I’ve been getting my car serviced here for four years and even bought my first car from them. Recently, I came ten minutes late for my oil change due to inconveniences at home outside of my control and the man with glasses was rude. He gave me attitude for coming in 10 mins late and said they passed on my appointment to someone else and it will take a long time. Outrageous when I have work and deadlines to complete and the inability to keep my appointment demonstrates poor customer service. I asked to reschedule and he was very apprehensive to book me I decided to no longer get my car serviced from them again. I have never been late in four years until that one time. The misogyny and customer service sucks.

After shopping at 15 or so different dealers for the last 6 months this place checked off all boxes. From the initial quick resonses from Tom and every question I had either answered on the spot or he would use his team to get the answer very promptly. While walking by some other team members and me introducing myself they were super friendly and knowledgeable and found this is the dealship for me from now on. Purchased right there and then and have never felt so confident in a dealership with no pressure , no hassle and all the help i could get . Can't wait to make this my new dealer for service and next purchases as well!

I ordered a 2024 Venza hybrid and waited for almost 10 months. When the car arrived, they refused to give me the car. I was told that the order was put in with an assumption that I would return one my leased car to the dealer. It was a very frustrating experience. I used to go there every month and ask for the delivery status. They showed my the VIN assigned to my name. I even took the Venza for a Test drive. Just make sure you don’t assume that once you put the order in, the car will be yours. The dealer will expect to trade-in your car at a value that is thousands of dollars below the market value. I ended up going to another dealer and bought a Mazda. So bad; I really loved the Venza.

I think this is one of the dealerships where if you didn’t buy your car from them, or service your car through them, they don’t want to help you, or deal with you. And that is a very unsuccessful way to make/retain new clients. I was actually planning on making this dealership my main place to to go for all my Toyota’s needs, but after how they are handling my referral from Toyota Canada in regards to a warranty item, forget it!!! I literally have an issue for which Toyota has confirmed warranty. From agents’ unfathomed rudeness as well as aggressiveness once they find out that it is warranty item, to their service manager telling me straight up that he just came back from vacation and has so many other things to do (I have been trying to reach out to fix issue more than a week and a half now). Fixing my warranted item literally does not cost them anything, or have any financial impact as Toyota Canada will be paying for the repair. If you don’t want to invest your time or effort to make a customer, then I have no time to waste on even trying to deal with you. I have also read the negative reviews, and I believe them. Seems this dealership was great at one point year ago, then stopped being exceptional. At this point, I am not even sure that this dealership will genuinely, and ethically fix my car, especially that it is evident that they don’t want to do it because they won’t make any money off the repair.

If you are interested in a nice genuine Toyota Dealership, check out the one on Thorold Stone Road in NF (Autoline Toyota). Right from the very first call on Friday morning , I was told that The Service Manager is on vacation, and was offered to speak to someone from service, and right away I was set up with a walk in appointment to take care of the issue. My review about them and the whole experience will be on their google page. I am extremely grateful for the level of care and professionalism on dealing with an issue that is not going to benefit them financially anyway. They are now my official Toyota dealership.

Buyer Beware!
Tom Okane answered my first question about a vehicle via email (still have the email) in which I asked if the vehicle had lane assist. Tom said Yes it did, after a short test drive I purchased the vehicle. Less than a month having it, I realized it did not have lane assist. After reaching out to Tom for a retrofit or a return (since I had the vehicle less than a month) he said I test drove the car and should have known. Ridiculous that Tom can lie like that and then blame it on the customer. It is not my job on a test drive to prove everything he said is correct,but I guess it's my fault for trusting a car salesman. I contacted Bill the owner and was completely ignored there as well. I strongly advise shopping elsewhere or at least avoiding Tom Okane

Unhappy with my own dealer and having heard great things about Bill's from a relative I drove 6 hours (3 each way) instead of 1/2 hr to transact the purchase of my lease. Although I arrived 2 hrs ahead of my appointment they flexed to accomodate me. You guys in the Greater Fort Erie are lucky to have a dealer like this. I saved $400.

Service department going downhill fast. We booked an appointment and when we arrived for the oil change the service manager , Glenn, was extremely rude and confrontational. Accused us of lying/making up an appointment because we were not on the schedule. Instead of being professional and seeing if we could be fit in or rescheduled, the whole encounter was confrontational and rude, yelling, and treating us poorly. If it was a mistake on their side of not having booked us correctly in their system, it should have been acknowledged and offered us options. Lost a loyal customer due to the behaviour of their staff.

I needed a part that was hard to find locally so reached out to Bill's Toyota Sales after hearing of a positive experience dealing with them from a friend. I first reached out to them via their contact form and after getting a prompt reply I called up Mike in the parts department to finalize my order. I could not have reached a nicer person! Mike was fantastic, making sure I got what I needed, knew all of my options, and was OK with the timeline for delivery. After the sale, he followed up to let me know things were on schedule and provided a tracking number for my parts shipment. I would not hesitate to deal with them again in the future, and have already recommended them to others. Keep up the great work!

I did my research on 3 different Toyota brands Toyota CH R, Toyota Corolla Cross, and Toyota Corolla. I followed up with calls from several dealerships with some bad Toyota dealership experiences but when i went to Bill's Toyota and saw Tom, it was very refreshing as he had a no pressure and honest approach. Other dealerships could learn a lot from Tom. Great salesman and next toyota purchase will be at Bill's Toyota.

Our family has been buying vehicles from Bill's Toyota for at least 15 years. No pressure sales with fair prices. With service: your vehicle gets the service it needs and things to keep an eye down the road, but there's no pressure to spend money on repairs that aren't needed. Bill Sr. started the business, Canada's original Toyota dealership, in 1965. His sons Bill Jr. and Mike run it now, but Bill Sr. still comes by. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

While booking a service appointment Shane said fixing a loose bolt in my cars window would be half an hour. 3 weeks later when I show up for the appointment Shane changed what he said to minimum 1 hour and took a rude tone with me when I asked about it.. I would give negative stars if I could... Say what you mean and mean what you say. I will never bring a car back to bills service department

Get all my service and repairs done here on my 2011 Scion TC. I almost always pay less and get better quality work done her over any independent shops . Oil changes are 10 to 15 dollars less than anywhere else I've tried and always genuine Toyota parts . Even the factory wiper refills are half the price of the aftermarket ones!
