I had an amazing experience here! I walked in just to look and had no idea I would walk out with a 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback which was the car I really wanted but I didn't think I could afford it but my sales rep Terri made it possible. This is our second Toyota with Georgetown dealership and third vehicle we are servicing at Toyota Georgetown.
This dealership is the best in this area. They have good service and they have popular cars in stock. Where we are local dealership gave us one-two months waiting on RAV4 2019 Hybrid LE. I called Toyota Georgetown and they have it in stock and in color we need. We purchased same day we called to Nicolas. He is very good sales person to deal with.
Then we will need another Toyota we will come to Toyota Georgetown again.
This was so easy from start to finish! Went online to check out used Prius. Found one at Georgetown Toyota. When I called I was directed to Ryan who said the car I was inquiring about had been sold. BUT... he knew another would be coming in soon and would call me when it arrived. Five minutes later he called back to say it was in. I booked an appointment for the next day to see it and take it for a test drive. Took it home 2 days later.
Ryan was pleasant and professional. The car looked brand new. While they do have to try to sell more, there was absolutely no pressure. As this was my first hybrid and also a car with many more digital features than my old 2007 Matrix, Ryan took the time to show me the different displays and set up my phone. All in all a great experience!

I recently purchased a 2019 Toyota Corolla from Georgetown Toyota. My sales representative, Nicholas Hastings was amazing. He was no-pressure, provided me with all the options available and was extremely responsive. I can’t say enough about his service. His after sales service (including showing me all of the features of the car) was also outstanding. He definitely earned five stars.
Unfortunately, the service after it was handed over to after sales service at the dealership was horrible. On the day I was supposed to pick up the car, she had informed me that the dealership had added an electronic rust protector (I had asked for just the rust inhibitor spray) and that the rust inhibitor spray had not been completed (she told me that I may have to return to the dealership the next week for the spray). I told her that I did not want it.
I did not hear back from her for the rest of the day (she told me she would return my call, but only tried to reach my husband after he called on my behalf, even though I was the owner of the vehicle).
When we arrived to pick up the car, she insisted that she could take off the electronic rust inhibitor, but it would take too long and I should be happy they were throwing it in. She admitted that she had tried to contact my husband (instead of me) and told me that the process was taking so long because I didn’t get back to her (she never called me) and that she had to come back in to finish the paperwork and I should feel lucky that she came back in.
Honestly, I have never dealt with such condescension or rudeness in my life from a dealership. It ruined my experience and honestly, was extremely disappointing.
I emailed Georgetown Toyota to help find a new car for my wife. Christian worked with me to find exactly what I was looking for. The car had a couple nicks, which were fixed up for me. They also coordinated tinting the windows for me and it was surprisingly inexpensive. Taking care of all this stuff was a huge convenience for me. Overall great experience, highly recommend.
