Made a deal but they didn't have the car had to book after three weeks when I was on the verge of cancelling. They produced a car. Not great no incentive. Then their ownership changed so another week delay. Not buying again from there.

The quote I received through this Northwest Toyota dealership was worst. When I mentioned the numbers which I got from other dealership . The sales person sound terrible and said if cant go ahead with these numbers .
It is clearly seen from the Sales Rep that they are not interested in selling their vehicles.

The easiest and best car buying experience I have ever had, the salesperson (Dave M) was excellent, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Price negotiation was easy and stressless. Unfortunately they did not have the vehicle color I desired so we couldn't complete the deal, but I would not hesitate to purchase for them in the future.

I bought an old as is vehicle for my daughter from Gurmeet he was very transparent and did not hide anything. Its an amazing car and well in my budget even after I got the safety done my self. He also gave me a very good deal on winter tires and rims.
They have good customer service. Waiting lounge is nicely equipped with coffee machine. Shuttle service available if you don't want to wait there. Knowledgeable staff with guide you through any procedure regarding car service or repair. All in all good service.
My service experience with Northwest has been nothing but ideal! Previously I dealt with Raymond and now Sanjeev and I am VERY happy. The service manager Ken is also a pleasure to deal with. I have had a continuous issue with my car and they have stood behind their work and treated me like my satisfaction truly mattered to them. As I had told Ken, the reason Toyota is keeping a customer is because of their service and professionalism. They have fought for me with Toyota and I truly appreciate it.

I've tried calling multiple times in the past week to reach a service manager and each time was told someone would call me back. They never did. They overcharged me last year on a pre-negotiated rate, when it came time to pay the bill the invoice was for the original full amount but the service sector was closed and so no one could do anything about it. I was told that they'd rectify the issue and they'd give me a discount on my next maintenance when calling the next day.
Fast forward to my next service and they have no record of it and no one's willing to speak to me or call me about it.

Never came out of the dealership happy.
First time when I went to get my car delivery, my front bumper was damaged but they fixed that,
Second time during recall appointment they left the dashboard little opened and I had to go back again with appointment and most funny thing when I came back I noticed in the night that one of the bulb in instrument panel isn't attached properly or something else is left undone again.
God knows why don't they just do their job properly in the beginning.

I went in for a quick oil change and was told it would be 40 to 45 minutes two and a half hours later I finally got my car with out it being washed even though I was told I was waiting because it was being washed and then I was told I was waiting because it was the first time I had brought the car there and the mechanic had to take it out for a drive to do further testing and when I check the odometer when I left it and when I took it it was exactly the same. First and last time at this dealership. If you're going to lie learn how to lie.

We were happy with car the only problem is that when we picked up the car in the afternoon there was only one set of keys and some how they lost the second set of keys and than someone test drove the car in the morning. Than when the floor manage call me on Tuesday morning he was like there was three cars same colour as ours and i am thinking that’s a lie when it was only our car there and took them a week to find the keys some how it was lost come on this is 2019 not a use car. We gave them everything than on Tuesday the following week they call to say they will cut us new keys me and my husband was beyond mad cause took them 2 weeks to make it. So finally last Saturday we picked up second set of keys my husband was beyond on mad still and come on how does take 2 weeks to get second set of keys for a new car that’s not professional
I had called a few weeks back and asked what the rust warranty is on my 2015 Scion. I had a very hard time getting a straight answer from the people here -no one seemed to know what I was talking about. After being transferred multiple times, I finally got someone who had some answer's for me. They told me I had rust warranty until next year but would need to come in to take pictures and submit a claim for coverage., which I was completely okay with. I was told to go in anytime the service department was open and was provided their hours. I went in this past Saturday at 3:30 pm, knowing they close at 4 pm. I pulled my vehicle into the drive-thru and got out of the car. I looked over to where the advisers were situated and a tall, slender man with a turban looked at my friend and I and then proceeding to tap his watch instead of greeting us nicely. We explained we knew we did not have an appointment and that we were told to just come in. He then said "but we close in 10 minutes". I said I thought you close at 4:00 pm, knowing the time was 3:30 pm. He replied with "well yeah but start closing up at 3:40..". It felt like he didn't want to help me or even assist me arranging a time to come back or advise me on how to proceed. After further prying on what to do next he said I would have to talk with his warranty rep, Frank, and took my information saying I would hear back, but I have not. Will have to explore other dealerships. Disappointed.

My experience at Northwest Toyota, specifically with Joseph, was an easy process. Everyone was respectful and greeted me with open arms, just like family. Joseph gave me good sounding advice and I am glad that I took it. I am truly in love with my car. Close to airport and queens intersection. It's a convenient place to reach. Has a big parking. Has two entrance. Always better to take appointment for vehicle service. Like other places tried to sell products that the costumer doesn't require. Give your vehicle for service and they will pick and drop. Sometimes you have to wait a longer time to pick and drop off. Waiting area is good they have magazines, TV,coffee machine, light snacks. Okay staff. Good place to buy or service vehicle if you know when to say NO.

Don't go here. They have new service specialists and you go for oil change and you end up with $1000 worth of unnecessary repair. I could give them -5 but google doesn't allow me to give anything below 1 star. The service specialists are scam artists and the management is in it. I thought this was a good place but it has become a money milking place in the last few years. Please be careful.

Brought my car in for a part that was on recall. Working perfectly fine before I brought my car in. The day I got it back and drove it broke down on the highway. Had to get a tow truck to bring the car to the dealership April 7 it’s now June 1st and my car is still broken.... Kent’s service has been great but im still waiting on a new engine said I was covered, now Toyota japan want me to pay for the parts. They said one covered so I’m happy about that!

I have been coming to this dealership for a long time and I decided that I would leave a positive comment since most people never say anything about how good they are. For example, I showed Vishal my key that was bent and he showed it to Raymond and 5 minutes later, they brought back my key good as new, no charge just their kind human nature. I am glad that there are people like them that work here and I am sure they help make Northwest Toyota a much friendlier and happier place to be in business with.

I brought my non-Toyota fleet vehicle in with a punctured tire (running on a spare). I called in ahead and spoke with Devin in Parts. He was very helpful over the phone and when I arrived he introduced me to Manny, one of the service advisors. Manny was able to get me in and out with new tires in no time. Both Devin and Manny blew my expectations out of the water with their ability to provide great customer service. Kudos to them.
