Visited Downtown Porsche a few days ago and was helped by Ian. Who was actually off his shift but chose to help regardless. We truly appreciated his kindness, knowledge and help as he really showed us the benefits of driving a Porsche and the quality and craftsmanship which goes into all of their vehicles. The test drive was an amazing experience (one we won’t soon forget) as he showed us the safety benefits in owning a Porsche and explained all of the features in extreme detail, as well as show us what each of the options do. Even though he wasn’t actually supposed to be working at that time, he took his time and never rushed us at all. His service was unbelievable and we’d definitely recommend Ian and Downtown Porsche for your next Porsche purchase!

I was not a Porsche fan. But the whole experience with sales executive, Eric Sun, had persuaded me the other way! Got a close-to-retail trade-in value for my old Cayenne, and Eric still managed to offer me enough discount to make my family more than happy. Trade-in appraisal was done in 15 minutes and leasing application was simple and got approved in 2 hours. So didn't waste any time on waiting. Good job guys! Will definitely come back for another car in the future!

Johnny explained me the details of the car so well and we also talked about Ab Hamid about pricing. This was the most enjoyable car purchase I have ever made. From the moment I walked into the dealership I was treated well. There was never any pressure and the attention to detail was exceptional. Thanks Johnny for taking care of me.
It was a pretty bad experience! I had a flat tire on my car, brought it into this dealership to have it repair/replace on April 12.
When I knew it has to be replace, I asked to confirm the tire size with the service team, and 265/30/20 is what they provided to me. I did some research online and I’m pretty sure my car should be running 265/35/20 tire.
Since my friend has one of those exact same tire sitting around and willing to give it to me. I called the service team again and asked them to double check but he insisted that the size he provided earlier was correct.
So they ordered the tire and replaced it. But after I picked up my car, I noticed that the tires on my car are 265/35/20! I ended up paying $600 for a tire that I do not need at all!
Never been in the store... I have only window shopped so to speak; but hey! Do you like peppy cars... check your drool at the door... I only drive the best... or nothing. Still, it's hard not to love Porsche.

He is very thoughtful and cared about all my requests.
I constantly was changing my idea about my desired options I wanted in my car. But he always was very welcoming and responsive.

I can't say enough about the professionalism and service that I received from Scott McCallum @ Downtown Porsche. Scott's bubbling personality, deep knowledge of the vehicles and candor drove me right into a new car and it was such an incredibly positive experience. He ensured that everything was perfect right down to the license plate (I requested thinking it wasn't even possible) and further ensured that I was happy after the purchase. After debating between many dealerships and vehicle choices Scott made my decision easy and we've built a great relationship since. I highly recommend going to see Scott and I guarantee you will not be disappointed - he will continue to have me as a client for a long time.
Great service
Picked up some parts for a recent oil change. Got a solid price thanks to the PCA discount that the service department honored. The service and sales staff was welcoming and courteous. The dealership primarily caters to people working downtown, so the car selection was towards the side of "latest" was hoping they would have some interesting models to check out in their showroom.

Mike was my service advisor and took great care to see that my carrera got exactly what it needed, and finished in a timely matter at my request, and I'm very satisfied with the level of service and the results of the work that they did on my 2010 C4S
