Nikki really came to the rescue when I broke the rear window of our truck. Couldn’t get a replacement anywhere and she found it for me, dealt with the insurance and had it installed, cleaned and back to us in record time. I have dealt with Nikki in service several times now and she is amazing.

The air conditioning compressor seized and broke the fanbelt on my Nissan Micra while I was at the cottage near Amberley. I called Toyota Goderich, and talked to John in the service department. I had the car towed in, and they fixed it a couple of days. Thanks very much for a great job done on time and less than the estimate.

Today I had to take my car to Toyota for a service and was denied cuz how my car looked. Not cuz it was in bad shape or anything. All because my car had stickers on it and that the backseat wasn't cleared to their satisfaction. I'm now out 240 in towing expenses because of this and a car that won't run. Honestly felt discriminated. What they told me what was wrong with it it would not be drawing any attention to the stickers on it as the work would be done under the hood.
Went to get our Camry fixed today. The mechanics wouldn’t touch it because they were “offended” by the decals we have on the car. I’m sorry but do we not have the right to freedom of expression?

We recently purchased a 2019 Toyota Corolla hatchback from Goderich Toyota after a difficult time finding one anywhere. Right from the start, Bonnie Locher was so responsive to our queries & she maintained amazing & prompt communication with all of our questions throughout the process. When we eventually travelled from Kitchener to visit the dealership for a test drive, we found everyone so friendly & helpful. The wrost experience I have encounter in my life. The sales individual I dealt with was Bonnie who lied, mislead me, and much more.*** wrost nightmare****. Bonnie and the dealership has zero customer service. Even when you call the office you wouldnt even think you are calling a public service office.
Stay away from this place & Bonnie. I promise you are far better off with another dealership.
Been talking to Todd since April of this year for an allocation on the new GR Corolla. It’s now July, but we’re still a bit unsure of the status of this car. This is a Toyota corporate issue as only 50 are coming to Ontario. He’s been transparent with me, upfront, and honest the whole time. Would gladly make the trip up to goderich from London to see him, even for another car

Without an appointment, I dropped in from out of town to get my tire pressure sensors checked out as the tire pressures were not showing up. Without hesitating she got one of the mechanics to come out and reset them and inflated the the proper pressure with nitrogen. They even gave me really nice new caps for the valve stem‘s. It’s hard to find such good service these days they really stand behind their values and their way of doing business thank you so much

Great Purchase experience. Even though I was from out of town, the staff were excellent in all respects from first contact right through to delivery of my new vehicle. Pat and Jim quickly located and ordered the exact vehicle I was looking for, Paul was very thorough and transparent in his review of the paperwork and Todd explained all the features and functions of my new vehicle when I took delivery. A very honest, transparent and helpful bunch.
May find good deals, but if you see any good deals, make sure you go with an experienced mechanic and inspect car top to bottom and don't take their word.
