My biggest regret was buying my truck Toyota Tacoma one thing after another as gone wrong with it my recent visit was to fix 4 wheel dive first day fine now it only works when it wants. I’ve been complaining not getting air flow in my cab froze to death had to buy a cab warmer bought a platinum warranty lwaste of time and money list goes on and on nope never again
Personally I never give a permission to Myself giving bad Reviews. Ordered Toyota Sequoia last year as a first person up on Craig and finance manager told me. Exactly Same Car arrived to dealer they gave to another Person!

Called to inquire about a truck for sale . Before I even finished asking my question I was rudly told no . Even tho sales person had no idea what vehicle I was actually inquiring about .
Lackluster email communication, takes forever if at all for someone to contact you, salesman Craig chippett sent me a quote for 60 months then I find out it's not possible to do on a 2015 car lol..
Then I find out they have a hidden tire/road insurance fee added on...which I do not need, he cannot remove it only the business manager can lol ..oh my how shady is that ..

Dropped off my Corolla for servicing and got a shuttle to the airport. Returned in one week for a chauffeur- driven Highlander to a well serviced and happy Corolla back at the dealership. Video of my vehicle sent by text during the servicing was a nice touch. 5 stars well earned.

I had a Toyota for 4 years, and when the time came to look at trading I started going in to talk about a new Toyota. I dropped in several times to discuss a new vehicle knowing that vehicles were in short supply due to the pandemic. I gave him my number the first time and every time thereafter to call me if something should come in. I received no calls, and no interest in putting me back in your brand. I took my business elsewhere!
Showed up early and they actually had me out the door before my actual appointment, totally satisfied. Last time I showed up early they had my truck in before the appointment again and I got it back in very reasonable amount of time.

After driving to gander from Clarenville to look at 1 specific truck and a asking price of 35g I was refused a test drive , better protocols should be put in place especially if your in the business of sales , understanding with this virus there are concerns but gloves and sanitation should be implemented, I was never asked to wash up when I walked in , no concern to be in this dealership just not selling any vehicles ,, will never go back

However, in my 27-years here, I've seen our team, both sales and service, go above and beyond in customer service to make the client experience here exceptional. Are we perfect? I purchased a 2011 Nissan Xterra from Greg and your dealership. I flew in from Ottawa and received excellent friendly service from Greg and the rest of the staff. I was provided an in transit permit and was able to ferry and drive safely back to Ottawa.

Cannot get anyone to reply to constant emails? Seems only 'preferred' customers get attention, in the market for another vehicle and when you cannot get a reply, tells you something about the level of service here

Service department threw parts at my car and did not fix the problem after multiple visits. Would not recommend. After only owning Toyota vehicles, (currently on #3) the experience here, has made me considering an alternative for my next vehicle purchase.
