up and I couldn't use them). I had a great experience as I went in to have the Takata airbag recall resolved. Customer service (Courtney) was very good, offered my daughter each a coffee/juice and cookie. Had a great area for my 6 yr old daughter to play in as we waited. I also bought some parts and the parts adviser was very helpful with my questions. They installed the rear wiper blade I bought for no charge. They did advise on some other service items I could consider in the future but did not pressure to have them done right away. They noted on my bill so I could think about it. I appreciated they did not use high pressure up-selling tactics. I usually do most of my own minor/routine repairs but I would consider taking my car here if it needed some other work done.
Marc and Melissa in used car sales were a pleasure to deal with. Marc was a great listener, persuader, and closer. Melissa was pleasant, patient and endured my many questions about the various financing options. We enjoyed the recent comedic experience of purchasing yet another vehicle from Heffner. Only complaint is the detailing dept. could be a little more thorough with their cleaning for vehicle pickup.

I am adjusting my review to reflect recent events. When we purchased the car, we were supposed to get a set of summer/all season tires. They weren’t available when we bought the car and we were told the tires would be delivered to us. Which was fine. When I took the tires to a local mechanic (ready to switch) they advised they wouldn’t put the tires on my car because they were 10 years old, used, dried out, not quite the right size and on the wrong rims. I took the tires back to Heffner on May 31, spoke to the assistant sales manager he looked at the tires, took them back and said he’d get their mechanics to look at them and advise how to move forward. I was told there should be a response June 1 and from there this is how the correspondence has gone:
June 3: me emailing for update
June 7: me emailing for update
June 8: response from assistant sales manager that I needed new tires and they would be ordered
June 17: me emailing for an update
June 24: me emailing for an update
June 26: assistant sales manager said he would check with parts department and get back to me
July 2: me emailing for an update
And as of the day I’m writing this, there still has been no response to my July 2 email. Not pleased with how this mattered as been handled. I’ve worked in the customer service and I’m willing to cut reps some slack. But I feel this has gone past reasonable. I would get this 2.5 stars but rounding down since you can’t give half stars.

Went to Heffner Toyota in person because after 4 phone calls I was not able to get an appointment for an oil change. In the service area I was finally able to get an employee to notice me. I asked to speak with the manager. He was sitting in his office looking directly at me but sent the employee to advise he was too busy to talk to me. I went and spoke to one of the Heffner family. Explained my difficulty in getting an appointment. He explained in detailed how busy they are at this time and how difficult it is for them to service their customers. No offer to set up an appointment. I thanked him for his time and left. I will do my small part to help them solve their service problem.

I bought a 2019 Toyota CH-R at Heffner and I love it! The pricing was fair, and I dealt with Jake who was wonderful to deal with. The finance lady was great and there was no pressure at all to purchase the extended warranty, undercoating, etc. I appreciated learning all of the cool tech features of my new car before I drove it off the lot. Jake was very patient in describing all of these extras to me. I would definitely deal with Heffner again.
Heffner Toyota made buying the first new car experience a breeze. Jake was extremely helpful, wasn’t your typical salesman and was all around an incredibly helpful and knowledgeable salesman. We took a week or so to think it over and decided to go with it! 2019 Toyota Corolla SE in a 6MT. Our Toyota purchase is one of those "long stories". It started about 6-months ago with us going into Heffner looking for a replacement vehicle for my wife, possibly a Camry. Jake Hebscher helped us from Square-1 and he was patient with us and fed us all the information we needed to make a decision. After the whole process we decided to put the vehicle purchase on hold.
Well, four months later we decided to my replace my vehicle. We went back to Heffner Toyota and met with Jake again. Once again we pulled information and test drives together with Jake's assistance and patience. At the end of the process we drove away with a Highlander hybrid. Jake's patience and guidance had paid off for him and for us.
We have been driving our Highlander for about 2-months now and we are both very pleased with the purchase decision and for the follow-up from Jake, which has been above-and-beyond.
This is our first hybrid and our first "new vehicle" in more than 8-years, so it's safe to say that our Highlander is loaded with a lot of high-tech features that our other vehicles don't have.... Upon having troubles unlocking my vehicle (not a Toyota, I had been keeping my boyfriend company while his Tacoma was being serviced), two very nice and helpful staff did the best they could to help me (without my asking!), including putting a new battery in the key fob for me and, when that didn't seem to work, investigating other options (lock cylinder had not worked either). Eventually something worked and it was really nice that these two staff members seemed to genuinely care and want to help. I wish I'd caught names! Thank you for being so caring, it was very refreshing.

I recently purchased a Heffner Stamp of Assurance pre-owned vehicle from Heffner Motors Used Vehicle Centre. The whole process went extremely smooth. All the staff was very friendly and professional. All my questions and concerns were answered professionally. The business manager, Kathy Bull, went above the call of duty by taking my 2 year old to the kids play area and kept her occupied with toys and crayons while I finished all the paperwork.
When the delivery date came my new vehicle was so clean it looked brand new, inside and out, and I got a full tank of gas.
I would highly recommend Heffner to everyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle. Just like their slogan says I truly felt like I was “part of the family”.
