I booked a vehicle and cancelled it within a day as agent provided incorrect information. Paid 1000$ deposit, sale manager told me they will deduct 100 or 200$ max and will refund remaining money. For 7 month manager kept telling me they will refund my money and even i was told cheque is in the mail by new manager but after 7 month they told me that my money will not be refunded after many calls. Very crooked

Came here today for an oil change with my husband the staff were very kind, and answered all our questions. We went for a walk in the area waiting for the car to be worked on, we received a call the car needed a few things fixed it was done quickly much quicker then anticipated. Although we are going through a pandemic, after a long walk waiting for the car and many other establishments saying not to me using their bathroom, they were very kind to let me use their facilities.

Fast amazing service is always expected when going to any service business and boy does High park Nissan deliver. The service staff were kind and constantly looking for the best prices possible. The young man at the the front desk, Erik, was light hearted and cheery and made me feel very welcome, making funny jokes and helping me enjoy my time there even more. I am giving a 3 and not a 1 because the rating is for both service and sales... service dept is great and proffesional, the sales dept isn't.
I am glad many people had a good experience with this dealer, all I got was aggressive attitude when I leased the vehicle 3 years ago and lately when buying it off and they tried to scam me for an extra $750 fee when I tried to buy-out my leased vehicle, turns out Enrique was trying to scam me, and Nissan Canada confirmed there should be no charge for them to forward my check... I should be calling BBB not leaving a comment on google ..but oh well not the right time to ruin people's job during Covid.

I took my car in for tires that were leaking (had been installed elsewhere). Eric, the service manager, greeted me, took all my information and assured me he would call me with their findings. Took in my 2016 Nissan Murano for an oil change last week and I have never been so appalled about the lack of professionalism of their mechanics my steering wheel was covered in oil literally everything this mechanic touched left an oil mark also had my completely brand new never before used spare tire switched out for one with scratches on the rim and a dirty tire they also cracked my tire shine can cover which was stored where the spare tire is... why would anyone go for my spare tire is beyond me unreal service... seriously don't go there...

Worst service ever I left my car for 3 days and they told me that they fixed the car and when I drive I realized they didn't fix it and I call them back they said we are waiting for some parts but after a week I call them back they don't even know who talked to me.

Not a great experience. We came for a used vehicle and they tried to convince us to lease a new one. After two appointments we found a car we liked and they were not open to negotiate on the price! The Manager is dismissive and rude. I felt bad for the salesman who was trying his best. We did not buy here and I wouldn’t recommend it.

I recommend not going here. They seem nice at first but the minute you sign the papers, they don't care.
Picked up a new vehicle with winter tire credit. We drove all the way from Oshawa to come pick it up and then get told on the spot that the winter tires are not here. 5 days later and still calling them to find out when they are going to be there and they still do not know. Post-sale demeanor is completely different from pre-sale customer service. Our sales person was Michael. Seemed very nice and straightforward before we signed the papers. Now he is telling us that the tires are not even going to have rims on them which he completely failed to mention before the sale. Now I have to drive all the way to High Park for tires again and I don't even know when they are going to be there. They have wasted our time and gas and are making us drive in dangerous conditions without the tires. The

What a shame they are not good neighbours. I have bought new and second hand cars in the past. As I live one block from the dealership you would expect me to use them all the time. Well their staff use the car alarm to locate customers cars parked on the street. I have called. I have spoken to them on the street I’ve even called 311 to request this stops. There is apart from residents a hospital on this street. Considering how they treat their neighbours concerns I question could they possibly treat customers any better.? I now drive to the Queensway Nissan for any support or service I need.

Our lease was up on our old car and so we went to this location to find out about owning a Nissan. Nicholis Kew was great and very knowledgeable about Nissan cars as well as competitors that eventually helped us in making our decision. Here's the breakdown:
- Don't expect a larger than life dealership. However, what they cannot make up for in terms of volume, they make up for in terms of service.
- I like that he was not too pushy as most dealership reps are - we let him know we needed to take our time and he did not bother us or push us too much but rather was there when we had a question comparing other competitors and needed to book return visits.
- Even after we had signed a bill of sale and something arose that we weren't too happy with, him and his manager did their absolute best to resolve to our satisfaction - which they did.

All in all - a great experience.

Patrick was a great sales associate and went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy. He got us to test drive the car, showed us everything that is offered and then worked out a great deal that was within our budget.

They tracked down the car in the colour we wanted (which was the only one in Ontario), brought the car for us, made sure we knew all the features and were satisfied with the car.

Went there for my altima's regular routine maintenance. they did the air filter trick and fuel thing scam that costs me 400$ more plus the 300$ maintenance fee.
I knew about it,I just don't want anything bad happen to my car.

When I went in for oil change. I checked in with Robyn who was very knowledgeable. It turned out my car needed front an rear breaks, she allowed me to see the condition of my breaks.

In the meantime Josh was also there to help show proper break measurements. They also gave me additional after market an Nissan parts. I think Robyn is very attentive an listens to her clients.

I have had the good fortune to have received excellent service at different times when I have had to take my vehicle in for services at High Park Nissan on Dundas Street. I have dealt with a gentleman named Josh and I have also dealt with a young lady named Robyn. The service I received from both was above and beyond. They both were very knowledgeable, pleasant and made sure I was aware of any issues with my car. Not once did I ever feel pressured at purchasing more services. I would highly recommend anyone to take their vehicle to this dealership. I also felt that the service people took great pride in making the customer feel like they were number one. Ugh, the worst customer service ever...particularly Robyn at the service desk. I actually waited a few weeks to write this review as I wanted to cool off before I shared my experience.

I bought a car from here less than 2 years ago and part of the “deal” included a series of “free” oil changes. Every time I bring my car in for an oil change they recommend an excessive amount of services. Every time. The last time I was there Robyn was handling my service. I stated when I came in that I was just there for the oil change and that’s it. I’m getting used to the drill here. 30 minutes later she comes over with multiple pages of recommendations that I need to do on a car that is less than 2 years old and only 30,000km on it. I can’t remember the exact amount but the total was at least $800. When I told her I wasn’t interested, she told me if I didn’t do the services I would have to replace all the brakes on my car. A high pressure scare tactic. I’m not a fan. (My prior visit someone said if I didn’t complete the services they recommended I would be voiding my warranty...which I looked into and that’s totally false.)

It’s unfortunate that they do this every time, as it makes it more of a headache than what it’s worth. Quite frankly, I have more “free” oil changes but it makes me not even want to use them.

I am appalled at the way they conduct their business, you feel like you are totally getting scammed. And to make it worse when you don’t agree with them they make threats or try to scare you into buying into their sham. To top it off, Robyn actually huffed at me. Flat out huffed. Twice. Even in front of her manager who tried to diffuse the situation.

Please think twice before getting your car serviced here.

I also got a ticket while driving one of their loaner cars because the plate had expired... Not worth the headache.

We were looking to purchase new car for about 4 weeks in January 2018. Visited between 10-15 different dealerships (Dodge, Kia, Mazda, GM, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Subaru, Hyundai even Mitsubishi). And 5 different Nissan dealerships.
Only two dealerships were able to find us the exact car that we wanted and this one offered us better deal.
In High Park Nissan we found relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Visited couple of times during shopping, had two test drives, and all the time salesperson was pleasant, helpful and not pushy.
Managed to negotiate a deal that seems satisfying to both parties. Received the car in timely manner and most importantly on a date as promised.

Overall quite satisfied with the experience at this deanship.

Went here to get a Micra at a good price, the car was recalled or pulled for some reason upon approval unfortunately. The sales guy I had, Ronald, was very nice, polite and was able to find me an alternative for a base model Sentra for a good price even though it was the S trim. Everyone there was polite and seemed genuinely engaged with what was going on. The delivery time of my car was longer than usual but I don't think these guys had any control over it or they were trying to maybe wait for a better deal or promotion for me?? Not sure but regardless good people, straight to business and I'm happy with them for not leaving me in the dark which can happen from time to time depending on where you go.
