Would like to share my experience with the Mark Motors Porsche Team. First off, made you feel welcome, worked with you, understood the value proposition. I did not buy a Carrera GT, but they made me feel like I did! They want every customer to be happy. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Open, and transparent. Accommodating, I requested a later delivery date, they worked with me and my schedule. My Porsche was a big deal for me, super happy. Car is everything I hoped it to be.
I had visited other Porsche dealers in Southern Ontario, their sales staff were not helpful, insisted the price was not negotiable, and did not listen to what I was interested in. While price is important, value is a much better measurement.

Jeremy also came into the dealership on his day off which was his birthday to be there when I picked up the Range Rover to bring home. From the moment my wife and I walked into Mark Motors Porsche, we noticed (and appreciated) the welcoming atmosphere and friendly greetings from the staff. Our next pleasant introduction to Mark Motors was sitting down with Lana Ortiz who patiently walked us through the Porsche experience. Lana's knowledge base was indeed impressive and greatly appreciated!! Although we were fairly certain that the Porsche Macan was the car for us, Lana definitely made it happen for us. Lana introduced us to Alex Coombs who did an amazing job in reviewing with us all of the functions and options which the Macan has to offer. In addition to this initial stellar customer service, Lana and Alex continue to be there for us should we need to call on them. We highly recommend Mark Motors Porsche and their terrific Team.

Fantastic dealership with knowledgeable sales staff, top-notch customer experience, and friendly service. My wife and I just picked up a new Macan GTS from them and the entire experience was wonderful.

David, our sales rep, is highly knowledgeable and provides best-in-class customer service. Tim and Kathleen, sales and finance managers, are great to deal with and are extremely helpful. Alex, porsche pro, is incredible with the walk through and setting up the vehicle.

GREAT service team! Very detail oriented and thorough, and in the unlikely event they may miss something that a client is experiencing with a vehicle, they take it very seriously and make every effort to observe the issue, then find a resolution. I had exactly such a "ghost" issue twice that was intermittent and would appear only when I drove the vehicle ... and both have been resolved to my satisfaction. Members of the tech team in the workshop are very knowledgeable and experienced. Turnaround times are also very good. If you love your Porsche, I recommend you bring it to Mark Motors where they will love it (nearly) as much as you.

We had the pleasure to work with Lana Ortiz (Sales Executive) to purchase our first Porsche. We have always heard that Porsche dealership is in a different league when comparing to other dealerships, so we were a bit nervous after we decided to go visit Mark Motors.
To our surprises, our experience was quite refreshing. We were first greeted by an email from the GM, then we met Lana at the dealership. Lana is attentive, polite and patience. I recently purchased a vehicle from Mark Motors Porsche and the experience was exceptional - this whole experience not only exceeded my expectations but set an entirely new bar for what car a buying experience should be.

The sales team was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and they provided an excellent test drive course which included highway, urban and rough rural roads to really let me test the vehicles comfort and capabilities.
Throughout the sales process I never once felt pressured to make a snap decision nor did I get the usual up-sell speeches I've gotten from other dealerships and this made the whole thing refreshing and stress free.
At the end of the process, once I decided I wanted the vehicle, they negotiated openly and honestly and made the effort to meet the pricing and additional features I wanted - I felt like I got a good deal and still do today.

The service team members I spoke were professional, polite, well informed about their product and processes and really went the extra mile to address my questions about things like required services, costs, maintenance and warranty coverages.

The finance team was brilliant. They worked double time to get the deal done to fit my timeline so I could get the vehicle on a Friday and enjoy it for the weekend.
When a task came up related to paying off my old vehicle loan the finance team handled it for me and saved me hours on the phone with my old vehicle financer.

I can't say enough good things about the team at Mark Motors. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I honestly don't think I will ever go anywhere else for a vehicle again - they've gained a customer for life.

I went in to purchase a car, went through all the steps, negotiating, financing, deposit, was informed I was going to get my car in 2 weeks as it was coming from toronto. Then I received an E-MAIL 1 WEEK later to be informed that the car I bought had already been sold to somebody else. It blows my mind that it took a whole week for them to find out the car was unavailable. They couldn't even call me to inform me. To make things worst, the day I went to get my deposit and registration, you would think they would try to redeem themselves..No! Tim gave me my deposit as if nothing had happened and wished me a nice day. To me this is very disrespectful and a waist of my time.

I recently accompanied my aunt for the purchase of her new cayenne at Mark Motors Porsche for her second purchase with them. I was not happy with the way my whole family was spoken to by the finance manager Kathleen. She seemed very unprofessional and inconvenienced by helping us, especially during this covid crisis. Therefor we will not be moving forward with the car that we ordered. It is to bad because our experience before with Mike and Jamie was amazing. You should really think of moving that angry lady out of the finance office especially if she is dealing with customers.

Our car had an issue with oil leakage recently. Porsche immediately took it in for diagnostic, and handled the whole situation seriously. Mathieu Gagne, Porsche Master Brand Ambassador, directly stayed in contact with us to ensure proper client care is given at all time. A loaner was not available, but Mathieu and his service staffs arranged to get us a replacement car right on the next day. Our Cayenne is out of warranty period, but Porsche and Mark Motors went out of their way to resolve the problem so we could get our car fixed at the lowest cost as possible. Where can you get this kind of honesty from a dealership and a reliable brand these days? We’ve had an Audi years ago and now the Porsche, and Mark Motors had always lived up to their promises for luxury cars and top-notch services. We are truly happy with this dealership! Took my Cayman GTS there a couple times for service and both visits were great. Be aware that sometimes a loaner vehicle isn't always available, but they do have a shuttle. Referred a friend to Brian in pre-owned sales for a used 911 and no complaints there either. Transaction was smooth and painless. Stand-up, personable guy who understands the meaning of customer service.
Not a complaint, but just a comment - the dealership is small. Winnipeg is getting a new, bigger dealership and that's a smaller market than Ottawa so I find that a bit strange.

This is a “non-pretentious” high-end store. They do give a high level of service but you don’t feel like you need to wear a 3 piece suit to receive it. I also like the Porsche philosophy that their cars are sports cars and are meant to be driven as such, including taking them to the track without repercussion to the warranty.

Upon entering the previously owned area of the dealership ..I wasn't greeted at all ... So I waited.. after 5 minutes or so some one from a back desk said she was going to find someone for me...again I waited. 10 or so minutes after that finally someone came to talk to me .. I mentioned I was looking for a specific 944 for my wife, essentially I was dismissed with ya we don't have anything like that here try Auto Trader. Now I have come to expect more from Porsche ( probably my.own fault) butni have had better and more cordial dealings at a domestic dealership. Perhaps I should just stick with domestic!

Great service from there on July, 8th 2016. They serve the customers with passion and a desire to satisfy all the customers' needs and wants. I happened to pop a tire on my way to Ottawa from Toronto and I ended up towing my Porsche to the dealership after hours. Without any questionings, they change a brand new tire for me after they were close. Shout out to Eric that made this accident to a happy conclusion and able to let me drive back in time to make to my meeting. Definitely a well-respected dealership!

HORRIBLE! I'm from BC and brought my car to them a couple of times. The service from my local dealership in BC was absolutely fantastic so I was expecting the same here. Wow was I sooooo wrong!! They won't answer your questions about the best way to move forward with a problem. Their service advisors don't have a clue infact one told me that I had to get a tail light diagnosed for the little LEDS being burned out. I made an appointment for that and after waiting two weeks for the appointment, I go in only to be told that they just need to order a new light and no diagnosis is neccessary. I've had a few other issues such as a light flickering for my door lock. I ask them if its something I can replace on my own vice paying a diagnosis fee for them to tell me it's just a lightbulb but their answer every time is that they have to diagnose it. Geez!! They are completely frustrating. Thankfully, I have found a highly positively reviewed local repair shop that will also deal with my Audi extended warranty so I never have to go back to Mark Motors again.

I will say this one positive thing about them is dealing with their body shop. Very nice. The only downside was their offer to wait 6 weeks for the repair if I wanted to drive another Audi. Stupid me as I thought it would be nice to see what a newer Audi is like (mine is a 2010) but I got a 2006 for the loaner.

With all the negative reviews over the years, why haven't they made any changes to fix it??

We have spent years working around the fact that Mark Motors Audi and Porsche service appointments have to be booked several weeks in advance, no loaner cars are offered, repairs are done at an extremely leisurely pace (and once the repairs are done, they expect you to pick your vehicle up instantly with no notice, because of their ridiculously small lot), and in several instances the problem wasn't even fixed. Buying a new vehicle from them did not improve the treatment we received, if anything, it's gotten worse. We're buying a new Q7 this spring and we will be buying it from Toronto, and our servicing and vehicle purchases will be from there from now on. I'd rather drive to Toronto and be treated like a human being. I won't set foot in Mark Motors again.
