I had the worst experience dealing with this dealership. I would recommend ppl to think twice before dealing with these guys.
I happened to visit their showroom to enquire on a murano and they took MY DEBIT CARD if I have to be serious. They made me to sign the bill of sale under false pretence on the same day during negotiation, took 1000 CAD deposit and the funny part is I didn't even did a test drive of the car and was telling the sales agent as I wasn't still not sure of the colour.

When I requested them as i wasn't of the laws in Ontario and i'm from Quebec. They were rude and not obliged me as they started showing laws and legal stuff.

Any car buying experience should be sweet but these ppl had made me the saddest experience.

The people involved are
Wayne Villenuve who was the sales agent and the guy who made the false pretence.
Chris Smith , He was the rudest of all and was the worst of everyone
Ken Seger , He was soft spoken but this guy showed me the legal stuff and etc.

So friends don't believe them at all and I'm sure they will not be in business as they are least bothered about customer happiness.

We have had repeated issues with the used 2015 Pathfinder we purchased end of August 2019. First the dealership couldn’t get the paperwork submitted on time, then my payments were coming out and submitted with the wrong dates so I kept getting phone calls from Nissan Canada collections even though I made all payments! Turns out it was an error by the dealership when my paperwork was submitted. Within a couple of weeks we found out some of our heated seats weren’t working! We brought the vehicle in and they replaced it, said they did a multi-point inspection, but checked off nothing any of the times they did an inspection (including when it was purchased as certified pre-owned, no reports or findings were given to us). Then winter hit and we found out the heat wasn’t working (only works while moving, blows cold air at stop signs, red lights and the auto-start is useless for warning it up). It took us over a month (maybe two) to even get the paperwork for our warranty after the purchase! By the time we brought it in for the first oil change, they told us we needed new brakes! We complained and asked for details on why it wasn’t disclosed to us at the time of purchase that they were low and would need replacing soon (we would have thought twice about the purchase knowing hundreds of dollars in repairs would be coming in a few months). It took nearly two months for the general manager to “look into it” and get back to us to set up a service appointment to look at it. Then Covid happened and we hardly drove it. We’ve just brought it in to finally have it looked at and brakes replaced, and they tell us it’s not their problem?! They say the brakes were 5mm when they passed inspection which apparently is the minimum required amount...so they passed at minimum rather than simply replacing a cheap part. Now we have hundreds of dollars to fix what they missed because they couldn’t get back to us quick enough to deal with the issue in January when I reached out to them for answers. We be buying there again. So disappointed.

RUN AWAY! I really do NOT recommend this place. THEY ARE CROOKS, GREEDY and INCOMPETENT.

I bought a used Mazda 3 about 3 weeks ago. After driving the car daily, I noticed that the car had a hidden defect (defective clutch) that could not be detected during the test drive. I informed the Nissan Hunt Club of this problem and they kindly offered to inspect the car. After the inspection, they asked me to pay 1650 CAD (!) to repair the clutch. They never told me that the clutch was already damaged when I bought the car that was supposed to be inspected and healthy.
On top of that, they asked me to pay for the "inspection" supposed to be covered by the garage because it was clearly an error (or a lie) of the Garage that was not honest about this problem when I bought the car. They clearly lied to me to sell their car with a defect and refused to fix it afterward. This is the definition of a scam. They just want to make money at any cost and don't care about people.

DON'T BUY THEIR CAR, YOU WILL REGRET ALL YOUR LIFE.
DO NOT MAKE THE SAME ERROR AS ME.

Unpleasant would best describe it. Initial offer was more than the MSRP on the car - Leaf. Salesman tried to tell me the web site was wrong... Took forever to negotiate, had to try and walk out twice. Ended exactly at what I offered to start with. Made appointment to pick up the car, made me wait 20 minutes to see him to start, passed me to finance, who were great, then I waited 40 minutes in the car for him to hand over the keys -during vehicle review he told me I had 'run flat' tires. Clueless. They know how to make an appointment, but do not know how to keep the reservation... But love the car.

Had a hard time with the administration and organization of my appointment I was told I couldn’t get a flat tire changed for five days but when I arrived the garage door says no appointment necessary, when I arrived I showed up before the second car lined up next to me but was served second, prior to arriving I called during the hours of operation to confirm my appointment but no one picked up the phone. Thankfully Matt was an absolute pleasure. If I could I’d give five stars for the service in the garage and one for dealing with the dealership. I’d go come back here for my next repair only because of Matt. He did a great job in a small time frame and was friendly and professional. His service changed the one or two star review I was prepared to write into a four star review.

I just went in on a Saturday to get my snow tires changed and there was a VIP event going on. Gracia introduced herself and I told her want I wished for. She got to work right away and patiently we were able to come to an agreement on price. It was a go until we found out my snow tires did not fit on my new car. Going even further to help Gracia got the sales manager Christopher involved and low and behold 5 minutes later a deal was reached. They both went above and beyond with their help and I am so happy with my new car. This is the second time I have gone to Hunt Club Nissan and both times I was completely happy with the help I received. I find the service department personnel terrific and recommend anyone go to them for help.

Peeps. Be cautious and careful and better yet avoid purchasing any vehicles or other products at Hunt Club Nissan on 275 West Hunt Club Road. They will upsell you unecessary products you do not want or need, prey on your lack of knowledge or language barriers, get you to sign for brand new vehicles then attempt to offload non-new vehicles to you, already into their warranty periods, as well as vehicles declared by Transport Canada as non-compliant to Canada’s Vehicle Safety Act. After you refuse to fall for their unethical practises. They will keep and refuse to return your deposits to you.

This review is hard to write because I haven’t always felt this away about this service centre but my most recent service visit will be my last. I dropped my vehicle off for the entire day to have a front end clunk inspected and repaired with my extended warranty that I bought there when I purchased my vehicle. At the beginning of the day I was told my extended warranty wasn’t valid anymore because they sell a different type now. I was told when I bought the warranty that as long as I serviced my vehicle with them I would not need to pay the warranty’s deductible. They don’t honour that anymore. After insisting that I have my warranty details honoured I was told they would see what they could do. Nice. After all this and more, I paid for work that clearly was not inspected after completion because my vehicle still had clunk after driving it home. After a second look at a different facility, my vehicle still has repairs to be completed and I will need to pay for a second alignment due to the repairs that Hunt Club Nissan failed to see after charging me a full hour of front end diagnosis. It certainly is not the same level of service it was when I bought my vehicle there just 2 years ago.

Hunt Club Nissan folks are an honourable crew, and they know their stuff.

My most recent experience involved getting a new 2019 Nissan Micra after my last one was rear-ended and totaled. Eugene, who sold me the car, did a fine job with lots of follow-up, and from him I got the best deal possible. Sergio, the finance guy, was easy to work with, friendly, patient and helpful.

Had a terrible experience, after almost 8 days had to call to inquire if they had located the vehicle I was promised. I was told my sales man had quit, but for some reason, the reassigned sales person of Lisa, did no feel the need to follow up and reach out to me. The general manager of Ken did not offer any apology, any incentives, just relayed the message via email for someone to assist me. 2 weeks later I walked into the showroom, asked for my ownership and my $500 deposit back. Absolutely no communication or apology during this visit, the managers never once peaked there head out of the office or come out to see me. I left in shock, i left in disbelief. I did not understand what went wrong or what happened. Went across the street to Hyundai, found a beautiful vehicle, and I pick up my new SUV on Tuesday. I expressed my concerns to my new dealer about Nissan on Hunt club, and he suspects that they probably sold my vehicle and then realized there mistake, and didn’t know what to do with me. I don’t know if this is why NIssan ignored me for 2 full weeks or not, but at least I have a reason.

Never ever again, will i have anything to do with Nissan, you are a terrible bunch. Manager needs a makeover

Beware of used car sales. We initially had a great experience with Hunt Club Nissan especially Lisa; however, 2 months later when the snow had melted we realized the tires were cracking and not as they had been “advertised”. Hunt Club Nissan claimed the tires had passed safety and that because the safety was only good for 30 days it was no longer their problem. Although the legality of this fact was true, it was sold under false pretense that the tires were new and in good shape. When approached to discuss and look for any sort of resolution Hunt Club Nissan said it was no longer their problem.

I purchased a used 2010 Honda Civic EX-L with my fiance, with Sergio being the biggest help. I couldn't get to the car because my work schedule was tight. He took the time of day to drive the car to me for a viewing and test drive which turned out excellent and I'm loving the car ever since. I ordered accessories to be added onto the car which gave the car an amazing look, with the hood deflector, window guards and window tint. I have never had such amazing service at a dealership before, Sergio constantly stayed in touch to make sure everything was working out great for me, as well had the car ready for me within the next day. If your not a fan of dealerships and going through the shenanigans of your stereotypical sales rep. You need to ask for Lisa Sleiman. She is not your average sales rep. She doesn't kick the tires and and show off trying to wow you. She's attentive to your needs and listens. And the biggest plus in my book. She does not make you feel pressured. She works through your thought process and helps you put the pieces together. The only caution I throw out is the folks behind the scenes in sales are your typical dealership stereo types. Everything flowed and was enjoyable when Lisa was involved. Even in after sales dealings she stays involved to ensure you are happy getting what you need done. The parts and service folks are great to work with as well.

Highly recommend this dealership for outstanding customer service. I was looking for a new car in December 2017 and a salesperson (sorry forgot his name) showed me the Nissan Pathfinder and explained all the features in details. On top of it he offered me to have the car for another day.
Inside the dealership they have a silent room where one can pray or just relax. Everyone was so helpful, engaging and super friendly. They made me feel myself as a super important person.
Unfortunately my family chose Toyota Highlander in the end so if it was not the make i would definitely buy from them.

Dealer stays cool despite persistent father

Although it took a while before my father and I were acknowledged and then helped, we were served courteously and completely. Justin was very warm, welcoming and thorough, taking the time to go through each vehicle option and explaining them to us. He was also a good sport about the price and patient throughout the negotiation process despite being caught in the middle. Ali answered all of my father's questions and assuaged all my fears in relation to the financing of the car. Although the car was not as clean as I would have liked, it was good enough and well-serviced for me to take home.

We went into the dealer knowing what vehicle we'd like to see (although we were considering a few vehicles), so really just needed a test drive. We're glad to have met our sales, Dany; as we now have a fantastic new Rogue.

Dany was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly, comfortable to work with. He obviously had a passion for the products he was representing, was very transparent and fair in what would be reasonable (with assistance from David, one of the managers), and we were able to connect on a casual level, which is always nice.

We stopped in the dealer because of great ratings for most of the staff, without really knowing which sales representative we would like to work with. I'm glad to say, Dany certainly did not disappoint.

Although we didn't sign for the vehicle right then, Dany was able to help negotiate a more comfortable number for us afterwards; was flexible enough to send me the paperwork to review in advance (as I was out of town); and very accommodating for my friends who made the purchase on their own.

I think Elie (looks like he may have changed his hair since the photo was taken) helped us with the financial documents, and he patiently went through and explained the documents with us. An error worked the numbers slightly in our favour here, and Elie let us have it, so we're a happy camper.

Dany let us take our newly arrived vehicle for a test drive again before we signed the final "received-vehicle" section of the papers. It was nice to be able to properly inspect our new vehicle before accepting delivery. Thanks for being accommodating and not rushing us. Also, thanks for giving us the extra floor mats!

It was a pleasure working with everyone at HuntClub Nissan. I was surprised at the ease we were able to come to a very favorable deal for us; and even happier to find such an amazing product. I'm quite confident we'll be getting all our future Nissan's from here.

was truly impress with the sales folks from this dealership, specifically our sales guy Ediz Zor, with the help of his manager Sayid Kaddage.
Wife and I came by to this dealership knowing we are going to buy a car, but not truly sure if this brand is our pick from all the other choices we have.... i.e. toyota, hyundai & subaru.
but Ediz's approached us with a calm, courteous and professional demeanour, that enticed us to further check out the cars at this dealership. he's very knowledgeable and answered all our questions with great confidence. he's got a welcoming approach, without any aggression that will annoy you.
Sayid Kaddage also made a huge impact in our decision to purchase from here.

Overall great experience with Hunt Club Nissan

Very happy with my new 2014 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum 4x4. Kyle Gagne was very helpful and knowledgeable. Kyle and Sayid Kaddage were working overtime the night I happened in to have a closer look at the Pathfinder. They gave me a fair price for my 2006 Pathfinder as a trade and made sure that I got everything I needed to close the deal.

Overall I'm very satisfied with Hunt Club Nissan and the deal I received.
