Bought a qashqui from Smiths Falls Nissan a couple of weeks ago and it was an excellent experience. We’ve been buying vehicles from this dealership for years and their service has always been unfailingly helpful, friendly, knowledgeable both from sales (Kevin) and service (Wendy and Penny). They certainly go the extra mile each time.
Only complaint is the name of the car (will never remember how to spell or pronounce it!).
I have been going to Nissan for mostly all my services required and I have never been let down except Nissan smiths falls in particular. Tom in the service department is amazing. He has helped me so much making sure my car is safe and will be all ready for winter. I am a full time student so funds right now are a little tight but he has managed to be so generous in finding me deals that will best suit my needs. The whole team is amazing but Tom is the best! Thank you Nissan smiths falls for making traveling a little bit easier!
Made all the arrangements to get my vehicle repaired. Too bad the parts originally installed were of bad quality from the factory. Nissan rotors are not the best steel. They may want to look into a better rotor manufacturer.
I have been going to smiths falls Nissan for a bout 5 years. They are efficient and cost effective. Great customer service. I recently got a new vehicle (not a Nissan) and they are able to service that too.

Wonderful experience at Smiths Falls Nissan. Wendy and Penny took the time to figure out an issue another dealership took one glance at and overpriced me on. I saved $700 taking my Nissan to them for a second opinion. If you live in Ottawa, Smiths Falls Nissan service department is worth the drive. They actually care about their customers. Started bringing my vehicle here back in November 2021 and every visit has been positive. Service advisors are always friendly and professional. Service appointments are easy and convenient to book. Time it takes to service the car is always what was quoted or even quicker. Prices are competitive with other auto shops. Looking forward to continued great service.

ALL THEIR NISSAN VECHICLES DON'T HAVE GPS.
I was told by one of their salesman that the Sentra I test drove had GPS but after I bought it, I discovered from the owner that they haven't installed GPS in all their cars for a few years. On all the Nissan websites, they have GPS as standard equipment on all their vehicles. Also, I was not informed by that same salesman that the snow tires' rims which I bought with the car, didn't have tire detectors on them. I complained to the owner about these issues but he didn't do anything about it - not even call me. But, the salesman called me and said he didn't me that it had GPS (so my word against his word) and the detectors were not in the contract so I should have read it. I didn't know even know about rim detectors when I ordered the snow tire rims. I wouldn't have bought that car if it didn't have GPS since it was important to me. I would have bought a Honda Civic which I was looking at at the time since it had GPS. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!

For me, the most important part of car buying is dealer transparency. To this note, Smiths Falls Nissan did an incredible job. When it came time to talk price, Kevin Hinton provided a very clear, itemised cost-breakdown: we negotiated on the price and reached a deal. The best part: once we had the final number, there were no BS add-on costs, no extra fees, no hidden costs, and no ridiculous admin fees. Undoubtedly, some of these costs were baked into the final number, but keeping every cost very clear allowed for a no-surprise purchasing experience. Well done. I bought from Kevin Hinton and would recommend him, along with Smiths Falls Nissan, to anyone.

Kevin sold us a broken Nissan Versa. The transmission went after 4 months of owning and we brought back for repair said the levels were too high in the transmission. The car left the lot like that and ruined our car. These heartless people should never be trusted.dont buy a car from Kevin he's a low life crook.

Kevin and Isaac were great in helping us get an appropriate new vehicle. They gave us breathing room, were up front with clear answers and showed that they knew their vehicles and policies so that my wife could make her own informed decisions. Best Customer Service I have ever seen, and deliver a true no bullshit quotes and inspections on your vehicle. They will not try to put you in a new car if your current one still runs and they charge factory pricing for parts and do not jack the prices to make a little side profit. Very much a rural community atmosphere and very laid back.
The people there are wonderful, no nonsense and the best price available. Treated us with respect and very sincere - and of course an excellent car!
