Brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic for warranty work Oct 15th and it wasn't completed right. Brought it back again Dec 9th to do it again. Was scheduled for Jan 18/23 for a day and a half to do the warranty work. Never got my vehicle back until 7 days later Jan 25/23. Had to bring it back on Jan 27th because a bolt wasn't tightened properly causing my vehicle to jerk to the side when accelerating. Was given a loaner vehicle when needed but a bad experience from start to finish.
Saw a potential used vehicle on their website and came in the next day. Dealt with Rick who was really great. Having done sales for many years in my life, I appreciate a good sales experience. The whole dealership from the front desk, to Jaime in finance was a real treat. I was pretty set on buying the vehicle before I was even able test drive it. The whole experience was great and I really appreciated it. Just got back from a long trip with the new vehicle with crazy weather and loved the whole drive. Thank you!

Very helpful at the service centre! I was stuck an hour away from home with my baby with a tire that was hanging on by a thread. They were able to slip me in and helped me not only with my car (for basically free) but also helped make sure my baby was comfortable and had everything she needed! Thank you all again!

I purchased a new Toyota tundra and encountered one problem after another. I paid $1000 to have PPF or paint protective film installed. The video on toyota.ca shows the installation of this product being wrapped around the edge to protect the edge of the hood not only did they show the process they mention wrapping the edge. This protection is not offered on my vehicle as you will see in the pictures the PPF is a half an inch away from the edge. They will not do anything to help me out or remedy the situation. So another words I was ripped off $1000. I took this issue to Toyota Canada and they tried to talk with the dealership and ever response back from the Glacier Toyota manager was an out right lie. So now I am left to find another detailer to have the old pink protective film removed and the new one installed all on my cost!!! Zero accountability by Glacier Toyota! Glacier Toyota also knew that they were supposed to install a canopy on my truck and when they installed the paint protective film they did not put on the on the back tailgate so after a couple of weeks of driving it around it it almost wore right through the paint where they should’ve installed some PPF on there as well. I talked to another customer who had the same issue happened but he waited too long and he had to get his entire tailgate repainted. He told me he tore a strip of the Glacier Toyota manager. Glacier Toyota manager said he never heard of any of this before I find this strange. Every other vehicle that I inspected since I have been complaining of all hard the PPF installs right to the edge or wrapped right around the edge.
I’ve had one problem after another with Glacier Toyota. When I first purchased the truck I paid for all the accessories they told me to pick up the truck but not all the accessories were there. I told them to let me know when the truck was ready. They kept on calling and telling me the truck was ready when it wasn’t ready. So I took the truck home before all of the accessories were installed. There are too many other problems to list. This is really sad because I heard so much positivity from so many other customers.

I was looking to put a lift if my 4runner. I called my local Toyota dealership and was advised that they do not add lifts to 4runners. A friend of mine mentioned Toyota in Smithers. I was in touch with service and spoke with Shawn who had me booked in right away. Once I was arrived to Toyota Shawn had picked out the perfect tires for my rig. Lift and tires were done in one day! Was given amazing service from start to finish. I will travel from Prince George to Smithers for all work and repairs from now on.. Thanks again!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I bought a vehicle from these cons amost 2 years ago and never got what I ordered. They did deliver the vehicle with bald tires, after telling me they were new and an almost dead battery I had to replace right away. They also were supposed to have command start installed and they forgot to even order it. Here I am almost 2 years later and they finally ended up getting a command start to me, one that has to be done by a professional installer, after being told it was plug and play, and the closest installer is in Saskatchewan. My boyfriend called the company and they felt horrible for me and gave him their dealer log in info to help us. This dealership isnt an authorized dealer to even put that In my car!!! Why did they order this than? It all has to be cut and put into the wiring harness. I've been refused help unless I take time off work, drive he 4 hours there and pay them for their mistake. Not to mention I paid almost 1000 for the command start when there is a plug and play online for 200. This place is a joke and a scam. Do not deal with Rick he lies and forgets. The manager is 0 help and refuses to deal with his team's mistakes. Now I'm left with 1000 command start not installed.

I only gave a 3 star because even though I booked the appointment 3 weeks earlier they lost it and I had no booking, I'm from out of town and drive an hr to get there, they did fit me in rite away but I was upset they lost it or I would have gladly given a 5 star
I just bought my second vehicle from them. The entire dealership is pristine and has a beautiful aesthetic. Rick, Raelene and the rest of the Glacier staff do a great job at making you feel welcomed and appreciated for your business. They were able to get me the exact model, trim and colour I wanted in a timely matter.

Shawn, Lynelle, Frank (now retired) and automotive technician Akira Kurihara to name a few. Raeleen is awesome and Anna is so welcoming. Recently my 2019 Tundra got a flat coming down the ski hill road and I managed to crawl to the dealership. Lynelle was able to squeeze me into the que and less than an hour and a half later was back on the road. Now that's service!! Thanks team and looking forward to continued great service.

Scott and his team at Glacier Toyota surpassed all service and sales expectations when purchasing a new vehicle. After speaking with Scott and his team, he found the right vehicle (Tundra) for me. Scott, Bryan and Raeleen were always a phone call away during the sale. After making the decision, I flew from Vancouver to Smithers to purchase the vehicle and drive it home.
After the purchase, Scott and his team continued to check in on me and my vehicle. When I purchase a new Toyota in the future I will not hesitate to purchase from Glacier Toyota and make another flight.

Could not get a hold of anyone in service I left messages and no one returned my call.... once I did I couldn't get an appointment was told to bring my car in and hopefully it could be looked at no gaurantee. Im from out of town and told them I prefer at time slot but they could not provide one any time soon. I had to go to a Toyota dealer in order to be under warranty.

We made the drive from Terrace to Glacier Toyota today, and we don't regret that decision at all. We walked away very satisfied with the overall service we received. From the time we arrived to the time we left, we were not made to wait, and we were treated with kindness from every staff member.. (Especially knowledgeable salesman Rick :)) The whole process seemed very streamlined and professional, and I would go back to this dealership in a heartbeat! Quite the opposite experience that I had with the Terrace dealership, so like I said, it's worth the 3 hour drive if you're in the surrounding area!
